Horrible customer service! No greetings whatsoever, all they say is "What do you want" Really? Regardless, I tried getting my blackberry repaired because the mic wasn't working properly. I go back 3 days later, and they tell me that my phone is broken- as in literally, nothing is working the screen was blank. Then they had the nerve of blaming me! Worst store ever! Hi-Tech is much more friendly!

On my first visit with a friend trying to sell a mildly used device they were not agreeable to my friends asking price needless to say he left feeling salty . However I took a business card as I had several device old and new in need of repair testing and activating . They were extremely helpful accommodating and thorough in attaining my desired results without confrontation or useless banter . They advised me on best direction or choice based on each circumstance and or situation . I brought at least 15 device in the last three months . Needless to say unlike other merchants , covid19 managed to make the time spent and invested there enjoyable pleasant efficient and highly productive.

Had a great experience here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Could not find an iPhone XR 64 GB model anywhere, including the Best Buy, and any mobile service providers in Brampton. They had it in stock and they helped my set up, transfer SIM card, apply screen protector, and helped me select a case for my phone. I can t recall the name of the employees I interacted with but they were both super helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one.
I also feel that these stores are a fantastic alternative to the actual Apple stores which have very few locations and are very far apart. Thanks for bringing the level of service I can expect from an apple store as well as a convenient location for us to use! Thank you thakur vere

I went to intouch wireless. My family has been visiting em from past 10 years, recently, they fixed my samsung s6 and the broken part was not even available in the market. These guys are a great technical support for me. I personally thank em for serving in a better way, as they have all the latest phones, their parts and accessories available. I don't understand how some of customers like us raise fingers against 'em.

I have been going to intouch for at least 2 years. I tried going to buyNsell once because the cost to fix the screen and unlock the phone was cheaper, They could not unlock the phone for over a week and i had to fight for a refund, I then brought it to intouch and they unlocked it within 24 hours. they are truly experienced with unlocking and screen fixing.
Honestly, go there if you have a phone that is worth more than $800 or a well know phone like an iPhone. Then you will have the great service. Went there with my moto x play got the screen replaced did an okay job. Until screen flicking started but than than I accepted that it was my phone. But when I went back the person on the front desk broke my sim card tray than started to give me attitude and getting mad at the fact that I'm upset. The owner is a good guy but that person shouldn't be in a repair store.
So in conclusion the store is great if you have a very expensive phone that I well known and can't go anywhere else than sure. But otherwise I would say please go somewhere else because you won't get a professional repair in the store. And especially with the person that broke my sim card tray in front of me. If anything that person shouldnt be working there for his unprofessional behavior.

InTouch is my go to cell phone store in the GTA. I was tired of being overcharged for repairs and accessories by the Apple Store. With InTouch they understand that you need fast service. They always greet me with a smile and offer me the best service. I have purchased cell phone cases from them for the last three years and they have always had the latest styles stocked (battery charging cases, flip cases, Lumee cases). I don't quite understand how anyone could rate this store anything below the 5-stars, because I have only experienced exceptional service from them. I dropped my phone about a year ago, and they had me and my fixed phone completely within the same day! Employees are very professional and knowledgable about the technical and financial sides to things and will always quote a significantly lower price to repair than others would.
Worst repair shop, all parts are chinese and they dont do refunds.. do not reccomend for anyone.

I went in to purchase a new cell phone and the staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The prices were also very good, as they were cheaper than all the places I have researched. Intouch also had a wide selection of accessories for my new phone, which added to the pleasant experience there. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone's cell phone needs/wants/problems.
Took my brand new Samsung S21 Ultra. Took the employee 4 attempts to put screen protector on. After 4th screen protector and leaving a scratch on the corner of the protector he told me the lines n bubbles will go away on there own. Took the phone back 2 days later as the lines got worse. I was told its my fault these lines occur in every protector. Employee even denied what he told me and claimed i scratched the protector. (but the scratch is inside the protector so how would i get it back on tight?) They have very bad customer service with fake promises to just get you out of there store. I would recommend spending money elsewhere because coming here you will just end up paying twice. Employee also told me after he is a technician working in the back he doesnt do screen protectors. So why not tell me to come back another time if you are not sure how to do it. AVOID AVOID AVOID these scammers

i came in to your store looking for an Otterbox. Specifically for an Otterbox. Your attendant went to the back of the store and came out with a flea-market quality knock-off, insisting it was the same quality. On my way out the door, sure enough there was a WALL of Otterboxes.

Came Here two weeks ago, to buy cellphone for my daughter. Old Bald guy thinks, all the people coming here are stupid and tells price almost twice than market . He was scamming me by selling me States phone by saying it's from Canada, when we ask for warranty they will give store limited warranty. That only depends on discretion of management whether to cover in warranty or not. They sell OPEN BOX USED PHONES, which might have data of old user. I ask them and told me that they open it for unlocking. Nowadays no phone came locked even if we buy from any carrier on contract. THEY SELL USED PHONE FOR PRICE MORE THAN ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS STORE.
Broke my phone screen and got it fix within an hour. These guys get stuff done quick and so efficient. Even fixed my home button issue that I had within the price out of the kindness of their hearts. A lot of respect for what they do, always my number one to go to for phone issues from now on.

Drove to the store during operating hours and it was closed, yet still had an "Open" sign on. We thought, maybe they're on lunch. We waited for 30 minutes until we finally left. I called and left a voicemail asking them to return my call, as I can only receive service from this location since I have a corporate account. Never received a call back.

I came with a defective screen that was replaced from another cell phone store (which I will never go to again). They diagnosed it and found out that the previous repair guy did attach parts of the screen and they fixed it for free instead of tricking me to buy another screen. Trustworthy, honest and reliable guys that work at this place. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

I had to pick something up from Rogers through them. I found that the staff was friendly and more then helpful. Now that I know it's there, I'll go back for cables and repairs. I'm not sure what the price of some of the goods are compared to other stores as they weren't labelled but I liked the selection.

Scammers!! They use cheap parts for their phones. They replaced my iphone screen only for it to stop working a few weeks later. When i took it into Apple, they told me the part was low quality and adhesive was not applied causing the phone to break. Ended up, having to buy a new phone because the damage was beyond repair.
Have never had a bad experience whenever I have gone there to either buy or sell an item.
Staff is genuinely courteous and knowledgeable about things and I have gotten plenty of 'dealer' having dealt with them almost religiously.

Went to this store, bought a iphone 8 otterbox commuter case. I got back to my office and noticed I was over charged $5.00. Went back to the store 25 minutes later and the sales person tried telling me that the price in the system is $44.99 and the sticker price of $39.99 was placed on the item in error. So the correct price is $44.99 he said. LOL, I asked for a refund and purchased it elsewhere for $39.99. You cannot do business like that in Canada. You must sell the item by the sticker price on the item. Customers are not responsible for paying for your lazy employee errors.

A few days back, my kid dropped by iPhone and the screen got shattered. Quickly, I called Intouch wireless for help. They repaired the phone and delivered it on time without making any compromise in the quality.
Where do I even start... I wish I could give these jokers no stars.

Took a broken screen from an iPhone 6 to get it replaced. Within 2 weeks it cracked in 2 places and chipped in 2 more places. The screen changes colour every time I touch it. They refused to fix it and said I dropped my phone several times, so it was my fault (which was not the case at all). To go further, they said I should expect the replaced glass to break more easily. Cheap prices, but products and services are shoddy at best - you really get what you pay for here.

Very disappointed with the service that I got today. I got my screen replace about three weeks ago, still with in the warranty. This morning when I wake up I saw a few lines on the screen so I take it back to show them what happen the guys told me to left the phone they will take a look. I left the phone and because I didn't had a screen protector on my phone he told me that it may be the LED light because my phone have some scratch but my phone have No scratch I told me how could that damage the LED light he told me some that happen. but let me leave the phone and they will check and let me know if I can come back at 5.30 pm I say no problem. when I go back to pick my phone up he I telling me that the LED light is damage and they need to replace it. It will cost me $55 I so for what if it under warranty why I have to pay for the light. it not my fault the light not working. he told because my phone scratch that why???? That's very unfair for customer service they just want my money.

These people ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS AND THIEVES EVER. I brought a used samsung note 9 and went to them to unlock my phone. Thank GOD I checked the ID on the back of the phone to make sure it was the same numbers on the box when i originally brought the phone. These people tried to give me a completely different samsung note 9 and told me that my phone is BLACKLISTED. I noticed that this was a completely different phone and called them and they tried to make it seem like it was by accident.
These people attempted to scam me, steal my phone and probably sell my working phone for 1000. They weren't going to tell me they "gave me the wrong phone by accident", nor did they try to compensate me for such a drastic "Mistake".
These people had already put a password on my phone and was ready to sell it to the next buyer.

I Got my Samsung S7 Edge Fixed. They got it done fast and good. I mean my phone was smashed. like bent smashed. they did advice me that i could have issues since the phone was bent. but so far no issues. The part they used was original as i took my phone to a buddy of mine who works for Samsung and he confirmed it was original. happy to deal with these guys.
Some people rambling about them damaging the phone i think is a lie. they had a customer when i was there, complaining there ,who agreed about being told about the damage to their phone but being stubborn wont agree to it again.
I Recommend these guys. if Ur phone is damaged. specially when its bent. you can have other issues. its just the way they are made these days.

Horrible customer service! I brought in my iPad for repair because it was not charging and they told me it would be $70 to fix it and if the screen breaks because they have to heat it up and pry open then would be $110. When I dropped it off the gentleman told me it would be ready the following day and I will get a call, and the day after that no one did, so I took the matters into my own hands and called them and so yes, the screen did break into pieces and they want me to pay $140 now to fix it. No matter how much I tried to prove that I was asked to pay $110 originally they just won t take the truth and the gentleman I spoke with when I brought in my iPad completely denied the truth. I am really upset with this kind of customer service and treatment I have received as if I m nobody. They don t hold on to their promises and they don t treat their customers with respect they deserve.

They switched the phone right in front of my eyes and gave me foreign 16 GB phone and refused to admit they did anything wrong. I will recommend never ever go there or deal with them. I went there 2 days back with my nexus 5 has reboot problem. The power key was not working fine. I knew the issue very well as i went through several online video and i decided not to do my self and fix out side. This fix total cost me 50$ plus tax which was expected from me. That guy was quick and know what is wrong my mobile. it will be better if they charge little lower like 25$ for this kind of fixes.
So far my cell is doing ok.
I would go again here and reco to friends also.
