Very disappointed with the service that I got today. I got my screen replace about three weeks ago, still with in the warranty. This morning when I wake up I saw a few lines on the screen so I take it back to show them what happen the guys told me to left the phone they will take a look. I left the phone and because I didn't had a screen protector on my phone he told me that it may be the LED light because my phone have some scratch but my phone have No scratch I told me how could that damage the LED light he told me some that happen. but let me leave the phone and they will check and let me know if I can come back at 5.30 pm I say no problem. when I go back to pick my phone up he I telling me that the LED light is damage and they need to replace it. It will cost me $55 I so for what if it under warranty why I have to pay for the light. it not my fault the light not working. he told because my phone scratch that why???? That's very unfair for customer service they just want my money.
