Best experience I've had at any car dealer. I've been through many car leases and purchases and this one was done in record time thanks to Mr. Chris Lorentzen and his capable assistant Mr.Nolan Kiely. Aaron Hawkin was professional and helped us with the whole process of purchasing a car. He was very helpful, answering all the questions we had and making sure we were all on the same page.

Went in for factory recall for door latches on my 750Li (Safety Recall 17V-328). When they returned the car to me, I inspected the door latches and found the soft-close to be broken even through it had been working originally. They NEVER mentioned it was broken before OR AFTER they worked on the door locks. Irvine BMW refused to fix it unless I paid for it, despite the fact that they broke it during the recall installation. They even admitted that it was the technician's first recall of this type.

Didn't care for the place good selection of cars but not helpful staff

Have purchased 2 cars here. Tragic mistake: I had them serviced there for a while until I concluded that service is their free-for-all profit center. Corporate greed reeks. They are so polite that it is intended to mask that they want your wallet, car, horse and all valuables. Caveat emptor.

My mom and I came looking for a car for her after a bad experience with Maserati. Immediately Matthew and Renzo greeted us with a big smile and great energy!! at first she had no clue what she wanted but helped my mom in finding the perfect car for her. They were so patient with all of our questions and test driving, and most importantly made us feel just like family! Usually car dealerships are horrible and pushy when it comes to making a sale, but that was not their intention at all, I can tell they wanted to make sure we were happy with the perfect car for her.

After we found her an amazing X6 Octavio was amazing in helping us figure out all the tech aspects of the car. He helped us set up EVERYTHING and made sure we understood all the features so we wouldn t struggle at home haha!! They made me fall in LOVE with BMW and it will be my next car forsure!!

I had a big problem when bringing my car in for service a week ago. Upon having having this issue, that same day, I was reached out to by Richard Kim a high level service manager to investigate my concerns. He was attentive, listened, and truly wanted to get to the matter of the major issue to ensure it doesn t happen again. Unbelievable service at BMW Irvine. If you are looking into buying a car you HAVE to ask for Bruce. He made what I thought was a dream car my real car. Him and manager Frank gave me amazing service in leasing my first car. After a tough year for me, they gave me an incredible deal and a car that wasn t in th add I had originally seen( the cars had already sold) and they matched the price for me on another car! Not only that, but they waved my down payment for me! I have never been so grateful for such amazing service. Working with Bruce and Frank is what car buying should be like!

Service is okay though not as good as my experience with another which is further away. It's okay for local service though I cannot rant extreme customer service as I'd like to. It's had hiccups both two visits.

Just leased my fourth car from Irvine BMW my third with Chris Lorentzen. I have always hated car shopping, but Chris and his team (Nolan & Oscar) have a way of turning something I used to dread into a pleasant experience.

I walked in a little stressed this time, still unsure of what I wanted. After spending some time with Chris and looking at my options, I had my heart set on one car. Unfortunately, it was at another dealership, but he worked his magic to get it for me. Chris is honest, very patient, and always works to get me the best deal possible with absolutely no pressure.

Once again i had my car serviced at Irvine BMW! My service writer, Miguel Rivera was awesome and immediately took care of getting me checked in and my car back for service. Service Manager Doug Lance made sure that my vehicle was completely serviced and that I did not have to wait long. Took care of everything i asked to be done and more. Miguel then made sure my vehicle was washed and vacuumed before i left. Would highly recommend Irvine BMW for any service needs for your BMW! Customer service is top notch!

I was expecting better customer service and professionalism but was very disappointed with how my problem was handled. I took my car in for service because it s making a noise. Days later I was called in for a test drive since they were not able to hear the noise and waited almost 2 hours. I decided that it was too long to wait to be assisted and told them to give me my car and left.

Bought my BMW from Abdul Qurashi, he was great! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was a really fun person to talk to. Definitely will come back again and buy another one in a couple of years from him!

Contacted 3 dealerships, and Irvine Mini had the best price. More importantly they gave me their best price with their first offer. The other two locations, wanted to do the normal sales haggling process. Worked with Steven who provided excellent service, before, during and after the purchasing period. Sales manager was also very helpful and great to work with. Absolutely zero pressure - they just want you to be happy and have a great experience. Finance manager was also excellent to work with. No high pitched sales pressure - just simply laid out the facts and options. I personally drove to two other Mini Dealerships and interacted with their sales staff. Irvine Mini is No1.

Was surprised no one ever came to me and asked if I'm looking for a new car. Actually I was looking for one and after 15 min waiting at X6 all alone just left. Probably Black Friday worked out great for salesmen and they are not that hungry these days.

Rueben and team were great. They completed the work on-time as promised on a busy day. The waiting area was nice and clean - I was able to get some work done. Highly recommend this location.

Jason Demond is the guy to go to. Been with him for several years now. 7 cars later, the process is seamless. We typically exchange a few texts to find the right car at the right price point and all I have to do is come in to sign the paperwork. takes hours away from having to spend time at the dealership. Not only that, Jason is easy to deal with & on top of everything. He's one of the top sales guys in the nation, so he's able to get to the right price point. I can't imagine having to go back to the tradition 'car sales' process.

William Yen sold us our i3 and it was the smoothest transaction we ve ever had. He arranged everything in advance through finance and we were in and out with our new car in 30 minutes. The entire deal was low pressure and transparent. Wish I could give 6 stars.

I love coming to Irvine BMW...I love working with Yi-Wen Ting and Mike Quinn even more. I have had more than 5 friends get their bmw after introducing them to Mike and Yi-Wen. Mike really took care of me and my friends and even though the drive is more than 1 hour from LA...I will always go to Irvine BMW for their great service!!

I have bought 2 cars here and used their service for over 10 years. Their recent changes in the service department are disappointing. This new system where they email you the diagnosis for repairs... and you "approve" things is really misleading. EVERY LITTLE THING THEY CAN THINK OF GOES INTO THIS NEW SYSTEM. SO... You "approve" something for like $1000... then you click and you're asked to "approve" another random thing for like another $1000... and it just keeps going and going. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT ENDS. Its totally impersonal and it can roll you into "APPROVING" LIKE $10,000 in repairs cause you never know exactly when it all will end. What's worse... the thing you actually came in to fix... shows up like at the end of all their "suggestions". You have no WAY TO UNAPPROVE ALL THIS STUFF.... IT'S VERY VERY SHADY.

You need to have a HUMAN CALL PEOPLE to explain that lot's of this stuff is optional. It just seems like a scam to have it all happen in this new system and it's very off-putting.

Great experience. Danny was informative and communicated the sales process very well. I was given an above average trade-in value on my car and couldn t be happier with my new BMW.

I called them for recall and they lied to me that there are many people in front of me and they don't have the parts. I called another BMW and made appointment for the same week. Don't waste your time with this place.

I am sad to say how very disappointed I was with Irvine's BMW service. I had a water pump replaced and two weeks later the the car overheated I had it towed from Los Angeles to Irvine where I was told that the cars over heating was not connected. They admitted that there was a hose they neglected to acknowledge that was worn out it caused the problem. I had the car towed to Southbay Bay Independent to be repaired. Because Irvine admitted that they neglected to give the attention that a BMW dealer is expected to give but they took no responsibility

I got a 430i grand coupe from Jesse Jia! He was awesome and very helpful from the start. We got straight to the point and bottom-line price right away. Not only was it a great deal but he was attentive and thoughtful as well. Thank you Jesse and Irvine BMW I would recommend anyone looking for a BMW to come here!

Just had a great shopping experience at Irvine BMW. They take all necessary precautions to make you feel safe during these unprecedented times. I did my test drive, completed my paperwork while the car was being detailed and was out of there in under an hour. Renzo did a great job in making the process as smooth as possible. As a former Porsche, Mercedes and Lincoln owner, am happy to join the BMW family. There were a couple minor follow-up items and Renzo made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks Renzo!

I had been test driving like crazy and had resigned myself to the fact that I wasn t going to get the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted. Moe M. texted me after his work day, and before he got to the office, saying he d look to see what he could find me. Next day, he sent me a video of my actual dream car, color, features, everything. Let me come in 20 minutes (!!) after sending the video to test drive it and it was PERFECT. Couldn t leave without the car! Now I m part of the BMW family after loving the brand for YEARS and I couldn t be happier! Thanks Moe!

Worst service dealership. Brought my car in for an oil change. Was told it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Four hours later and my car is still not available. I'm looking to get a new car in the next 6 months when my wife's car payments are done. Will NEVER be returning to this dealership. Had a similar experience last time. I purchased my Beemer here too. I thought they would serve their customers better.

Justin has been taking care of me and my car very well, even with my awkward SULEV warranty (my car is almost 10 years old), he makes me feel just as important as the guys with brand new M cars. It feels good to be so well cared for. Their texting platform is awesome, and allows me to get constant feedback on my repair, and ask questions without waiting on hold or any of that. The loaner program is second to none, and provides me with a huge amount of flexibility and ease of mind.

Recently I had a wonderful experience with your service department. I live in Dallas, and was inquiring via phone about the service records and history of a car which you had originally sold that was being offered for re-sale here in Dallas. The service contact, Joshua, was extremely helpful and pulled up the service records for the vehicle in question and was able to answer all my questions in a most professional and thorough manner. I lived in Corona Del Mar a number of years ago, and if my recent experience is any indication then BMW owner in Irvine/Newport Beach area are very fortunate.

This rating is specifically for my recent car purchase. My car was delayed a few months in Germany due to the current pandemic. Initially Nolan, a Sales Rep, was providing me with weekly updates. Then Chris Lorentzen took over and provided me with weekly updates. Once the car finally arrived, Chris worked with Ken in Finance to handle everything by phone. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. After my call with Ken, I met Chris at the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. I have purchased my three BMW s from Irvine BMW and was satisfied with their service until I went into the store yesterday to look at cars certified preowned cars and wanted to get an estimated value of my car the used car manager the praise my car under valued my car by at least $3000 which was a complete joke I would never buy a car from your dealership again just based on that experience.
