I am still in the resort and put very badly delayedLog in rooms cards do not work and no one cares about the room is not clean Adapted bad This first five-star hotel and ask for money for the bathrooms are very old I wish I had recovered my money and go to non-resort
My first visit year ago, was good.. The second visit wad bad, the pillows wasn't comfortable, Water floats in the bathroom every time I take a shower.. Loud noise near the pool because of the maintenance, the spa timing is weird last appointment was at 5pm!

Nice resort for family hangouts. Children will enjoy the pool. Pool bar was really nice. Overall experience was really good.
Not up to the level. I asked for wheelchair for my grandma and after waiting the guy at the lobby comes and say sorry we only have one and it s taken!!

The resort is beautiful but old and the furniture may have some dirt but all thanks to the receptionist (Fatima) who initiated the change of room and speed of response
The hotel is very beautiful and distinctive and the stay is comfortable only. There is a note regarding the swimming pools that open at eight in the morning and are surrounded by an iron fence with children s toys .. If they are separated, because children's games do not need a fence ...

Awesome breakfast, Indian food, Arabic food, English food items are all available. You can order food from zomoto. In three kilometres we have a city centre. Overall danat is Peaceful place to relax. Children play area is available. Drinks will be served in pool.

It is a beautiful place, kids friendly I love the pools but I was not comfortable to use the same sauna nor steam room with men it is quite frustrating and frightening as a married woman sharing the same jacuzzi ,sauna or steam how with men that you don't know.i was planning to have fun at this point I was disappointed.
Reaching is difficult. There are not enough inference plates for an old hotel that does not match the times

This hotel is highly recommend for a family stay. We book Executive Villas and had wonderful time with kids even though we had a little delay in checked-in the way all the front office staff treated us is excellent. Specially Mr. Mohamed Amin front office Manager and Ms. Fatima. Also kids love the pool and the games. Lunch and breakfast was super and specially we enjoyed the lunch buffet.

I loved spending the eid with my family but there's one thing I didn't like and that's the pool was closed at 7pm wasn't quite impressed with that....
Me n my family is living in danat hotel I have a lovely experience here,esp housing keeping staff is very good in cleaning the room esp Anuu ,Pardeep n Danwar.It is very natural greeny hotel

The hotel is frankly what I expected to be heck the rooms are old and not like the pictures never start ,,,, I mean, I understand the one became Kalshi book on the way to the few net for what you write Eno sweet Mo Ttho pictures of the apartment for the one Wenger and admire the pictures and the other pictures Mo like reality never Different Asf ka look sweet amid vegetables, but the rest somewhat Mo Mnh never begin i mean pictures Shi and indeed the second Shi ,,,,, and Riwq was supported and good walkway and the garden

Big garden area nice location . Room is super clean and comport. Bathroom need upgrade.
Place is good for families as there are other facilities like playground for kids apart from swimming pool.
Room service related facilities are in very low level. Stayed there for two nights and during this time frame staff didn't managed to replace broken fridge in my room. Which can be sorted very easy by taking it from other room. In general i could see many low qualified staff related issues. You get what you pay.....

Danat Al Ain Resort offers a green setting and views of Mount Hafeet. Visitors can easily visit the zoo and the nearby golf club museum. nice place for a family getaway..staff were all accomodating and approachable. The pools are warm and huge and for all ages. The rooms are clean and the food were delish my son who is so picky loved their veal bacon and the pastries.

They didn't have our rooms ready. Two hours later, after complaining about it, we got a suite. Breakfast is ok but busy and you should get it as part of your room instead of paying later. Lunch at Arabesque is average at best. Did not try dinner. Lots of small irritations, like limitations on giving water, not having an iron in the suite even though there was supposed to be one, not believing us when we said there was no iron, sending someone to make sure there was no iron, and then finally giving an iron. It was our anniversary and I mentioned this on check in. We received a complimentary happy birthday cake on our anniversary instead. Free but still wrong. We couldn't eat at Mcgetticans because my wife was wearing hijab. So, in short, not worth it, even with the suite.
Nice hotel with a huge sprawling green area at the back. Pity the pools and children's play area were under renovation.
