The place is overall good and ideal for family. I like the outdoor swimming pools and small garden for kids which is under maintenance during our stay time.

Excellent staff. Very courteous and polite. Had lost my ring during my stay. The staff went out of the way to find it. After I had checked out and left, they called back to report it found. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

What has happened to this 5 star resort, it used to be the best in Al Ain but now you have a better choice with other 5 star that gives you 5 star service. The gardens leading up to it are all over grown and in some area's dieing, no flowers in the beds, this used to be the focal point and the managers in the hotel have no customer service, I think I will go elsewhere in future.

Good for family staycation. Kids can enjoy the pool. With big groups one can enjoy the team sports as well.

My goodness this hotel is struggling to survive. Poor service all the way thru right from your valet parking. Rooms are smelly and outdated and staff are least bit bothered. Never to this dump hole again.

Rooms are with old furniture. Washroom not clean. Break fast not appropriate. BF food items are not same as the Items in other sitting area.

Best Family hotel, perfect for weekend, very helpful and cheerful service staff

Went for sheesha on ladies night. The sheesha was a disaster. I felt bloated for two days. Changed the flavor twice but felt like as if smoking charcoal. The staff is unhelpful. Nobody bothers to come and check if you need something.

It's good resort with nice swimming pool for children. But they need to keep the pool a bit clean. Standard room was spacious but bathroom size was not satisfactory. Breakfast is amazing with very friendly staff. Must try for vacation if you want to enjoy pool.

Good swimming pools so must consider utilizing them with your children if you visited this hotel.

Dated hotel, food was not the great either. We got checked into a rundown room, having requested for an upgrade, it was immediately met with. Good service but need a little more TLC. Would still recommend though.

Not 5 star. Staff are friendly but it's looking a bit shabby. Mould growing in pool didn't help.

This hotel is a bit out of Al Ain you definitely need a car to go out or taxi. The rooms are very big and comfortably. You have a nice view from the 6th floor. Bad think is that you need wait until you will get hot water in the bathroom.

I stayed with family for one night as we had 3 rooms. After midnight AC's stoped cooling. No matter what settings I changed but AC won't work. Our rooms were just above the main entrance of the resort and it was very noisy outside. Someone stated yelling after midnight for like 5 minutes straight. In short we couldn't sleep well & felt very bad the next morning as we really needed that sleep. No matter how much facilities you provide in a hotel/resort, if it's not comfortable, it ain't worth anything.
