Intercontinental Al Ain Resort Review

Sweet and beautiful, its location is convenient and clean simple but the variety of breakfast ..

I went to an engagement party there in pearl wedding hall... well its nice and i recommend it

The service was fine. However, the food is not delicious.

The hotel is good, little bit old but clean and the staff very friendly

Good and affordable but there are hotels with the same price and newer

excellent vacation...they shoukd improve the dinner and make it better than lunch

Nice hotel... Given stars only for this Hotel.

But Service is VERY BAD / SLOW expect a minimum delay of 45 to 1 hour... Guess they have short staff/poor service...
For a Dental kit they took almost a hour had to call twice by thwn...
No coffee sachets had to asked them to get again 45 mins delay..
They don't provide fresh milk so we had to rush near by supermarket at 10.00pm because my daughter dont drink pasteurized milk..
And i had shock of my life a 500 ml of "Al Ain water" might cost you 5 dollars...( AED 19) Belive it or not...thats the pertol cost from dubai to al ain...

Me and my husband have been there for weekend stay.
1.Checking procedure was taking really long time than usual.
2. Finally we got a room, went to the room which was in 5th floor, tried opening and the staff said the lock is not working. We had to go back again to the reception with the whole luggage.
3. The bed room AC was not cooling. We informed the room service team through phone and waited for more than an hour nobody came.
4. We went to the reception down and complaint about the same, still no one came to fix it.
Slept the whole night sweating.
5. Asked for an extra bath towel, they refused to give one.
Overall we had a pathetic experience.

The pool is excellent for children and they have an Olympic swimming pool and swimming pools in the Danats are considered one of the best swimming pools in the eye

Nice place , friendly staff, efficient, family place.

The hotel is nice and has activities suitable for adults and young people. The process of entering the hotel and getting out of it is easy and quick. Next visit I will take the kids with me

The place is clean but the furniture is old and uncomfortable

The garden and swimming pools are wonderful accommodation by Labas

Nice location and ambience. Food was great. However sports facilities such as basketball was not provided to the guests as part of the stay.

The hotel although it is old, but God is in the hands of services and everything I met him towards you booked a villa with the highest in the bathroom Jokusi frankness menu dining I think is the cheapest in the 5-star hotels near the place of restaurants and petrol station and services will be repeated a million times
Attieh 4 stars because I feel the same MB five star hotels dream of 5 star hotels in Dubai

The hotel's private beach is distinctive and the place is suitable for a break on the road between Riyadh and Dubai

Good hotel everything was Good

Great weekend destination away from Dubai. Bfst is impressive at 7am and a circus after when the masses come. Try the Indian in the evening and Arabesque for lunch. Wish we had had more time to experience Al Ain

Beautiful Resort, with amazing scenery and natural greenery, mystical place with an excellent service! Perfect for family gatherings!

The Resort was little deep inside location away from noisy town.So families will have privacy to spend good times.The facilities include medium level restaurant ,swimming pool,gym,garden,playing area with a cozy ambience. Overall recommended to have a peaceful stay.

We had a nice time attended a wedding the food was diverse and good too but the washrooms were dirty and the elevator wasn't working properly however the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Looks like a nice resort ; we are invited to a wedding tomorrow evening Thursday 23 /10/2014 . Will revaluate later for sure **

Greetings. It was my privillege to spend 3 days in Danat resort. Food was tasty and healthy. Workers at the restaurant were so kind and hospitable. Room I stayed clean and in order. Premises and the swimming pool area were like a little heaven on earth. Altogather I had the feeling of staying with Danat family in a homely atmosphere. I would like to come again with my family to stay and feel at home in near future.May God Bless Danat Resots

The hotel is great and close to the tourist areas of the eye and the malls, but the disadvantage is that the bathroom is a European system (without a win)

Love this place and specially the food at Tanjore. Alex & Deepak both are assets to their F&B team. Amazing pools, lawns and the newly renovated bar is just amazing.

Located in Al Wahat (Al Ain), this 4-star hotel features a relatively quiet location and is a quiet hotel with a bar, an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor and outdoor restaurant, a garden and a chalet set overlooking the pool garden.

Great food and very friendly, helpful staff. Good facilities, clean and well mantained. Happy to go back.

Old is gold. One of the old places but still nice. Recommended for families with medium budgets

An old and tired hotel .. the air conditioners are not cold

To me this resort should not be categorised as 5 star. Firstly, the hotel is quite old and the rooms aren't big enough compare to other hotel of same category. Secondly, room carpet wasn't cleaned as it should be. Thirdly, it took 2 hours for me to check in. Long queue was there at the reception with absolute chaos.
However, breakfast was awesome.

I booked a dulex roo with extra bed first the room is very dusty and not well cleaned the extra bed is very small the bathroom has only one big towel for one person they left only one tea packet and one coffee too, moreover when I go to steam room I found a lot of people in one small room

Nice swimming pool. But some staff of Philippines not giving proper respect in the pool service.
