These people ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS AND THIEVES EVER. I brought a used samsung note 9 and went to them to unlock my phone. Thank GOD I checked the ID on the back of the phone to make sure it was the same numbers on the box when i originally brought the phone. These people tried to give me a completely different samsung note 9 and told me that my phone is BLACKLISTED. I noticed that this was a completely different phone and called them and they tried to make it seem like it was by accident.

These people attempted to scam me, steal my phone and probably sell my working phone for 1000. They weren't going to tell me they "gave me the wrong phone by accident", nor did they try to compensate me for such a drastic "Mistake".

These people had already put a password on my phone and was ready to sell it to the next buyer.

Completely disgusting and unprofessional place. All the reviews you read about them stealing or scamming are indeed true.

They act as if they are in a third world country, and if you aren't indian ; GOOD LUCK .
