Clean, modern, easy to park and close to the interstate.

My favorite place to stay and play. Nice clean rooms and huge casino floor.

Went over there after a long time n won 200 dollars....nice but they still got bout 2500 dollars of my money a long time ago....but had a good time looking to go back hope I don't loss...I would love to hit the jackpot.....but that's just a dream right lol but I have Faith

Outstanding service, staffing, food, and gaming! My favorite place to stay for personal and business travel. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff is on point with requests and are good at providing individualized assistance. Facilities are very accommodating for the elderly and for youth. Great location - beautifully situated on Back Bay. Food is great at all the venues. Be sure to try Tien Restaurant and Back Bay Buffet! I love place and always plan to return BEFORE I leave! Oh, the spa is wonderful as well. Great way to relax and unwind. You will love it!

Very exciting place, food was great had an amazing time.

Attended the hotel for business. Conference room are on a separate side of the hotel so you have to be up early to walk to the other side of the hotel. Cigarettes are permitted throughout the building. That was a minus for me i smelled like smoke during my stay. Staff are nice. Rooms are a bit nice. I liked the lounge live band who tried to sing different genre. Effort was appreciated. Free buffet with player card sign up.

Waited over an hour for food. Told they were jammed packed but no line and many open tables. Pathetic!

Clean rooms, good entertainment. Buffet was lacking somewhat.

I lost A LOT of money in the casino... but it was an AMAZING experience. Fun casino, great restaurant, amazing Pool and great view. Everyone was friendly. The staff and the guest. I m already planning another trip to Biloxi and we will be staying at IP.

In casino at approximately 12 midnight went to renew my card and the lady on duty was so rude and poor customer service she was a black lady.

IP is located on the beautiful Back Bay. The rooms are elegant and cozy. The service is quick. You can go to play slots, eat at the buffet or take your kid to the arcade! The have a sports bar, as well. All around great, fun time.

Not much of a gambler. The hotel itself is nice and the staff is friendly. Will definitely be staying again soon.

I have been here 5 times now in past 2 yrs. I LOVE This place, On my way there again from crystal river,FL. The staff is awesome, rooms great, most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Slots r my favorite ! Food buffet is awesome ayce seafood none better. My only problem is why on earth would people bring bratty, screaming kids to an adult wonderland. My god people take your kids to disney World . The pool would be perfect without screaming kids!

Nice casino in Biloxi. Casual atmosphere With lots of tables and slot machines. It was a Saturday night So the place was mobbed. Got some decent food in the asian restaurant. Will be back but only during the week. Nice truck parking lot, Thank you very much to the owners!

This place was very nice! The people we so very nice to speak to on everything we had questions about. Service was fantastic! Everything was clean and well kept. Food was good on the buffet too! Can't wait for my next visit!

This was my first trip to Biloxi and I liked the IP alot, but I do have a few concerns. The party I booked with got smoking rooms, and the air freshener on the entire floor was overpowering. It knocks you back into the elevator, just smells of cigarettes and I don't even know what, and I'm a smoker myself. I understand cigarette smoke is impossible to completely mask, but maybe something else, like a citrus smell would have been more pleasant. The room carpet was badly stained and sticky, the beds were noisy and worn out badly, and the rooms just do not match the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel and casino, VERY outdated. I would stay here again though as long as the beds are more comfortable.

The buffet was good when we finally got to it but the entire casino has a major source issue and needs to shuffle traffic better and redesign the layout.

I could literally hear an entire conversation from the people next door!!! Walls are sooo thin I couldn't get a good night sleep both days on my vacation!!

Nice place and good food at Bayview Cafe, but I like the open floor plan style of Hard Rock, Golden Nugget and Beautiful Rivage.

The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. The buffet food was very salty.

It's a pretty cool place but it is very smokey I definitely would not recommend it to anyone who is on an oxygen tank

Ok, but not smoke free. I won t go back for this reason. But I imagine this is the reason why many people enjoy it.

It was a very good experience it was my first time there and the food was excellent but what was best of all was the friendliness of all the people working there

Concert venue was terrific and smoke-free. Staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. But casino was so smoky as to be intolerable.

We were going to stay the night at the IP until we went to eat at the buffet. If 0 stars were available i would have selected that option, however i give the star for the service provided by the wait staff only. They are all friendly. Also my star is for the lovely desert selection and the man working the desert station on 1/28/2018 at 6:00pm.

The evening began with the hostess asking how many people in our party and proceeding to as if we d like to add crabs 1lb for $5 or 2lbs for $9. We were all confused due to the fact that we have NEVER paid extra for crabs here or at any other buffet that we frequent. It s been several months since our last visit to the IP, and were unaware of the change. I honestly wouldn t have come had i known. The hostess was rude and snappy about our confusion. We were hungry so we paid for 2lbs and proceeded to the seating area.

We were disappointed but optimistic. We were then seated in the far back section. I don t know if that was because of our son or if that was the next place to be seated, but we didn t understand why we were so far away with closer seating available. We let it go.

My partner then proceeded to get our bucket of crab legs. We had the most unappetizing crab legs I ve ever eaten. If i have to pay extra i expect high quality food. They were small and the crab meat was green and hard to peel from the shells. It was flakey and by the time we got to the second cluster each it was cold and just not good. We were so upset. The entire experience was just ruined. Totally not worth it. We won t be returning, that s for sure.

love staying there as it has so many amenities available .... pamper yourself with a spa treatment.... 5 different restaurants so you don't have to choose..... sample them all

Very helpful people at front desk. Clean facilities. Complimentary valet. Great rooms... bed kinda hard. Great view...very secure. Didnt win anything tho.

Great getaway. Stayed overnight as a birthday gift to myself and I loved it. The room was gorgeous and surprisingly quiet given the number of people in the hall and the bed may literally be the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the onside dining options were excellent. Even won a little on the slots. A perfect birthday treat and a fantastic place to stay on the gulf coast.

Great time. Room was great. Staff was accommodating. Cold AC.

Visited to check out the new sports book. Watching Sunday football there was a good time.

We went to the IP Casino for the brunch buffet and to check out the casino. The brunch was $20 and included Bloody Marys and mimosas. The food was actually really good for a buffet and was worth the money. The casino was giant and had multiple floors, one of which was a no smoking section. I would like to return and actually stay at this resort.

Room was nice. Queen beds were actually full size not queens. Room was warm never got cool so sleep wasn't the best. Very nice pool and bar area. The "club" was not a club it was more of a nap time lounge.

Way over rated lots of hidden fees the ocean looks nasty

Came here for our anniversary, the staff was friendly, beautiful pool area, wonderful spa and I had a nice 1st time in a casino. Standard rooms and bathrooms. The food was a little overpriced for the buffet but overall we had a good time!

Yeah i had a bad experience here. I felt it was unjust. A personal problem. But i wont be going back bc im not allowed. Its a long story. But bc i didnt go to hosp. & police were looking for me bc my ex says i was suicidal. I wasnt. I had no car , i felt safe a casino. Police kept calling had to physically see i was ok. Thats great, i understand. But bc i didnt go to hosp. I am banned from there. I wasnt even crying. Let alone suicidal. They fell for my ex's ploy

Every room has a view of the Gulf or the bay, they were clean, the staff was friendly and the food was awesome. The casino staff was also very nice.
