Charles Giraldo and his associates at Interstate Toyota were awesome. Charles took my car in right away knowing that I was from out of town. He was accomodating, friendly, informative and reassuring. Thanks to his help I was able to have my car fixed in a short time while they worked after hours. Even though I don't live in the area anymore,
