1. Someone drove my car , from service department,...

1. Someone drove my car , from service department, and damaged my car.
Rob Davis told me he is going to fix them like what it was before. But they did bad paint job on my car.

2. Rob Davis was lied all the time. Took few days to call me back regarding the damage on my car. He was very rude

3. Deleted last 3 month of history of my driving from dash board camera.
They damage my car, and delete evidence

4. Service providers brook Peterson, never try to listen what customer say.
I suggest him, Very simple head lamp test. Driving at night. See what's wrong with it .

I think he need some education for customer service.
He was keep telling me there is no problem. But I am still driving my car with the problem.

i picked up my car yesterday, they never test drove . never try to fix the problem.
the amazing part is they put more damage on my car.

on my driver side front bumper, there was deep scratches with red paint.
so i called service manager, and Robert Davis told me they will fix it.
i was so angry about how they take care about customers car.

i am 100% sure they knew about the damage, but they didn't tell me before i found out.
it was so noticeable i couldn't miss it. I still have the photos

i try to find the evidence from dash cam camera, it records everything when engine is on.
so i checked my dash cam memory card, but they delete the 1gb of data with evidence.
this is crime of deleting evidence and property damages.

i try to contact the service manager, i called 5 times, but he didn't answer so i called service provider, he didn't answer either. so i drove to dealership , try to meet Davis because i need a explanation about repairing process. but i couldn't meet him. so i left a message but haven't hear anything from him or anyone from the dealership.

i think this dealership is out of control..
i am going to write a letter to BMW USA. i hope they can help me.

i never seem anybody do their job like this.... so unprofessional

I travel 3 times from dealer to work or home to fix the same problem but they put more damage on my car.
So compensation, no appraise.

I leased my i3 from this dealership. Brandon Kim was my sales person. He made the process really easy. We went on the lot where all i3 were and he told me to choose which one I wanted and asked me how much I was willing to pay and he pretty much made it happen. He knew this electric vehicle well, unlike most sales people at other dealerships. He did follow up with me several times after the purchase. I would recommend this dealership and Brandon. My advise to you is to do your research. As a buyer you need to know what you want and how much would be reasonable to pay for the chosen vehicle. The dealership is there to make money and you want to save money, so you need to know where is the sweet spot for both.

I had a great experience at Irvine BMW. They had the exact CPO car I wanted. I inquired through the internet and Artin got back to me right away. We negotiated a very fair price over the phone. When I arrived, Artin shared his knowledge about the car and was very accommodating. Artin was informative in answering my many questions. He even got me a better in house finance rate then what I was pre-approved for. Ted in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Very relaxed and explained the details extremely well. It was a positive experience all around!

On the phone, Jason Demond told me that his dealership is running a Valentine Day special on certain models. BMW Irvine is a large dealership with hundreds of vehicles to select from. Moreover, he also told me BMW Financial is aggressively promoting a super low interest over an auto loan. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Jason Demond, internet sales manager. I did not have to wait long, and his assistant immediately took me on the test drives. When I was at a local Lexus dealer, their standard interest rate was higher than BMW Financial services. I wanted to take advantage of the BMW advertised promotional rate. Therefore, I decided to pull the trigger. Apparently another buyer next to me brought his BMW as well based on the super low financing. Jason was transparent and attempted to grab as mainly incentives and rebates for customers. Jason told me that I qualify for an additional $500 rebate for being a loyal BMW prior owner. What Jason showed me on the screen was directly typed out and sent to the financing department. I went through financing paperworks at a pretty good pace. The numbers at financing was exactly the same as Jason worked out for me. After finishing the financial, Jason congratulated me on the purchase and went out with me to the launch area. The launch area was full of cars as, it appeared, many other customers brought vehicles that day as well. The new Bimmer was fueled up and detailed. Jason also offered to fuel up my other car as well. That was a very generous offer from Jason. Since it was a long way home, I certainly welcomed Jason topping off the gas for me. If you want the best deal and no nonsense buying experience, Jason Demond is your man.

Was in the market for a new car mainly to get rid of my leased car. Couldn't be in a worse situation, was over miles and still had a year to go. Anyways came across a car listed that I like and started communicating with Brandon Kim. Brandon provided such excellent service. He was patient and really worked a deal on the car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured nor did Brandon have an abrasive attitude when we didn't bite on the first couple offers during the negotiation period. If your in the market for a BMW I highly recommend Brandon Kim. True honest sales man. I would definitely return to Brandon for any repeat business and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Super happy with my purchase and the service provided.

Sales: William Yen really helped us out. He was super patient, attentive to our needs, and knowledgeable.
If you ever need a car I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND WILL. Super chill, down to earth guy.

The service manager Richard Kim was very helpful to my needs as well.

My experience with Irvine BMW and Renzo in particular was above and beyond expectation! From the moment we walked into the building to when we happily drove off the lot we were pleased with everything. Renzo took the time, and made sure, that what we were getting was exactly what we asked for! His knowledge of every vehicle, his communication about every feature and even the speed at which he was able to navigate different options that were available were very impressive. Purchased my first BMW with the help of Brandon Kim. Brandon made this process one of the easiest that I have experienced. He was always there to answer any questions that I had and gave no pressure. He was willing to work with me in every aspect.

Beware of the shady finance department. I just purchased my 3rd BMW and as much as I like my new car, I would never buy from this dealership again!

I purchased my last BMW from the Newport Beach dealership and had a great experience so I know it is possible.

I purchased a 2020 BMW convertible on June 5, 2020 from Irvine BMW. Our Salesman was great and we love our car.

Beware of the finance department. They told us one price and after reviewing the contract, they changed the price. I should have thought something was wrong when they told me they needed cash or a check for the down payment which was $10,000! I am not sure who carries that much cash on them. They literally had the salesman follow me to my bank so I could give him the deposit. I offered electronic wire, Zelle, Venmo, credit card and they wanted cash.

A week later I get a call that the wrong contract was used and that I needed to sign a new one. Again, odd! After reviewing the new contract, I saw the additional charges they slipped in. I immediately called the Finance manager and explained what had happened. He did not apologize or try to rectify the situation. He had the finance man Ted call us. Ted told my husband that's just the way it is.

AJ in the service department was very nice and helpful. I was able to drop my car off the same day I called and they were able to provide me with a loaner car on very short notice. They put new brakes on my car in about a half day! I have always used the Escondido Mini Cooper Service Department (I live in San Diego but work in Westminster) but they require a weeks notice and have taken several days to fix similar problems. I will continue to use the Irvine Mini/BMW Service Department for my Mini Cooper as their service was far better than I have been receiving in Escondido!

A few minutes after sending email, I received phone call from Shawn Y. Shawn was great and I highly recommend that you work with him. He was well versed in BMW, patient and eager to help. I had my list of questions that Shawn answered them all. I actually live about 2 hours away from store, And I was planning to go there on weekend. Shawn offered free delivery to my work place which was outstanding. The paperwork portion of the deal was also painless He brought paperwork to me to sign.

Two years ago I texted Irvine BMW stating what I was looking for and what I could pay. Within minutes I received a text back stating that they had a car that met my needs. I was surprised. I drove down and met Andrew Einhorn. I ended up with a 2-year lease that was perfect for my situation. Two years later the lease on my 328i is over, so I started the research again. I must have texted and emailed Andrew 30 or more times asking question after question, and he ran numbers on a dozen or so lease options. Andrew always remained helpful, patient, and professional. After a month of me looking at a dozen different cars, once again it was Andrew who made the difficult, doable. What a pleasure it is to work with Andrew. I've always had a superior experience at Irvine BMW. I got the best deal by far on my lease and my BMW genius Susi Truthman was incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me become familiar with all of the key features my model has to offer and I know I can always go to her with questions. I had a small question the other day and she made special time to see me when I stopped by last minute. She explained everything in detail and helped me quickly so I could get back to work. I highly recommend going to Irvine BMW if you need anything BMW or Mini related and definitely take advantage of the genious team. They're on point! Susi's the best!

Today I went in for questions regarding my BMW I purchased. I noticed it had two small dents on the right fender and the hood color was a bit off. Yi-Wen, the sales manager, came by and asked what my problems were, I went over with him all the issues I had and he took care of it for me just like that. Another great experience on Valentines Day!

Outstanding customer service! I dealt with Seph Dietlen who is an outstanding sales person. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He really cared about my needs and made it obvious that he was not just trying to sell cars, but meet his customer s needs. After several months, he was able to find the specific car with the package and accessories I wanted. After test driving and obtaining additional information on the vehicle, I had some reservations about whether it would meet my needs. Instead of trying to make a sale, he suggested that I take some time to obtain the information I needed to make a decision. He then followed up with me the next day and we met to discuss pricing. It was a real pleasure dealing with him through this process even during price negotiations. At no time did I feel any pressure from him and in fact felt that he was very helpful in my obtaining the price I ended up with. I would recommend Seph to anyone looking to make a purchase of a new or used BMW at Irvine BMW.

I got my first BMW from Irvine BMW 16 months ago. I was so excited to get my first luxury car. As a new attorney, I could only afford Hondas for the longest time as I built up my practice. After working hard for a few years, I was finally able to afford a BMW. For the first 16 months, I really enjoyed my BMW and the comfort it provides.
However, that all changed when I was notified about a safety recall (Recall Campaign No. 19V-349). BMW does not have a remedy for this safety recall at the present time. The safety recall doesn't affect many people since it involves the backseat. Also, from what I've read, there are no safety issues as long as folks in the backseat are wearing their seatbelts. Well, my child rides in the backseat, as do other children (friends, nieces/nephews). I can tell the kids a hundred times to keep their seatbelts on, but I can't look in the backseat the entire time that we're in the car. Kids like to push buttons, and could have the tendency to take their seatbelts off while in the car. This obviously terrifies me (as it should any 2018 X1 drivers with children in their backseats).
I did what any reasonable person/father would do. I called Irvine BMW. The man I spoke with on Sunday (7/28) in the evening was very short with me when I asked him about the situation. He told me (with a sharp tone) to call customer service on Monday (which is standard procedure, but the sharp tone wasn't necessary). Today (7/29), I called Customer Service. I spoke with a woman who was just as short with me as the man the previous day. I didn't expect empathy, but as a human, I did expect a hint of sympathy. After all, this was her company that sold/leased vehicles that could hurt children. She could've cared less, and just tried to get me off the phone as soon as she could.
Anyways, this will obviously be the last BMW that I ever lease. The only reason why I looked deep into the safety recall was because we were looking into purchasing a BMW for my wife.
Not only do I recommend avoiding BMW altogether, but if you choose to get a BMW, DO NOT USE IRVINE BMW!!!!! Go to a BMW location with better customer service.

We have had BMWs since 2009 and we have worked with different dealerships. This dealership is a different experience. So far we got two of our cars from them. We worked with Andrew Einhorn and his assistant Kyle Parker. They put the time to make sure they are finding the car that meets our expectations and what makes this dealership different from the rest of the dealerships is Andrew himself puts the time after we were done with paperworks, he sat down with us and showed us all the capabilities that our car has to offer. Kyle is a very knowledgeable person so together they make your experience a very sweet one. By the way, we live about 1:30 away from them, yet decided to go to them and get the car.
