IP Casino is fun if you like gambling in they have decent food on the Buffet

Just here for an extended weekend vacation with the family. My second time visiting the IP resort and I've found more to do and see. The staff is top of the line professional and courteous. Can't wait to come back and see what else I have missed!

I traveled from Orlando to IP and slept in my Camper under I-10 for 3 days. Thank God I only am staying in the IP for 1 night. Ill be returning to stay in my camper because it's much more safe and enjoyable

1. Security is lax at best
2. All amenities Pool,Spa,Gym shut down before the Sun goes down
3. 50% of the staff are rude

This is my 1st time leaving a review ever, but I hope it saves at least 1 person from feeling like they have been taken advantage of. You can get more for your money at the other Resorts like the Hard Rock or Beau Ridge afleast I hope!

Once the construction is done it should be pretty nice. A lot of development in the area too.

This place is terrible. It doest matter if you get a smoking room or non smoking room.. ALL THE ROOMS SMELL LIKE AN ASHTRAY. There is a SMALL shower, a small tv, and the fridge is basically the same temperature as the room. Does not do its job. Terrible. Once again... there is no such thing here as a non smoking room. They all smell the same. Stay here if you like the smell of a hookers basement that is ridden with the smell of ashtrays, death, burnt corpses, and the distinct yet putrid odor of a sour, rotten ape fetus anus.

Oh and the vallet.. terrible. Took over 25 minutes to get my vehicle...

I've always had good luck here. Most of the restaurants are great. The penthouse suites are clean and nicely decorated.

Very good experience. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Gaming experience is fun, but lots of cigarette smoke.

It was really great even though there was a water outage. The staff was on top of it and kind.

Has the feel of an old tired hotel but still rates 4 stars.

Very poor service! I am deeply disappointed in the service received from the front desk staff upon arrival and during my three day stay in New Orleans. My issues which were simple ones normally were left unresolved.

Safe your money and go elsewhere. One might think they are getting a great deal but you get what you pay for on this hotel comparable to a struggling motel. The room I was given Room 2423 on the 24 floor had an almost unbearable air quality with a constant smell of mildew-mold. I had to force myself to breath this air to avoid further hassle. Speaking of inconvenience if you chose to do self parking you are in for a 10 minute walk going to 2 seperate elevators and crossing the busy casino in between. The hotel does have a solid bathroom but its not thoroughly cleaned with pieces of hair left behind. The same goes with the carpeted floor with pieces of crumbs. The view is descent but sadly the double plane window is fogged and there is nothing you can do to whipe it off. Also worth noting their is no microwave if you decide to bring extra food. In return the hotel does offer a buffet for $25 with limited selection. I do not recommend this room if you ever need to stay at the IP casino.

I went to a show in the theatre. Seating was comfortable. Acoustics were good.

Do not book if you want any money back. I called to cancel my reservation - no refund. Then I tried to move the reservation to another date, was not able to. Might as well book the same day as arrival to avoid losing your money. Good luck.

Give your money to a better cause than just corporate greed

Nice place with reasonable accommodations and bars for the price. My go to Casino when visiting Biloxi.

The waitresses do not come around but once an hour if your lucky and yet they expect a tip to.. My tip is we losing enough money gambling but waiting this long on a drink we don't want to gamble no more.

Was in the ballroom for a conference. The room was spacy, the food was great, and the customer service was excellent.

Friendly staff. The buffet is not the best, but ok. Hotel rooms I have found that they are not always cleaned well. Beds are comfortable

One of our favorite casinos. Good concerts and nice theater. More comps and better payouts then others.

Never win any money but the place is always welcoming.

I enjoy it alote the kids did to love the swim pool. Come back tomorrow

I always have fun at the IP!! They give great rewards for members too..great live music in the club/lounge with live entertainment.

A wonderful Casno Resort, with all the amenities. Restaurants are all very good. Service staff are open and friendly. Lots of space. Well managed and safe

Beware of the smoking rooms. Even as a smoker one of the rooms was so Smokey I couldn't breathe. But they were quick to change me with no hassle at all.

Nice place to play, but the players club lacks a lot.

Went in for the buffet. Great food selection and the food tasted great as well. The service was decent but nothing terrible. Would recommend.

Conveniently located near the Interstate. The sports bar have the best employees and great bar food. When sports betting starts this will be the location to go.

All in all it was a great experience. I would have given it five stars except that the front desk clerk was very unpleasant. Not rude necessarily, just dismissive and seemed unhappy to be there.

Nice, clean, rooms. Staff was very helpful. The buffet is one of the best I've had. I will definitely stay next time I visit the area.

Not an overall bad place, Cafe has good food, Casino is well kept only had one 15$ blackjack table! Even on the weeknights. Everyother table was 25$ minimum. Bar is open 24hrs and the drinks are free but they expect a tip!

Just loved the non smoking casino the rooms were clean no complaints about staying there will stay there again.

Needs a bigger variety. The pasta station needs more options. Dessert was pretty but needs more flavor.

Don't use parking garage...goodness...worse design ever. It freakin dead ends on 5th floor. Have to do a u'ie in the smallest space to get back down. OMG nightmare!!!!

Plenty of tables available with bets starting at $5 which is pretty nice. The rooms are your basic casino room, but they do have no smoking floors that are better than smoking floors. The reward program is pretty decent if you like promo chips, free play and free rooms. The pool is pretty decent and a great option for those days you break from gambling. It isn't the top star resort in town but their amenities and service make it a very good choice especially depending on your betting preferences.

Reeks of cigarette smoke. Definitely should be considered a health hazard

I went for a date with my wife to the casino. We had a really good time. The staff was very friendly and the floor set up was easy to navigate. We will be going back again.

Decent place with nice rooms. If smoke bothers you, keep on moving.

I attended a concert in Studio A, and loved it. The venue is fairly intimate but still holds plenty of people, and there were four bars inside (more than enough!).

Felt old and tired. Casino needs updated . Sucks the money up to fast to enjoy it.

We love the Ip. The buffet is amazing, the pool is nice and the rooms are cozy.

The worst time I ever had at ip 05/22/20 through 05/24/20 never will I spend another dime in that casino!!!! And I go there often!
