Did not have reservation in their system. Took too long to check in

My overnight stay at IP Casino Resort Spa was very nice! The friendly staff and all the amenities were great. Enjoyed spa services and dining was wonderful. Attended a concert that we enjoyed very much. I'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful rooms, super pleasant staff, many food choices, very nice casinos and clubs.

Love coming to IP in Biloxi Ms , unfortunately they are cutting down on comps, not good

I tried many of the casinos in Biloxi and the IP is my favorite. I love the casino, the service is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

My Wife and I met up with Family there.It was great,everyone that worked there was 100% Going back in July!!

It's a beautiful family friendly place had a great time

No microwave but you can rent one for 25. What a rip off

Very relaxing, I got everything I wanted out of my visit and the spa. The experience is consistently amazing.

Hotel room was pretty basic. Comfortable bed, but bathroom was not completely clean, and coffee maker had old grinds in it. Food in the 24-hour sit-down restaurant was excellent.

Great environment, friendly people, love this casino it's my favorite!

The pool here is usually well managed and the service is typically great, however this was not my experience this visit. The employees seem to be on edge and unhappy. The pool attendant was having a difficult time enforcing the pool rules which made for an unpleasant experience. I m sad to say I will not be coming back.

I went with friends because I had one friend that has not been to a casino before and he was visiting from out of the country

Our favorite casino in Biloxi!! Great food, 2 story casino with games that let you play instead of draining your money.

Holiday dinner with friends at penthouse restaurant. Food ok, over priced, not much of a crowd, service was fine.

Went and ate at the buffet with the family. The staff were very accommodating and swift to seat a 16 people party. The food was good and the waitresses on our table kept up with the demand of drinks amd clearing dirty plates away.

Beautiful casino. We ate at the buffet and everything was delicious.

Came here for a seminar which having to walk through smoke filled casino floor sucked.

Just used comp food offers.....food very good at the Sports bar!!! Liked the slot machines ok.

The staff is rude, it took us 2 days to get ash trays in our smoking room. They advertised a pizza deal for $13 but after charging not 1 but 2 gratuity taxes it's still $20 and offer only one topping with or without the promotion. The hallways almost knock you out because whatever they spray smells awful and is so strong, and don't even get me started on the staff in the casino! We're here all week unfortunately and its only Tuesday! Save some money and stay at motel 6, bet they're alot nicer and it doesn't smell as bad! We had to order room service tonight but we will never be spending another dime here! Biggest regret is booking this sorry place for a whole week!

Rooms are clean and spacious. We've had 2 problems since we've been here: 1) signage for the buffet was misleading (apparently unintentionally), which upset my wife and 2) there was something wrong with the electrical in our room. The breaker for the whole room kept blowing. Anecdotally, they do not strongly enforce no smoking, so you occasionally have had someone smoking in thr lobby of your floor.

They are doing great following covid19 rules.

Loved it! This is the best resort I ever been in.. I had an amazing time staying there and I will be rebooking in the future..The food was great! Customer service/room service was awesome.. I have no complaints..

The buffet was horrible paid 12 extra dollars total 36 dollars no crab legs and lobster had to pick 1 lobster was over cooked and chewy will stop by KFC before I'll pay 36 bucks to be screwed 1

Need TVs and All Suites bathrooms and more things for kids to do when the pool is closed

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. There is a variety a eating options. I'm not much for gambling, but it appears the casino is par for the course. The staff is nice and the rooms are nice. My only suggestion would be more massage options.

I only go for the food and entertainment!! I miss the movie theater though!! IP really stood out with that!! That allowed the parents and the children to do something together as a family!! The only downside to it is you have to it is you have to go through smoke and the casino just to eat. If they would move the slot machines to another side that way families can go through without problems.

Terrible room and service. The television didn t work and when we called the front desk they acted as though they didn t care. Basically saying because it s busy on weekends it s hard to have anyone come up. They could have made other accommodations but yet didn t. We were never offered a new room or anything.

Went to the back Bay buffet. The food was good but not great with a large selection. There is a lot of noise that filters in from to casino. They only have Pepsi products. I wouldn't pay full price, but with a coupon it's definitely worth it.

Hotel, Club, dining, a lot of games to choose from and the pool is to much fun

Pretty hotel, pretty views. The buffet's breakfast wasn't that great but shoutout to the Vietnamese waiter we had (I can't remember his name but it was a 3 letter name...). He was such a great waiter! The casino is pretty nice. The pool is fantastic! Overall a nice place to spend a few days.

My favorite casino,love the hotel not so much of the back Bay restaurant. Have to pay for the crab legs.thanks for bringing back the free buffet birthday dinner.

Always lose track of time here..having fun on slots

Love the easy access to all the gambling devices and gambling tables. All the employees are so nice and friendly. They will go out of there way to make sure you are enjoying every second you are a guest of there's. There's no place quite like it on the m.s. gulfcoast. I will drive 20 miles further and pass 5 or 6 other casinos just to have a great time, as I always do at the I.P. CASINO AND RESORT on the M.S. Gulfcoast.

Nice hotel great rooms but the casino and the machines are dated

People jerk me around like you would not believe I had a room reserved with two queen beds I got there they switched me around and gave me one king bed friend of mine went with me he is also a male they expected us to share a king bed so they reluctantly upgraded us and gave us a room with one king bed and a hide-a-bed I did not pay for a hide-a-bed I paid for two queen beds will never go back

Was ok. Seemed a little run down compared to the other casinos in the area.
