Never have I experienced an over priced hotel like it, over 300 pounds for one night tv didn t work, could access mini bar then was told to come down and give card details before you could open the mini bar door , sounds petty I know but when you pay good money you expect a few finer things, bar service terrible couldn t cope with having a few guests ordering drinks, not even as much as a bowl of complimentary nuts at the bar, then going back to room and can t open the mini bar or no tv working was icing on the cake, receptionist rude when asked why I couldn t open mini bar door , stayed in friendlier mor accomaditing bed and breakfast will never stay again, no matter how convenient for 02 venue

Stunning. Food impeccable, cocktails pricey but beautiful. the sky bar views are stunning book a booth in advance. Staff are charming and it's a touch of luxury on the peninsula. If you like architecture photography you'll get some great shots here. The rooms are lush too.

Really poor and unhelpful! We barely stayed 10 mins in the hotel! The receptionist was super rude and we felt so uncomfortable and had to leave at 11.30 at night. She lost a great deal over her foolishness of wanting to charge 75 extra for the issues in the room that wasn t even our fault. So instead of rectifying this and moving rooms for something that s not our fault she was happy to see us go. If you want 5* then this is not it! There is Mayfair 5* then there is whatever you call this! Mind you we were returning guests. Really poor service and rude receptionist!

Amazing room, amazing service and close proximity to the o2 arena than I could ever possibly imagine which aided me having fibromyalgia. Also the car park rate for London was quite reasonable. Definitely go again may even upgrade to a swankier room.

Have stayed here many times in the last 18 months and am always pleased. Excellent staff all round, polite, friendly and professional. The club lounge is a great value extra if you want to splash out for some peace and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from North Greenwich tube station and is easily accessible by car too. If you have the budget, check out the tasting menu in the Peninsula restaurant on the 2nd floor, it's a culinary delight. Nothing but praise for this hotel from me. Will definitely return.

My Mum and I came for a 'Luxurious Spa Day For Two' experience on a Friday and it was fab! The receptionist Joanna was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our massages as it wasn't too tense, although it did feel like 25 minutes rather than 30. The changing rooms, showers and lockers are nicely kept, making the place clean. The food and drinks included was tasty but it could've been better with more choices. I felt that for the price we paid, it was worth value and we would return.

We stayed for one night, 2 adults and a teenager in a upgraded room. Upmarket hotel with good bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was one of the best I had so far in hotels. My only advise is to book everything in advance, including bars. We couldn't go to the pool as it was already fully booked. Short 3min walk to/from O2.

Love it, Staff are so friendly and helpful. Right kn the door step to the O2 and facilities in the hotel are amazing. Room is clean and tidy well stocked with condiments. Lovely view of canary wharf, Swimming pool looks fantastic although I forgot my swimwear. A really well placed hotel perfectly situated for day trips into london. The breakfast set up is incredible, so much to choose from and all you can eat! Really worth a look.

Was there for a conference and the hotel seemed nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was very good I have to say. Better than most hotels. Can't tell you what the rooms are like though

The hotel bed and breakfast was the best experience of my stay at this hotel. I had two issues with my bathroom hot water and took all week to get fix instead of them just letting me switch rooms. Room service is the last thing you should order food from. The food was not good and comes cold. Room service manger did not have great customer service and dose not know how to speak kindly to guest.

I went here for a spa day with my mum so this review is specifically in relation to the spa facilities.

There is a pool, Jacuzzi, steam and sauna too. When we were there the sauna was off, apparently because of an earlier power failure. When they turned it back on it had still not gotten hot by the time we were ready to leave.

Apart from that the facilities were clean, if rather small. It was not very busy but it was a Wednesday morning. If you attend at a busier time you might find it overcrowded.

Overall it was decent, the location was very convenient for me and the facilities were okay.

Location is fantastic with wide front view of river front, service was very great, with smile on everyone face and very helpful. Haven't been to room but lounge and hall where event was taking place was very well maintained as well as clean.

Out of the way unless you are visiting the O2 or attending a conference. Jubilee tube line services the hotel well, but a slightly arduous walk can be off putting. Well appointed and facilities in good condition.

Such an amazing Afternoon tea experience! I went there with my bf yesterday. We had such a warm welcome from the concierge who accompanied us and introduced us to The Meridian lounge manager. The service was excellent, the best service and afternoon tea I have had so far in London. He offered us 2 complementary glasses of champagne, explained to us the food selection and received also the 25% discount booking with the afternoon tea website. The manager is top notch - went the extra mile! We felt very well looked after and couldn't recommend more this place! At the end the concierge again swept us over our feet with his professionalism and extra mile - he opened the door for us and asked us about our experience and other plans we had! He seemed genuinely friendly and passionate about his job. I would like to thank all the staff there, really amazing experience! I will definitely go again!
