This is very nice place to fresher to develop theirself because here's training is too good for 6 month.

Package offered is very low compared to industry standards. Also, In the name of security deposit, 10-20% of salary is retained by the company. The projects are mostly outsourcing based with not much to learn. The 3yr long bond makes it even more difficult for candidates to exit and take up better opportunities.

Policies are mostly anti-employee. The HR department is just for the namesake. Even office facilities as basic as cafeteria are not up to the mark.

Awesome mid size company. I gives developers a good chance to grow. A good employer.

Very good company to work here. There is no work pressure and management is very good.

As per experience and friends . It is worst company for experience . Below are some negative point
1. Fully outsourcing company
2. 3-5% increment
3. No bonus
4. Hold 30k variable for year at time of increment 15-19k variable will be granted after one year
5. Career will finish how ( suppose if you join this company as developer after sometime you will become support developer . Your career profile will become worst because you will be support developer )
6. Does not have any development at paramatrix office .
7. Per month one leave
8. No comp off
9. 8 hours on desk if you at paramatrix office
