Took my brand new Samsung S21 Ultra. Took the employee 4 attempts to put screen protector on. After 4th screen protector and leaving a scratch on the corner of the protector he told me the lines n bubbles will go away on there own. Took the phone back 2 days later as the lines got worse. I was told its my fault these lines occur in every protector. Employee even denied what he told me and claimed i scratched the protector. (but the scratch is inside the protector so how would i get it back on tight?) They have very bad customer service with fake promises to just get you out of there store. I would recommend spending money elsewhere because coming here you will just end up paying twice. Employee also told me after he is a technician working in the back he doesnt do screen protectors. So why not tell me to come back another time if you are not sure how to do it. AVOID AVOID AVOID these scammers
