First, this is from a concerned guest. Gave a 5 star because I do not want to hurt your future business. Not sure what it is but something is different. Rooms are not as clean as they once were, employees not as friendly as they once were, and just overall not as pleasurable as it once was. Sending this because I care and would want someone to let me know if we are slipping. Yes I will be back because this is my go-to but just wish it was like it used to be. Thanks for listening. -John S
We stayed for a teacher convention. The IP is nice without feeling so fancy that you need to act with fun-degrading deference and deportment. The pool is wet and cool, and the bar has beer, frozen drinks, and bar food. I highly recommend the IP; this was our 3rd time staying.
We went there for dinner and to see a friend's band play. The place itself is nice, but be prepared for lots of cigarette smoke. We stayed for about 30 min and had to leave because we couldn't take the smoke anymore.
IP Casino is easy to get to and locate. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I always go for the buffet. Great options and delicious food.
Came for an overnight stay to see High Valley perform. Pros - Expansive parking garage with easy access to casino. - Convenient location within a short driving distance of shops and restaurants. Close to both the 10 and 90. - Friendly staff. - Nice, clean and spacious room with a nice view of the water. - Studio A was a intimate and cozy theatre that probably gave every seat a good view. Cons - Very busy on the weekends as well as more expensive.
*Didn't use the pool, casino, salon/spa services or restaurants so I can't comment.
Horrible smoke on entire 1st floor - absolutely no areas with No Smoking- miserable!!!! I ve been to multiple casinos in Biloxi and Las Vegas- never experienced anything as horrific- we visited to see Southern Momma - will never stay here again- Get better ventilation!!!
We used to stay here 2-3 times a month. The last time we stayed we were just getting out of the shower and two people came busting into our room ( management and security)and searched it. Their reason, " we had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door for to long." ( about 24 hours) We take trips to get away from work, kids, grandkids, ect. So we thought the whole point of a DND sign was not to be disturbed. If you are planning a stay I would highly recommend Beau Rivage, Harrah's, or The Scarlett Pearl they are absolutely amazing!!
I've stayed at IP Casino Resort Spa 3 separate times and have enjoyed every stay! The location is just a short drive from everything in Biloxi. The rooms and casino are always nice and clean.
We are locals that like to have a drink at the bar on the ground floor and then eat at the buffet. Always a warm, friendly, experience! Great service at the bar and buffet and the buffet food is always very good. They have their regular dishes and add different things each week. The dessert bar is awesome!
Great venue for any event. The buffet in the casino was one of the best I've seen at a casino. Lots of selections. The parking garage was pretty cramp with low ceilings and not enough space
Food was cold (breakfast buffet) place seemed like it had seen better days. Too much walking to get anywhere, front desk, elevators, rooms. Food was terribly expensive. Had the call mantenience to get the TV working etc etc
The setting was very good!! I enjoyed the staffing assistance. While playing, we didn't get any drink offers until after 11 pm. The machines never let any of us win that night!! Bummer. But, overall we enjoyed the visit and I received a birthday shirt!!!
Good room for a great price with a nice view. 28th floor. During the day we coukd see the back bay and the gulf and at night we coukd see all the lights from there to the water. The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't het the room temp right, it kept getting a rad bit stuffy. We finally turned the air down low enough that it would just never kick off. My advice, bring a small table fan to put on the nightstand beside you. With that, the room would have been perfect.
Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff I did talk to were very friendly. The casino staff was extremely lacking. None of them were friendly - at all. It felt like they had just got out of a meeting where they were reprimanded. I might not go back here just because the staff was not friendly.
We stayed 3 nights here on Veterans Day weekend. I booked prior to reading the reviews then I was so nervous it was going to be a nightmare. I was thoroughly impressed with our stay. I was scared our room was going to smell like an ashtray and despite it being a smoking casino, you couldn t smell smoke even walking thru the casino. Our room was great. Hotel check in was easy, the staff was super hospitable and the housekeeping lady on the 6th floor was so sweet and accommodating to our requests. They have a coffee shop and restaurants on site so that was convenient and awesome. Drinks are very hard to come by in the casino and they are also tiny so that is literally my ONLY complaint. We originally planned on casino hopping in Biloxi but after playing in the IP and winning we just decided to play there every night so we could just ride the elevator back to our room each night. Also, parking was not the best as we always ended up on one of the top floors and people suck at driving thru the garages but that s not really the hotels fault that they are busy and people can t drive. We enjoyed our stay so much and if we are ever in Biloxi again we will definitely be back.
Came here for the Teacher's Only Comedy show "Eddie B". There was a whole bunch of teachers LOST getting to Studio A before the show and getting to the Chill Ultra Lounge after the show. It seemed like your elevator system was playing a cruel trick on us that night! We ended up in the bottom level of the parking lot and had to walk outside to get to the front lobby. I wasn't pleased.
We recently went to the IP Casino in Biloxi for a concert. While there, we had dinner at the buffet. The food and service were great. The line to pay and get a table went very quickly.
Visited the Casino as I was in town visiting some family. Casino was very different in lay out from what I am use to. However it was a very fun experience. The variety of games was great in the general area but the non-smoking section was limited. The waitresses were very busy but not very attentive. There were multiple waitresses throughout the casino who would offer drinks to the people next to me but would not offer me one. The people I was with got drinks multiple times however in the few hours we were there I only was able to get one drink.
Slots need to be looser! The staff is wonderful, very prompt with any requests. Our room was clean, and very functional. My only regret was the pool wasn't opened yet, and the spa and workout rooms didn't open until 8am. By that time, I had already walked and we had eaten breakfast and on with our day. They do have meeting rooms here and I can't believe they wouldn't have the workout area open by 6am. Oh well, still had a great time. Restaurants were busy but had great staff and food was fresh looking and tasting.
