Even if you are not at the hotel, it is possible to have a drink on the top floor at the bar which offers a magnificent view of Canary Warf.
The prices are a bit high, but the view is worth it.
The staff are very friendly.

Amazing hotel. Stayed last night with my daughter as we were attending a concert at the 02. Cant fault it, comfortable and luxurious rooms. Easy access to the 02 and helpful friendly staff.

If there was a 6 star system in place for hotels this hotel would easily achieve it.
The staff are so friendly, the hotel is really clean, the rooms are fantastic with great views, there is great wide range of choice at breakfast,
Overall one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
Really made my weekend, thanks too all.

This is an amazing hotel to stay in and is perfect for any event at The O2 as it has a connecting walkway to the venue, with a very short walk outside, which is ideal if you don't want to take bulky jackets/coats with you.

Service is exceptional and the Club Intercontinental Lounge is definitely worth adding to your booking - serving afternoon tea between 2-4pm and then evening drinks/canapes from 5-7pm.

It also serves a really decent buffet type breakfast in the same lounge with great views across the Thames to Canary Wharf.

Would definitely stay here again!

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a second best menu but not here - it More

Firstly I would just like to thank Graham the doorman on his fantastic customer service, He made us both feel very much welcome in the hotel!
We have had a fantastic exsperience here and will be looking to come back in the future.
The Hotel was a five minute walk from the underground station which was really helpful to get to and from London centre.
There pool and spa is really relaxing you could spend hours in there.
We went to the fine dining restaurant based in the hotel and the staff were more than helpful in there, thank you so much for a great experience!
The lift system is great with having 6 lifts there is never a wait. All staff in general were really polite and helpful so I would highly reccomend if you are visiting the o2 arena it's right on your door step. 5 stars from us thank you for a remarkable experience. Kind regards,
Ryan and Katie Johnson room 1215

Unfortunately our stay started off poorly by being given incorrect information about payment methods. And having an email sent within hours of booking the room, stating if i do not pay by noon the next day my reservation will be cancelled.

I then proceeded to call the IHG Guest Relations Team, and was speaking to such a polite and understanding employee who was very helpful.
But i was then passed on to his manager Graham. Graham spoke to me like complete dirt. I was told to cancel the room if i had a problem, he was sarcastic when he spoke, and most definitely was not professional by any means.

However, the issue was eventually dealt with and the room was paid for.

Upon our arrival, we was greeted by a lovely man who spoke us through what our room included, the facilities on site that were available, such as the spa, the gym, 24 hour room service and so on.

The room. Absolutely stunning. It had an amazing view and was spotless. The bath room was to die for!

4am- im now one very hungry and tired little lady. I call room service, after roughly 5 minutes someone finally anwsers and says we ll call you back and puts down the phone(i never got a call back) which i found pretty bizarre.

The breakfast Buffet. A wide variety of food, including things such as your typical fry up, porridge, fruit, pastries, cereals, fresh juices, even Halal meat (handy, my guess only eats Halal meat).

The spa facilities, very quiet and definitely had a relaxing atmosphere. However the jacuzzi wasnt very warm, under the sun loungers was absolutely filthy, bits of food, balls of dust and hair just not nice.
However the changing rooms were completely spotless.

Before leaving we spoke to a woman called
Agathe Routhieau, whom we spoke to about the issues we had listed aboved.
She was very apologetic and was very understanding when we said we felt a little uncomfortable.

She really listened and took an interested how we felt and what we thought.

Her customers service skills were definitely A*. And i couldnt be more grateful for that.

Overall amazing hotel just little bits definitely need looking into. Especially Graham.

Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location and nice hotel

Excellent location and nice hotel

The O2 has some great concerts - the difficulty (that put me off) has always been getting to and from the concert - with several thousand people leaving and heading towards the tube / leaving the car park at the same time

The hotel is literally 100 metres from the O2 - mostly under cover - so it's easy to walk to the concert and then feel relaxed (making the concert more enjoyable) before and after

The hotel is very nice - staff are friendly and welcoming

Rooms are spacious - some with a nice view over the river / Canary Wharf

Clean hotel and excellent location. The staff are very classy
O2 is close to the shopping mall and the train station.
Far from the inconvenience and sweet area for walking

Staff amazing - esp female concierge, she was wonderful - nothing too much trouble (inc dairy-free child) & beds were incredible. Highly recommended if visiting O2, as we were in bed after gig watching traffic slowly leave from huge bedroom window overlooking Thames! Breakfast exceptional too. Car to North Greenwich tube topped off an already impressive stay. Thank-you.

This is the best hotel I have actually being to in London it has a lovely and amazing team which makes the whole customer experience worth it more especially Marco who works in front of house department has such an amazing and exceptional aura and is a great asset to the company. If you need a home far away from home then intercontinental O2 is the place to go to.

This hotel is a great place to stay when attending a concert in the O2. It is just a 2 minute walk as they are interconnected. The hotel itself is upscale, with large luxury rooms. There is a pool, sauna, haman and gym freely accessible for hotel guests. Unfortunately there is no real sauna culture in the uk, so everyone jumps into the sauna without a towel. So the wooden benches look dark and wet in stead of light and dry. The breakfast buffet is top quality with premium products. Make sure you are an igh member if you want a complementary late checkout.

Review specifically for the Arora Ballroom: great ballroom, spacious, great decor and well designed (access, toikets, ventilation etc).

Three stars simply because the service wasn't great .

1500 conference guests, The WiFi was horrendous in the ballroom - everyone I spoke to had same problem over 2 days. This is an easy tech fix, should be done. Coffee stations very disorganized, weren't ready at break times, there should be more temporary coffee stations set up to cater *quickly* for larger number of guests. The crazy queues for coffee every break was simply unacceptable Intercontinental - C'mon!! You're in the catering & hospitality business, this is also an easy fix. Water bottles & glasses inside the ballroom - were not changed at breaks times.

We were on the 15th floor looking straight at Canary Wharf and it is a great view, a nice room with a great bed.

Breakfast is lovely and there s a lot to pick from and again friendly staff!! One guy stood out as he seemed to be a real people person and his customer service skills are on point Halil is a really nice guy and would make an amazing host. He made my wife and myself welcome and had the time to just chat for minutes before having to dash off but watching him you could see people talk to him and those people clearly had talked with him before, And enjoyed his company.

All in all a great stay would make an amazing host. He made my wife and myself welcome and had the time to just chat for minutes before having to dash off but watching him you could see people talk to him and those people clearly had talked with him before, And enjoyed his company.

Amazing for staying at when you want to see a show at the 02. Nice food reasonably priced. I dropped a star because they didn't serve any chiken with the "rice and Chicken" dish we ordered . We had to order the meal second time to get correct meal. Otherwise, clean rooms and very "hotel continental" feel.

Smart and clean.
