Had a great experience here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Could not find an iPhone XR 64 GB model anywhere, including the Best Buy, and any mobile service providers in Brampton. They had it in stock and they helped my set up, transfer SIM card, apply screen protector, and helped me select a case for my phone. I can t recall the name of the employees I interacted with but they were both super helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one.
I also feel that these stores are a fantastic alternative to the actual Apple stores which have very few locations and are very far apart. Thanks for bringing the level of service I can expect from an apple store as well as a convenient location for us to use! Thank you thakur vere
