Although I just attended a corporate conference in this venue I can say this hotel is pretty magnificent, although not the most central. But if you don't mind the location and need to be close to the O2, then it is perfect. Just for the views alone it is worth it. And the food was really good too.

A great hotel with an indescribable view of Canary Wharf with its skyline. The hotel itself has a concierge who looks after the well-being. The rooms are very clean and in a high quality equipment.

The Intercontinental is a vast hotel complex situated right next to the O2 Arena on a gorgeous corner of the Greenwich archipelago. While the size and opulence of the hotel could be a little intimidating, the staff who were courteous, helpful and welcoming for every second of my visit gave the place a warmth you might not expect. Gym and pool were well appointed and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast (the only meal I had at the hotel) was exceptional. Hotel residents can enter the arena area directly from the hotel. My room was very large, well stocked with complimentary items with good TV choices and a great view of the Arena and the Thames.

This place is great!

This place is great!
It's extremely modern and luxurious. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. The breakfast especially stands out, it has a huge selection of all kinds of food. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and nice.

The location is completely okay. For a concert in the o2 arena it is perfect, as you only have to walk 3 minutes to the hall. The next subway station is 5 minutes away and from there you can get to the city center in just under 20 minutes.

The picture shows the view from the hotel's own bar on the 18th floor.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Amazing hotel. We had a fantastic superior twin aspect room overlooking Canary Wharf across the Thames. The room was amazing, the whole hotel was spotless with all staff saying hello. The breakfast is buffet style and was again amazing with a huge choice of foods. I would highly recommend this place if you going to the O2 or just want a nice night away. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel with wonderful views. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are 2 bars, 1 on the first floor which is perfect to watch the sunset over London, service is very good but it is a little bit pricey, the view is worth it though. The sky bar on the 18th floor is very much the same but a more night time vibe, with an even better view. The beds were comfortable and the shower first class, we really liked the soaps etc which had a real lemon aroma. Breakfast was excellent although service was a little slow, it was very busy though - it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea served. Overall pricey but good

Stayed here after recently getting married and we were given such special treatment! The spa and pool are luxurious, the restaurant was tasty, the bar had a great view and jazzy vibes. The staff goes above and beyond and we are excited to come back.

Fantastic hotel in a great location - a few minutes walk from North Greenwich underground station, plus easy access to the O2 Arena as well as the nearby shops, restaurants and bars.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Very good overall!

Frankly, it was "meh." It is a big soul-less hotel that can be in London, Denver or even Moscow. Everything is generic and expensive. The world's slowest wifi does not help matters either. Staff seems inexperienced and at times just annoying. Positives? Everything is new and clean, and it is easy to escape from this hotel since the subway station is within a 5 min walk.

Great hotel, very smart with quality fixtures and fittings. Staff attentive but grating that everything has a 12.5 percent service charge automatically added to any food + drink bill. This prevents a 5 star rating from me.

Brilliant hotel for concerts at O2. Bit disappointed that as residents of the hotel we couldn't get into the Sky bar after the concert. Food in restaurants very good particularly the expensive option (can't remember the name!)

We were here for a week. The staff is absolutely courteous. The Consierge makes impossible impossible! The pool very well maintained. The bar on the first and the thirteenth floor both offer great views of the London skyline. The subway to North Greenwich Station is just as close as the O2 Dome.

Fantastic hotel. Right next to the o2 arena and less than 5 minute work from the tube. Very clean and very polite and professional staff. Nice views from the rooms and the sky bar. Highly recommend.

Good views, polite staff, food tasted fine.

Good views, polite staff, food tasted fine.

Stopped for breakfast, a typical price for the location, which was a good selection of fruit, cereals, hot food and beverages.

The standard of table layout let down the pricing and standards. Missing cutlery and no salt or pepper.

A niggle, probably one not shared by many as butter is going out of fashion. As is common with restaurants and hotels butter is served as a mean ration, almost an after thought than something to taste on the bread. which in this instance was enough to spread on 3/4 of a slice of toast.

We stayed here in November 2019 during the ATP Nitto finals. It is extremely convenient. You can just roll out of bed and walk to the stadium and you would get there in less than 10 minutes. We stayed at the intercontinental city view suite so we had stunning views across the river. We also purchased lounge access which is very convenient for refuelling in between different matches as the restaurants at the O2 stadium was overfull. Great customer service.

We went here for afternoon tea and it was pretty good. But the selection was limited and the cakes were mediocre. You can get a lot of cheaper afternoon teas in London with better cake and better options.

We loved it ! Service amazing, staff very nice, rooms marvelous. Everything clean and modern. We loved that there is an entrance to the o2 , so handy. Sky bar - it was an about 15 min waiting to get there. Not a terrible wait. Cocktails were amazing! Breakfast - superb !

Excellent hotel, staff were extremely helpful & polite. Rooms were lovely & the cleanliness was spot on. We ate our evening meal in the Peninsula restaurant where the food was fantastic & the service was superb, breakfast was in the Market Brasserie which you couldn't fault one bit. Would definitely recommend a stay at the InterContinental hotel o2 which is literally a few minute walk into the o2 itself. Throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice, courteous and helpful staff, beautiful hotel and rooms with amazing views on the River Thames. I can recommend visiting the Bar on the first floor as well!! Free shuttle to the train station and easy access to the O2. All in all it s an amazing hotel that I can recommend everyone who wants to feel welcomed :)

Wow what a fantastic experience, truly what a decent hotel should be. The 18 Skybar is amazing the staff are excellent and the Peninsular Restaurant made eating away from home a pleasure rather than a challenge. The service and care I received from ALL the staff was fantastic and I can't sing their praises loudly enough.

Wow
