I had an amazing experience with intouch wireless, they fixed my phone within an hour. previously I went to hi tech, which was a terrible mistake, first of all terrible staff and they don't know anything about cell phones. They couldn't tell me what was wrong with my phone, and plus they took a whole week to fix it. And it was still giving problems. I was so fed up after making many trips and they refused to give my money back. I heard about intouch and they fixed my phone in an hour.
