They principally look after our installation of SAP Business One and thanks to Ian's vast experience the system has been expertly tailored to fully support the intricate nature of building luxury yacht tenders. From customised dashboard reporting on all areas of the business to automation of lengthy manual processes that now remove human error and save time.

Our new Server & Computer installation was managed by Integratech from finding the right solution for our company needs right through to installing the system and training our staff on it. We have worked with Integratech for a number of years and found their team fantastic. No job is too hard and their proactive approach to computers and IT solutions is refreshing. Furthermore we have recently completed a full computer upgrade with the installation of 35 new computers for staff. The process was extremely well managed, zero downtime and for what could have been a really hard process was extremely simple.

I changed to Integratech after using many other suppliers, all of who failed to live up to their promises.

They respond quickly when tickets are raised, and communication between Engineer and client is good.
They have quality Engineers who have never failed to solve our issues when they arise

We have used them for many projects, ranging from laptop configuration for remote users, to moving entire London office IT infrastructure.
All the London infrastructure, including telephones was up and running within 2 days.

We are a multi-site organisation and they provide support to B ham head office, remote office and home- based workers.

Integratech were appointed to our business in 2012 to provide SAP Business One and SAP Support. Prior to Integratech, we were supported by 2 other providers between 2008 and 2012. In our opinion, Integratech have consistently demonstrated that they are the leading SAP partner in the UK (hence we're still with them after nearly 8 years). Moreover, this year in fact - we decided to consolidate IT services across the business and appoint Integratech our IT Network & Hardware support partner, as well as SAP partner. The handover of services from our legacy supplier was seamless. The Integratech team enquired about our short & long term company objectives, putting forward IT enhancements with integration to our business strategy.
