A technically very competent and helpful workshop. On July 19, 2018, 1 rear light on my GLC had to be replaced at short notice. Mercedes Gmund has solved the problem.

My A-Class ran out of oil on Saturday afternoon. Desperate, I drove to the gas station, but was able to meet a young employee, Mr. Kilian Prochotta, at the branch. Although he has long been in the well-deserved evening, he helped me for almost 40 minutes to get the oil problem under control. In the end I was able to continue driving again and the car is wonderfully in order. Top branch whose employees are there for your customers, even AFTER work. It couldn't be better :-)

We were in transit to South Tyrol and had a problem with our MB,
The workshop team was there immediately, examined the vehicle, the problem immediately
recognized it went straight to the lift and in the team was the problem in 10 minutes
solved and cleaned the car too.
The friendliness, competence and helpfulness of the workshop team is absolute
Praiseworthy and probably rather rare in Germany.
Workshops like these should be more absolutely "recommended"

Super nice dealership with good staff. I only came to watch a car, because I have gathered in Regensburg bad experience with Mercedes. But sir. Neubauer fulfilled my wishes, endeavored and was the best seller I have come to know for a long time.

First-class service, the Munich branch could learn a bit from it here.
The atmosphere when taking the order was very calm and relaxed, my problem was recorded by telephone beforehand and the service advisor was already prepared.
The ladies at reception were super friendly, the replacement car was made available. The hygiene measures were observed.
I only had a small amount of repairs - but since my car was handled very carefully, I would come back without reservation.
Only the customer parking lot could be a bit bigger so that you don't risk a parking dent.
Great praise - and that from the pen of a critical customer!

About 2 weeks ago my windshield wiper on my W201 stalled in the pouring rain and was about to give up completely. After I briefly described my problem there, the nice gentleman went directly to my car with me, oiled the wiper at a certain point and it worked again. I was not charged for that either.
That was great service and I am very grateful for the quick and uncomplicated help!

In 2016 we bought a vklasse (ex works) there. Everything took forever. For inquiries, the seller never had time and by itself he has not reported. Hangs 3 bad service. And the hammer is still coming. In the summer of 2017, I accidentally noticed in the current sunshine that was on the back of the tailgate once a lettering on it. And indeed it was knocked away, quickly corrected with a paint pen and so it was handed to us at that time. It has absolutely nothing seen of it but me the months it came to light. At Mercedes Benz in my city, it was then redirected, of course, at the expense of AVG.

I have used one Range Rover seen and called on the Internet. The vehicle was reserved for me for three days. Visited the car. Mr. Prokop had described the car correctly and honestly in all details and properties. The car was brought into optimal condition and the price was very fair.
