Very close to the metro, O2 full of restaurants, the hotel on the 18th floor has a great view of London. I recommend this hotel
Attended AnsibleFest 2017. Wonderful venue, food and service.
Nice rooms my one had a good view of the city and river
Great hotel in a far from the centre location. Convenient if you visit the exhibition centre nearby or the canary wharf. High quality, as expected and good management.
Although somewhat far from the center, the location is unique with good views of the Thames. The facilities and the service meet the demanding level of Intercontinental.
Location only relevant if visiting the O2 or event spaces. Nice, New and shiny
Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was also amazing. Slept well too.
Great hotel, breakfast not hot though.
Never is when it s a buffet. Shame.
Would return.
Excellent!
I will return to London just to stay at Intercontinental London.
We asked for a suite with two bedrooms and it was given.
The bathroom was big. The 02 has very comfortable suites.
The place is good enough to be quiet during the day and you have buses and the metro nearby. Besides, you can have dinner at the 02.
I would only ask to respect the time swimming pool is exclusive por adults because children were there at any time.
The restaurants inside the hotel were great.
And you must not miss breakfast at The 02, it was marvelous.
Great place to stay for O2, short walk and your In.
Next to the O2 Arena so in the middle of nowhere if you are not attending an event. Newly opened so fresh rooms and design.
Fantastic the staff are very welcoming and so helpful. The room is lovely fantastic view of the river and canary wharf. Breakfast was delicious.
My daughter took me here for a spa day & we had a really lovely day. This hotel is really nice & the staff are really nice & polite. I shall definitely be returning.
The space was great for the Carriers event i attended.
One of the greates hotels I stayed in (I would say up to same level as 4 seasons). We (30 years old, I'm and my wife) enjoyed almost every piece of it.
From the very first step in you are welcomed as it have to be: appreciation and smile. After a quick check in you are heading to 6 elevators in the corridor that efficiently handle batch of people (we didn't notice any case when more than 2 were occupied... though we didn't check number of guests during our stay :) )
Then you are reaching your room (we had superior double room). Everything is clean and tidy... the room fits it's title!
Furniture is new and modern as well as other room's facilities and equipments (including coffee machine)
TV set provide several channels for free and others can be bought separately. You can even buy some movies including adults'. Though the "on demand" list is pretty short and a bit stale in terms of latest movies.
New bath supplies each and every day (regardless of if you spend previous or not). Taking bath - you can listen to music (chosen at 40+ inch TV in the room), good bathroom fixtures (sink isn't very comfortable but at least it has proper water mixer if you know what I mean :) ). Air extraction system is natural (so smells stay longer than you would like)
We didn't notice any noise from other rooms, so seems good walls. Lights in the room are rather subdued, hence it's tough reading.
Food. Do not order food after 23 into the room! It's aweful. The only thing I'm really dissapointed about :(. I ordered 3 different dishes and neither was even decently tasty.
Meanwhile bars and restaurants are really cool. Food is delicious and quickly prepared.
Near the O2 several nice food restaurants and Tesco market.
Cool feature - you can view your bill online via TV set. Very useful and convenient.
Albeit the aformentioned text contains some improvement worth things, I do appreciate the attitude and dedication of the hotel's staff and owners (I'm sure it's high, considering the quality of stay we had! Thank you for that!).
I definitely would like to stay here more in the future.
Beautiful hotel with an amazing ballroom. The largest in Europe!
Michelin star restaurant is worth visit, the bars have nice views. We had a suite, which for suites was a little small, but still excellent overall.
Attended a conference here. It's a bit out of the way, but has excellent facilities
Tidy place, but a little far away from London City.
Nice hotel, a short 8 minutes from the tube. It doesn't take long to get anywhere. The hotel is new, great conference center, wonderful staff. I'm taking off a star for the terrible beer selection (coors, corona, and Asahi).
A positive experience from the outset and throughout our stay. My boyfriend and I stayed to watch the UFC in the 02 area. Hassle free getting to and from the hotel, as they had a complimentary bus shuttle to and from the station. Not to mention the walk way straight to the 02.
The room was spacious, clean and modern.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service was outstanding. Very pleased and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
Beautiful, modern, clean, right next to the O2. Great Sky bar. Highly recommend.
5 Stars for this 5 Star hotel! We loved our stay here. The room was big and very well furnished. Bathroom was awesome with an amazing shower. There is a corridor leading straight in to the O2 venue, so if you are staying for an event, then you can't get any closer than this hotel.
The staff were very helpful even though I was there for different reasons
Very comfortable room, room service quick and not too expensive. Had a great breakfast but it's not cheap so it should be good. Choice in mini bar not great, better beer more snacks or larger packets maybe. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to o2 arena, almost all of the route is under cover. Free shuttle to nearby North Greenwich station, very useful if you have luggage.
I have been to the Intercontinental twice, because of work. The hotel is a bit far from central, but it has great facilities and connectivity. The restaurants are great and the space for conferences is useful and helpful to meet other attendees.
Everything is as good as it looks staff rooms service as for access to restaurants and central London a cab journey or even 10min slow walk to nearest underground but in all 4star hotel that should be 5 well done to all at hotel
Very smart under rated hotel. This hotel is absolutely amazing.
I think people don't know it's there, but truly a beautiful hotel.
Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the bar on the 18th.
New modern hotel right on the river.great bar with views over london.minutes from O2. Nearest underground station north Greenwich 3 minutes walk
Nice place but it is hard to find the entrance...very hard !
Amazing, everything about the hotel is top class, will definitely be back.
I stay in hotels regularly but the Intercontinental was by far the best for many reasons. The rooms are well equipped with no noise regardless of the time of day.
I dealt with numerous staff members there but feel the need to mention a young lad called Callum who went the extra mile. His boss asked him to step in and help the already busy bar on floor one.. this young lad deserves credit for his mannerisms and how attentive he was! He is a credit to your organisation.. this date was 18 October/evening time.
The breakfast was outstanding. I wondered if I d have any issues being vegetarian but on the contrary, I was very well catered for without any special arrangement made in advance..
Overall I m so pleased I booked to stay and will definitely recommend to colleagues and friends.
I feel the need to mention the tipping arrangements. I wanted to tip specific individuals as a result of their efforts. I feel that the surcharge system does not give credit to those that deserve it based on my personal experience. This seems a shame as amongst the teams making that hotel outstanding don t get the recognition they deserve!
Thank you for your efforts and I look forward to returning in the New Year
Beverley Hume
Great views from the top bar especially in the evening.
Lovely rooms. Good staff. I enjoyed my stay especially the breakfast served in the room. Tbe sky bar is pretry good too
The ambience is spot on and the scenery is a beauty to behold. Service is also great. A lovely place for a date or small party .
Excellent experience. Great staff, nicely designed, loved the views and the very comfortable bed. Really nice breakfast buffet.... You guessed it: would recommend it.
Great food, amazing setting, first class customer service
We stayed at the Intercontinental as we were seeing The Impractical Jokers at the O2. The room wasn't cheap, but at got what we paid did. The hotel was luxurious, plenty of staff to help you and it was immaculate. The room itself was spacious and well designed. The two bars in the hotel were great (although the bar on the 18th floor got very busy as the evening went on, and service slowed down). Breakfast the next morning was faultless. Full English, Continental, fruit, yogurt, pastries - the selection was amazing, and all delicious. The only criticism I really have was that the room was rather warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to remedy this, but it's a matter off personal preference really. Don't let this put you off!
Superb location for o2 arena, immaculate hotel but so it should be for the price they charge, but couldn't fault hotel at all
Great place but they are very weird about what you can and can't do and change their mind constantly. Also threw out my friend's retainer and refuse to compensate him for it or even acknowledge that it's happened. After trying to get some sort of response they blocked his number.
Friendly staff, very welcoming. Excellent place and love the clipper bar
We had a creamtea here it was one of the best we've had would recommend anyone try this place out a beautiful place to stay if you're lucky enough
What a fabulous hotel with view of Thames and direct access to O2 Arena ! Only 15 minutes away from Green Park station using Jubilee line. The staff is very frendly and kind . We enjoed the clean room, the breakfast and a delicious dinner!!!
Modern comfortable hotel. Nice staff. Easy access to the O2. Only problem long queues for lift after guests arrived from concert. On walking upstairs to 2nd floor staircase was difficult to find. Another guest called a lift from this floor and it arrived empty, yet there were around 40 people queued downstairs.
Enjoyed my stay here, the view is quite something, not particularly fond of the food here
I have been to this for multiple conferences and really like this. It's not very far from the tube station and also easily drivable. Plenty of parking available but a bit expensive. Overall, a fantastic venue for events and conferences.
Overall great experience. Nice pool and spa facilities. Nice bars on the first and 18th floors. Great views over Canary Wharf and the O2.
Not the best 5* I've stayed in for the money. But it is very convenient for the o2, private direct entrance. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Room service choice was good but the service was poor. Had the fresh fruit platter, fruit More
Great hotel with nice views of Thames. Breakfast is great!
Although the pool area was a little busy to the point where we had to wait for people to leave to be able to secure a bed, minor issue. But the massage treatment with a glass of bubbly was amazing. Will definitely go back.
Good sense of technology, luxurious facilities, excellent gym equipment, and friendly staff
Perfect location for events and concerts, great rooms, great breakfast and above all the view is priceless. Room has everything you need, comfortable beds, large bathroom and fast internet.
Love this place and I usually stay when there s a concert on that I m attending. It has a 24 hour gym and spa facilities. They have 2 bars which are absolutely beautiful, the bar on the 2nd floor has a beautiful view with great bar snacks. They are happy to make a drink that may not be on the menu. Dining here is also recommended!
Perfect location for 02 events. Lovely hotel, large well appointed rooms, good views of the river and Canary Wharf in the background. Large bathroom with lots of fluffy towels and good range of high-end toiletries. Bed turn down service a nice surprise - and then the bed itself was very comfortable with high quality duvet. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk in the room which was replenished while I was out for dinner. Staff all friendly and helpful. Finally - free shuttle transport back to tube station. 10/10 experience and great value for money.
Very good hotel. They need to improve on service, which is a common issue across London.
The meridian lounge for afternoon tea is absolutely amazing, fourth time ive had afternoon tea there, always nicely greeted, always cater for individual needs, lovely atmosphere. The desserts are absolutely amazing, they change them according to season so its always something different and beautifully presented. I highly recommend people to try out the afternoon tea there, i will be going again for the 5th time next month! Love it!
Very nicely located close to the London city airport. The room was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Great conference center!
Great hotel, easy to get to from the tube, lovely views and rooms, great staff
Lovely helpful staff. Upgrade on room for free, lovely room, clean with stunning views of the 02 and London. Spa and bars were excellent. Well located. Highly recommended.
Located right beside the O2 arena so it would be really convienient if you want a place to stay after spending the day or night there. The rooms are brand new and lovely, they BT Sport in the television which is nice. The service was great, as good as can be expected. My one criticism is that the bed had a duvet which was too thick given that climate control in the room is perfect. I was too hot and didn't get much sleep as a result.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Really very helpful staff and the room was amazing.
