I had an issue with my iPhone 7 charging jack. Every time I plugged in the charger, the device didn't charged. Consulted variant iPhone repair companies, then finally crossed path with Intouch Wireless. I must say they have best services with low-cost plans. Would suggest to people facing any kind of trouble in their devices.
The customer service was horrible. No people skills. They were extremely rude, and I hoped to never have to deal with them again.
Unfortunately, this Intouch Wireless location is also a UPS package pickup location in my area...and from time to time I get stuck there to pick up my packages. I find them EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
I wouldn't leave them with my phone, and hate going in to pick up my UPS orders.
RIP OFF. Gave my phone without properly gluing the back cover of the phone, blaming it on the design. The guy was than selling the phone cover or new phone instead of fixing it. Not recommended.
VERY unprofessional. TERRIBLE service. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVEN IF IT BE YOUR LAST STOP. I bought an unlocked Samsung S5 Neo 2 days ago for $400.00. The same phone is available at Value Mobile at Centennial Mall (Kennedy/Vodden) for $250.00. When I called back they were being obnoxious and had me on hold for a long time, just to say, we cant do anything for you except give store credit - as if I would EVER go there again (fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!) I would HIGHLY/STRONGLY recommend people stay away from this store's vicinity if one wants to buy something worth one's $.
Had my iPhone 4 glass replaced a while back. The rear camera fails to even function at all also disabling the rear light function and the home button is extremely difficult to press. Phone feels useless even as an iPod. Same experience as it was said these parts didn't work prior to the screen repair. Wasted money and time.

I went there to change the speaker on my phone they told me the speaker just need to blow out. They came back with my phone face break three places and they have the nerve to say i came there with the phone screen broken and on top of that they changed me 56 bucks for the service
I bought a pair of brand new apple iphone 7 headphones at this store and they broke within 3 hours so I take them back to the store with the box and receipt and they said they can t not exchange them because of scratches on the top of they earbuds keep in mind the part the broke was the part that connected to my phone. Terrible service would never go here again
I got my samsung S 7 edge screen, which is hard to get original one in the market. They charged me according to the ther service They gave me 45 days warranty if not water or phyaical damage,which is very good that they provide after sale service. I am happy the work done for my S7 edge..Thank you very much..:)

They are an absolute rip-off. They told us that their tempered glass screen protectors are still decent and that they won't come off. The screen protector that they put on my tablet and my mom's phone legit came off the day after of getting it put on. Each of those screen protectors were $25 when they were absolute garbage. Now, my mom ordered a screen protector on amazon for $8 and it hasn't come off, there are no bubbles or anything, it is perfect. I do not recommend going to this place. READ THE LOWER RATED REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE TRUTH!!!! THEY HAVE OVERPRICED CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!!

They we're extremely impolite and rude. The couldn't even fixed my device properly and when I went to them to tell them they denied it was there fault and said it was mine because I should've brought it in sooner when I first got the warranty. I thought I could live with a broken camera but I decided not to and told ghen and they said I probably dropped it and I'm lying. There we're cracks on my screen and they used that as an excuse even though it was the back camera that wasn't working and I never dropped it. I'm never going there again.

I came to this store on a friend's recommendation coz I wanted a new phone. The people here are so nice that I ended up buying a brand new iPhone8 from here. I spent good 15-20 minutes at this store and it became obvious that these people are the best in the business because all the other customers I saw visiting this place were happy customers, especially the ones who were getting their phones repaired. The pace at which these guys work and the quality of service they provide is just unbelievable. I'm never going anywhere else, loved it.
Went to get my charging port replaced on my s5. They broke the screen and wanted me to pay for it. After arguing with the manager I ended up having to pay a reduced price but was forced to pay in cash. The screen is not as colourful as the original screen. i assume it is after market and not Samsung screen. They say they can fix any phone but don't want to assume responsibility for they're mistake. Not very professional at all
I got my phone fixed two days ago, they told me on the phone it would take about 1 hour, in person they said an 45 minutes, they actually did it in 30 mimutes. I had a complete screen replacement done and its absolutely flawless. It also came with a screen protector that was on so good I just realized it was there lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Terrible service, terrible attitude. Messed up the proximity sensor of my phone (the part that turns the screen off when on your ear) while changing the screen, then refused to admit that it was their fault. Said it occurred before and I didn't notice it ... How would I not notice?? Also took them much longer than they had told me to fix the issue. Why would it take nearly a week to replace a screen when some places do it within the hour? Had two terrible experiences with two different devices. Terrible place.
To your response: The touchscreen was functional when I came in for the repair. I could take calls, and know that the parts were fully functional (Besides the screen of course). You cannot hide behind "There was damage upon impact blah blah blah" when it is quite obvious that your services were inadequate and YOU messed up while putting the phone back together.
Unlocked a my phone paid 40$ then they told me it could not be fix and did not refund the money back. I said just do something for me at least but refussed to cooperate. Iv used these guys in the past and also when in the flea market and recommended other friends of mine. But never again was not about the money juar about the principal.
Brought my phone in for repairs, and they fixed it quickly and effectively.

I brought my iPhone 5S to this place (it's about 40 mins away from my house) because I had cracked the screen. They charged $100 (talked down from $120). They told me it was an original "factory" screen. I left and when I got home I peeled the plastic off and there was a dark square shape on the screen. I tried to clean it but it was actually in the glass of the "original factory" screen. I took my phone to apple and they immediately said the screen was a really cheap after market screen. Don't waste your money in this place!!! I'm really disappointed.
I went to this store and deep thakur changed my 11 pro screen in quick 10 minutes and the service was very awsome... now i can use my phone again and in its going good.. i had a lot of things and data in my phone so helped alot in that case too...

We can today to get my fiance locked Us phone unlocked so she could speak with her family in the US, Amardeep spent the day unlocking her phone. When we Arrived to pick up the phone he didn't charge us which is very kind I reccomend intouch to anyone who need fast and honest service.
If you have a cheap or a phone that is a year or 2 old, they are perfect. For new gen phones i wouldn't go to them. Not even if i crack my S8 when it comes out. I've gone to them atleast 4 times since August to fix the screen on my S6. Lets just keep it short and say i got so fed up with complaints i retrieved the phone as best as they could do it.
ShoutOuts to Khalid, excellent on laptop repairs. Gone to him twice in a 5 year span. Both were different laptops.
Had a great experience here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Could not find an iPhone X 128 GB model anywhere, including the Best Buy, and any mobile service providers in Brampton. They had it in stock and they helped my set up, transfer SIM card, apply screen protector, and helped me select a case for my phone. I can t recall the name of the employees I interacted with but they were both super helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one.
I also feel that these stores are a fantastic alternative to the actual Apple stores which have very few locations and are very far apart. Thanks for bringing the level of service I can expect from an apple store as well as a convenient location for us to use!
Recently came here and believe come forever my life as these guys are awesome. Came here to buy a new phone as mine was broken but gentleman advised me to get my old iPhone 8 Plus repaired, I accepted his advice, really feeling happy as they converted my shattered phone into a brand new one and save all my hassle to backup and restore data and all other stuff in just 30 minutes .
DISREGARD good reviews (probably friends/relatives) and carefully read all bad reviews, as I SHOULD have done!
Unfortunately, this place came up as having a phone in stock identical to the one that my parents (in their late 70 s) had. When I got there the phone wasn t in stock and they proceeded to sell me the next best thing.
The phone is used for security/emergencies.
I was surprised when my parents advised me that the phone, without being used, would turn off after 4 to 7 hours from a full charge!
I tested it myself and took pictures of it fully charged and pictures of it at 1% 6 hours later.
(OVER THE NEXT 2 WEEKS)
I returned it and it was replaced.
Same issues with the second phone!
I returned it and it was replaced with a more current model.
SAME ISSUES with the third phone - my parents were afraid to leave the house!
I returned it and asked for a refund to my credit card - the owner wasn t there to issue the refund so I left - no phone & no refund (yet).
Went to Rogers, purchased the same phone (different packaging) LESS $$ & WORKS PERFECTLY - over 60 hours of standby time! My parents were relieved!
THEN THE GAMES BEGAN!
I was called and told the phone was working fine and no credit would be given.
After leaving a message (no call back) I managed to get in contact with them 6 hours later and after a heated conversation I was told to come to the store to get a cash refund which will include restocking fees (I had noticed was 20%) - I agreed.
When I arrived at the location I was put on the phone with the owner who proceeded to tell me that because the phone was working properly the refund would be 50%!
I hung up, politely asked for my phone back and left. Once back to my vehicle I proceeded to smash the phone into pieces, cut the power chord into 4 pieces and placed everything back in the box.
I returned to the store, handed the box to the rep and left!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
