Fabulous hotel the staff are so polite and helpful even showing me where to find the walkway through to the O2. Worth the extra few pounds as I was staying on my own

Very pleasant atmosphere, the staffs were great during the Splunk security event semina.
Large hotel here basically to serve O2 and convention business, fine for what it is.
Amazing place, one to stay at if you're going to the O2
Great looking modern hotel with direct access to the 02 arena. Fantastic views over the Thames and Canary Wharf. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious feeling. Coffee machine supplied in the room (only 1 pod of coffee each though - we had to More
Lovely treatment . Beautiful hotel . Very kind and attentive staff
Very nice hotel, but let down when extra bed, which had been promised at 3pm check in, still had not been made up at 11.30 pm when we were ready for bed, despite a phone call at 6pm.
Another lovely stay and great staff an easy 5 stars well done and a Merry Christmas to u all
Good: Wonderful location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
Bad: Very slow check in, chewing gum stuck to menu in room, old tissues left in room. Litter left in elevator.
Three night break at this lovely hotel right next to the O2 Arena. Why have we not stayed there before! A special guest walkway through to the arena and back which is open till 1am. Maro at reception was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a river view, thank you. The room was super. The breakfast was buffet style, hot, cold and catered to any dietary needs.
Our last morning we were offered a lift to the station, in one of the hotels luxury vehicles by Rob, one of the limousine drivers. Rob was extremely friendly and helpful. And yes Rob, we will be having some Biltong and Wors.
We will definitely be back to stay in the future.
Super convenient to the O2. We were back at the hotel whilst venue was still emptying out.
Standard hotel, nothing special. Family room with two king-size beds at a fair price.
Beautiful hotel food wonderful and the staff are very kind and friendly
Excellent location and friendly service close to metro station
One of my favourite hotels. I always stay here and customer service is exceptional
Beautiful hotel. So easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Reception is stunning. The room was so comfy, so clean. The staff couldnt do enough for us. Everything about it is 5 star. The finer details have really been thought about. The location was fantastic, a walkway Into the 02 arena and then a 10 minute walk to the Emirates sky ride where you can then go anywhere in central London. Completely wheelchair accessible.
Wonderful hotel. Views are amazing and hotel room top class. Breakfast was in a lovely dining area and lots on offer.
Loved our stay here. Local to canary wharf and great restaurants and shops just in the o2...
Luxurious venue, with extremely courteous, helpful staff. The food from the clipper bar in the hotel was extremely tasty.
So far my stay has been great! I have a few more nights here. Friendly staff as well!
Awesome hotel at the O2 complex. Great river views. About 5 - 10 minutes walking to the tube.
Fantastic views, plush, but they're slow to make tea
Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Amazing rooms/suites very modern and very well equipped. The Sky Bar is an awe inspiring place for a drink with a view.
Excellent service with a brilliant spa and gym. Food and drink us expensive but the views from the bar are amazing.
Couldn t fault it! Truly 5 stars! We arrived early, greeted by all as we walked into the hotel and managed to get checked in with help from a lovely lady on the concierge desk. Check in was very easy, informative and personal. We were staying for the Ariana Grande concert and was signposted for everything we d needed to do. The hotel room was very modern, big and clean with two walls of windows with amazing views of the London skyline. The bathroom/ shower was perfect. We didn t manage to use the gym/ spa but did have a look and wished we had. We will be definitely staying here again for a concert as the tunnel to the 02 takes seconds and we were in bed 15mins after the concert had finished. All staff members we met were very friendly, attentive and helpful!
At present I have a on going dispute for be impartially treated due to mental health issues. Also company failed to investigate my issues thoroughly inside they bring big security to patronised a security specialist with sixteen qualifications. People are being put in chathagory. Those that don't fit are treated impartially also being bullied on your own rights totally disgraceful. Since Brexit all I face from businesses and people are direct discrimination. No person in hotel.are trained to treat I'll clients with Equality and diversity. You are looked down on treat like trash and when you complain security are called to frighten you. Customers service really poor. After my complaint is ignored am now looking at my next option all person are Equal I will not sit until conventional recognize my complaint and action it to resolution.
Loads of facilities but of a ball ache to get there from the underground
Our first stay at the intercontinental but not our last. First class service from the moment we arrived until we left.
Attended a conference at the hotel, top quality facilities and staff. Great location.
Really nice hotel, only stayed for the one night. Very impressed with the Reception and the room was well made. The reception staff were friend and courteous. Only slight gripe was in what other wise seemed like a perfect room, was that it was abit dirty under the bed when I dropped something. Also found a pair of jeans I assume from a previous guest left in the cupboard. Would recommend and would leave a 4.5 as opposed to a 4 if I could. Location is convenient, and although I knew how to get there think it could be better sign posted from the station, although I understand it is a bit of work in progress at the moment with the redevelopment of the other side of the 02 dome. Didn't eat there during the visit. Would definitely recommend the Hotel
Luxurious Hotel, great location for exploring Docklands, o2, Olympic Village and Canary Wharf.
Excellent hotel. Spacious room and excellent catering. Very close to the O2 and the metro. A good starting point for visiting London. View of the river Thames and the city
Attended a work event at the hotel. Venue was smart and staff pleasant. Did a good job handling large 2 day function.
Easy to get too, hotel was fantastic. We had the end room so had panoramic view over the wharf! Was amazing and staff were great!
Modern hotel situated a stone's throw from the O2 which meant that it was very busy. Fortunately as a Spire Elite member we were fast tracked through reception which was heaving when we arrived and were able to book in at the Lounge. Room was lovely with wonderful views over the Thames. Pool was quite when I went to swim 6pm as children are asked to leave at 5.30. Close to Tube and bus stations so excellent for travelling around London. Very enjoyable stay.
Husband and I had the most amazing stay here. All of the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and worth every penny. The Sky Eighteen Bar has the most stunning views at n8ght time. Room service has very reasonable prices and breakfast was delicious. On-site car parking is available, not cheap but they have a secure parking complex with valet service. Driverless bus runs from the car park of the hotel around the peninsula. Private tunnel through to the O2 dome as well as the shuttle catermeran just a short walk. Lots to see and do within walking distance or you can hope on the tube just a 5 min walk away. Complimentary services such as a pillow menu are a quick call or chat to room service/concierge desk.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in London.
Excellent hotel. Located right next to o2 so perfect for concerts!
Food was amazing, service was excellent a bit pricy but worth it for the great view as well
Really handy for going to O2 as has its own entrance. Booking in and out over complicated and was confusion with bill although it was sorted. Room was lovely and parking very simple.
Lovely view, v
Beautiful property
Poor organisation from the hotel, wouldn't take the whole company through policy and food was below par.
Was in the Arcadia room for a work conference. The room was great, the staff were helpful and the food served was fantastic
Amazing views overlooking the city from the bar on the 19 th floor!
Clean modern upscale hotel. Very convenient and accomodating. Excellent views over the financial district.
Huge hotel, large suite but could get a bit of modern decoration as it contrasts a bit too much with the reception
Our favourite London hotel. If you look you can get great deals. Rooms are amazing. Worth staying that little bit away from the city centre in return for the quality. Only thing they need to sort is the queue to be seated at breakfast!
We stayed at the Intercontinental for three nights as part of our holiday. I can honestly say it is the nicest hotel I have stayed in.
We have 2 children who were made to feel special and not regarded as inconvenient. They were given a quiz on arrival and encouraged to access all areas of the hotel to find the answers, no stuffiness here!! Despite this however, the hotel feels luxurious, spotlessly clean, modern and calm, which after a day in the city was a welcome antidote. Rooms were well equipped and beds comfy. Bath and separate shower was welcome. The pool area was super and ,although we didn't visit, the spa looked gorgeous too. The bars had incredible views and an air of class.
Fabulous accessibility to O2. We wanted to see the sights of London and caught the river bus up the Thames each day which was a short walk from the hotel. A great way to see London as well as accessibility to all major attractions, we much preferred this to catching the tube.
Our room looked over the Thames and Canary Wharf which was great, especially at night when the lights came on...beautiful.
Breakfast was an absolute feast, so much choice, all freshly prepared and cooked and being constantly restocked and quality controlled. We lingered over breakfast, it was that good.
Probably the best part of our stay though was the staff. They were all wonderful, smiley, efficient, friendly to the children and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to speak to guests. Absolutely fabulous.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, just loved it.
Great hotel and relax place ! Outstanding service and a good health club with pool/sauna. Breakfast is wonderfull. Metro is 5 minutes walk. Good place to visit london. Use the Jubile line / metro station Greenwich North
Great views great food great service and a great swimming pool thanks to all the staff
It was really well kept. I was there for a Google event. The Wi-Fi was fast and the food provided was really good.
Fantastic hotel, polite and friendly staff, beautifully designed.
Really lovely hotel, we had an amazing experience and the breakfast cannot be faulted, absolutely loved it. Booking was a bit problematic though, as we ended up with a disabled room when neither of us are disabled. So potentially someone who was disabled couldn't stay that night. Also the lady who checked us in didn't mention that guests get 50% discount on parking. I had a real challenge exiting the car park and had to do a dangerous manovere to re enter the one way track. Then I had to park up and walk back into the hotel and pay for my parking. To this day I have no idea how to negotiate exiting that car park, and wouldn't stay here again just because of that, which is a shame because it's such a lovely hotel after accounting for these irritants.
Clean, luxury hotel. Good rich breakfast. Effortless service. Very obliging
Lovely new hotel, great location and reasonable sized rooms. Lovely bars, however, quite expensive
Very comfortable and quiet rooms, the exteriors with views of the Tamesis, pleasant treatment by the staff.
Stayed here for a week. The staff are very friendly and room was clean and spacious with great facilities
