Horrible customer service! I brought in my iPad for repair because it was not charging and they told me it would be $70 to fix it and if the screen breaks because they have to heat it up and pry open then would be $110. When I dropped it off the gentleman told me it would be ready the following day and I will get a call, and the day after that no one did, so I took the matters into my own hands and called them and so yes, the screen did break into pieces and they want me to pay $140 now to fix it. No matter how much I tried to prove that I was asked to pay $110 originally they just won t take the truth and the gentleman I spoke with when I brought in my iPad completely denied the truth. I am really upset with this kind of customer service and treatment I have received as if I m nobody. They don t hold on to their promises and they don t treat their customers with respect they deserve.
