Wonderful hotel with fabulous service. I attended as part of a large conference so only had the chance to visit the lobby and the bar -which has stunning views! The only downside is the cost of drinks.. but worth it for a couple and to soak in the atmosphere!

I was visiting an event called ilmfest that was an event for Muslims that had lots of great speakers that were very interesting my only problem is that they ran over their time alloted but I suppose that this isn't the O2's fault. The venue was great though.

Bizarre experience, ordered to remove our hats with made up lie that this was the Law in London. A manager later confirmed this was nonsense but I do not believe they dealt with the prejudicial initial behaviour as promised, since they promised to email me.

Absolutely amazing hotel, staff are perfect, the place is like a palace. We have sampled the food and it s exactly to the standard you would expect from an establishment like this. Some really nice touches in the rooms such as bathroom speaker and make up mirror (not for me) the bed was comfy and non feathered pillows were delivered promptly on request. If I had to be super critical I don t agree with an extra price for Wi-Fi upgrade to fibre speeds but free Wi-Fi was available. Perfect for anyone attending the o2 as the hotel has a rear entrance right into the place which is more than convenient. Price of a pint of beer was no more than most places in london but spirits were a little inflated in my opinion but these minor things will not shy me away from a 5 star that they deserve. I m sat in my room now writing this just loving life and will definitely come again. Thanks everyone.

Magnificent hotel with very beautiful rooms, great facilities with a latest generation gym, swimming pool, spa.

Different restaurants with fine cuisine.

A very friendly team and very attentive to its customers.

The concierge team you are at the top, thank you to Mr. Kostas for his kindness and professionalism, it was a pleasure.

Hotel ideally located next to the O2 stadium, a few meters from the bus and metro

What a positive we will come back.

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain.

Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

Great views.

Went to an 'experience with' black tie event with sly Stallone held in the hotel so the place was very busy.

The staff were very friendly, the event was well organised although I will.say I.was expecting announcements for specific things which didnt occur so.we floated around and found our own way to the sit down meal.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, highly recommended.

An excellent meal with great service and a wonderful view. While some of the dishes were more exceptional than others, it was well worth a visit! Currently quite tricky to get to the InterContinental due to work ongoing around the Dome, so leave a little extra time.

A lovely stay at the Intercontinental at the O2. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable too! We ordered room service one evening and the it arrived within the time they said it would and was very nice. Breakfast was also very nice although the coffee wasn't great and when we asked for a mocha it never showed up! A minor thing though. They did bring some gluten free toast for my gf though when we asked for it.

My gf also had a massage in the spa and came out if it glowing. She said the masseuse was very good.

All round a good experience!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Decore is executive, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Views of the o2 arena, river and London are amazing. Especially enjoyed the 18th floor sky bar.

Went there for Valentine's and the space and service is great and the wine. We have a 5 course tasting menu and only 1 item was up to standard. Not sure who makes the menu here but the combinations and flavours on most things are not great More

I can only say the reason it lost a star.... otherwise a fantastic stay...
Told the smoking section of the bar was open from 5am....not true...5pm....lost in translation. The cleaner got a shock when I came in at 6am!!!
Breakfast..... not a 5 star.... apart from tea or coffee - all self service.... have in your room!

Very impressed following our one night stay.

Very impressed following our one night stay.
The hotel is literally yards from The O2, the service from arrival to departure was impeccable, the room was spacious & modern & the food was great too.
I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting The O2 or anything else nearby.

Very large hotel. Attended here to build and take down a conference. Easy access via loading dock and large car lift. Main conference rooms and meeting room spread apart from each other some distance but easy enough route available for slim loads

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and good views. Location is a key one for this hotel but the only let down for me where some towels that, whilst I am sure weren't dirty per se, appeared dirty due to dark grey and black stains on the towel. Not a big thing but for a 5star hotel you would think attention would be paid to the minute details.

On the plus side the beds were comfy and roomy and had a good night's sleep. Checkout can be busy and you might be waiting depending on whether they have more than one person working.

Overall a very nice hotel and good stay with great views over London.

Worth paying just that bit extra to just walk from 02 to Hotel and not have to fight your way onto a train , great service, from all members of staff , amazing breakfast too ,Why not treat yourself most definitely a great way to prepare for concert at 02 and unwind afterwards !

Fantastic new conference venue. I was there for GCPNEXT which was a massive event - the way the hotel provided mass catering logistics for such a prestigious event was excellent

First time in London for me, and the Intercontinental does not disappoint. The food, rooms, and location are all excellent. My only complaint is the housekeeping, which I have found to be not awful, but not as good as I had hoped.

Unless you're going to the 02 this hotel is a bit out of the way but it's certainly worth a try if you're going to Canary Wharf or an event at the Olympic Stadium. The reception staff were all very friendly and kindly upgraded us.

The room had a good view across the River, was very clean and had a brilliant bathroom compared to other 5* hotels I've been to, with a very nice range of products. The bed was very comfortable indeed but no hotel has ever bettered the range of pillows I've had at a Premier Inn.

Breakfast was very good with a broad range of options. Naturally I went for the full works and while I loved most of it I'd like to know why so many luxury hotels can't nail scrambled eggs.

If the opportunity arises I would take the opportunity to stay here again. Just as good, if not a bit better than the Times Square Intercontinental I stayed at in New York.
