No drinks offered, too busy, and way to smoky. Slot machines are to old.

Very clean. Food good. Not enough drink servers on 2nd floor. Drinks r not strong at all.

Staff in the hotel very nice. Casino personnel not so much.

Breakfast was good. Half price for over 50. Good variety. Pork belly was delicious.

Why go here seriously why go here? The place is like a morgue when you walk in there absolutely nothing going on and I don't care for their games or the way it is set up maybe it'd be a little better if you could win when you're playing on top of it being a very Dole environment you don't win so I won't go back they can keep their Players Club card too

Very little good paying machines and I visit every few months and never get good offers anymore.

I love the atmosphere and always something entertaining going on.

The spa experience was spectacular. If you book any treatment you get access to the wet entities for the entire day. We booked massages and were able to take advantage of the jacuzzi & steam sauna before and after our service. The massages were fantastic too - I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort during my road trip from Kansas City to Tampa. The rooms are HUGE and very well appointed. I did have an issue with my TV not working, but an engineer came up quickly and was able to get my TV up and running without having to change my room. My only complaint is in regards to parking. The parking garage is massive, but there is VERY little handicap parking. This is of a huge concern, since the garage is a long way from the guest elevators. I did not want to pay to Valet my car, so I had to walk a long way.

I hate it because the beds were really uncomfortable it is very crowded and also one time my sister was sleeping in there bed and she got a big bad rash all over and they figure out that they were bed bugs

It's a beautiful place. But the slots are tight and their customer service is lacking. We rented the Penthouse the last time we were there, spent/lost A LOT of money, there was NO fridge in the Penthouse! They would bring us one for an additional charge! I was shocked! We just went back after nearly 10 years and they had deleted us out of their system already. We lost all of our Players Club points/credits etc. Very disappointed. Walked over to the Beau Rivage and were welcomed back with open arms AND ALL of our old Players Club card points/credits, etc. Slots were very tight at IP and we had to locate waitress and ask for cocktails. Maybe was off night. Idk. But it was Mother's Day and I felt very underwhelmed by our treatment and service.

This casino and hotel are very hard to navigate. They make it hard to find your way out of the casino (by design of course) without walking a long way. The casino itself is average at best. They need to do a lot of updating and start to get with the casino program. I understand it's not Vegas but they seriously need to upgrade. The pool is decent and the staff is friendly.

The hotel was clean and smelled clean. The AC worked well and kept me nice and cold.

Pool was closed. Perhaps there's nothing that can be done about smoke smells. Loved the band that night.

I had reservations to go and they were cancelled because the casino was closed down due to the pandemic. I had food credits, hotel offers and slot credits. Now that I am planning a trip to go again soon I found out I have none of those things anymore. It was not my fault I had to cancel my trip. When I called and spoke to someone about this issue they were not helpful and just said that it was an automatic thing that is kept on the computer. Thanks IP... I will take my business elsewhere ;)

Nothing special to recommend it, certainly not a viable competitor to a Vegas Casino.

Beautiful facility. Casino does not reek of smoke. Rooms are beautiful. Booked a 69$ room and was upgraded to 32nd floor luxury suite. Buffet is excellent. Will stay here from now on.

Nice hotel. Little but outdated with small rooms but they do what they can with the space.

Went to the IP Casino buffet for breakfast. Everything I had was very good, but there was not much variety in the selections. Also, some signs over some of the less obvious selections would help a lot. The monitors identifying 15 feel of the buffet didn't help very mich.

Another great place to visit if your on the coast. The food is good, nice atmosphere, the staff is also friendly. Should be added to your list as one of the places to visit

It was cozy and the tub was unbelievable,it was amazing

I have found that if you want to win on the coast, IP is your place. I win more there than anywhere else in MS. food is good as well and the service is excellent. The bartender with a Scottish accent was so good. She makes drinks other's can not make properly. They are always friendly. I do, however see too many patrons get a free drink and leave without tipping. she still has served them with a smile. I would not serve if you did not tip me when you got a free drink! The back bar was best service and they have more gaming options and more games at their tables. I highly recommend over all the other casinos on the coast.

Sooooo, the spa was great they have a real fitness center and the locker room amenities, amazing. But i about flipped my lid when i was told i could not use the hotel's pool after spending about 1k for services for my wife and i. Thats enough to make me never go back. Good spa tho

Wonderful accommodations, a lot of different gaming options, great pool, has arcade games for kids, clean, great service.

Always a pleasure to be invited back to IP. Great service, lunch buffet was delicious. So many choices. Edilia is a very nice server. Emma jumped in to help me pay so I could eat your wonderful feast. Clean. Thanks again for the invitation. I will keep coming back.

I don t know what happened but our weekend getaway was a huge disappointment! We had to wait for our room to be ready, then they put us in a handicapped room that was filthy! Used soap was in the shower! The carpet was wet by the bathroom door because when I stepped into the bathroom wet dirt appeared on the floor! The table in the room had layers of dirt& dust which was so gross! So much for cleaning for Covid. I call the desk floor manager to complain and she asked if I wanted housekeeping to come and clean! No I wanted another room. It was clean looking but the carpet on the right side was wet and it was still very wet in the morning! Only one restaurant is open and most of the slot machines are off, which if they would have thought it out better say a row with six machines and only the one in the middle works... why? Every two have one working spacing out better, we were supposed to be there three days we spent one night and left early! Very disappointed!

I love all casinos with a poker room so really it was ok amall room and a lot of smoking too much smoke dor my liking

worst customer care team ever, from front desk to supervisor, booked this trip, and when we showed up to check in we were told reservation was cancelled and no rooms available. But when I called in as a new customer they had a room available. So basically discrimination and ignorance was why they did not let us checkin with a 12 hour long drive we had to return and sleep in the car. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AND WORST SERVICE

Stayed two night very easy check in. Super friendly staff. Also there was pubic hair all in our bathtub I had to clean it. Casino is kind of a rip off played a lot of money and never even got a bonus. Loosen up those machines. I know it's all a part of gambling but sheesh. Loved my room. Great food. Overall okay experience

Wish they hadn't changed the price on the buffet with the seafood portion on the other note it's a great weekend stop and the drinks don't stop..

Great Casino. It does have a non smoking room including the poker room. Very easy to navigate in and around. There is a large parking lot directly across the street to park in if you have a larger size vehicle or trailer. Very friendly dealers. The servers were ok, but not as friendly. I heard complaints about drinks being wrong, but I just ordered water.

Wasnt really that pleasant looking outside..Will let you know how the customer service works out staying in July..

Went to the cafe for their fried green tomatoes. Amazing service and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

I lost all my money beautiful place just not going back

Great Food.. Also a movie theater! Left with more money than what I showed up with.
