The hotel is so nice. Quietness very clean room and to quality room. Nice car parking helpful staffs. Pool has nice facilities.

Luxury family resort includes many different services and swimming pools, health club and restaurants The spa contains many many activities, including outdoor swimming pools and swimming pools for children and Olympic swimming pool as well as waterfalls and nice landscapes and greenery as well as chairs and umbrellas on all aspects Places are characterized by containing a children's outdoor garden and bouncing sponges as well as the outdoor playgrounds and squash courts, chess, ball and ball courts inside the pool and outside the resort contains several restaurants, including what is inside the pool, including what is on the 2nd floor a beautiful place worth visiting.

To start off with very friendly staff at the reception,The servers at the pool area very helpful,good room, comfortable beds..the food in the hotel was delicious.we had a very comfortable stay great weekend getaway resort..thank you for the early check-in and late check -out...

Well the resort is good for bith kids and adults as they have swimming pools, play areas, games like snooker, table tennis. They also have bar and differnt kind of massages etc. Staff is good. But in over all you can never rate this resort as 5*, may be 10-15 years back it was. From cost point of view this resort worth is not mor than 250 dhs. to 300 dhs. for one night.

Beautiful location and quiet lovely hotel for recreation and relaxation

Main building is being utilized for Covid-19 facilities which we didn t know while booking Garden Villa in resort. We felt not safe so came back without stay. I don t know up-till when it will be utilized.

I stayed here with my family for 1 night. The staff made our stay very comfortable and we loved every moment. Internet: Free WiFI is available in all areas including rooms Room The room was spacious and clean; comes with a balcony viewing towards garden, pools and oasis scenery. Location: I think location is good also it is close to Al-Ain Shopping Mall. Swimming Pool: Seperate pool for Kids which closes at 7:30pm Room service: I never used room service. Cleanliness: Despite the out-dated look, the room was cleaned just fine. No dust, mold, or dirty sheets.

A Beautiful place about 2 hours from Abu Dhabi. Really great hotel service. Loved the beach the most!! (Literally had the beach for ourselves.)They take good care after the resort and the people are friendly. Feels like your living on a island. I ll definitely go back soon. Wonderful place to stay in al-ain, having all facilities for enjoying holiday with family. friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and enjoyed. In-room dining was expensive which was unexpected. Most of the tourist attractions are easy to reach.

remarkable. what stands out is the staff --- right from the gates, reception, bellboys, room service, housekeeping, at breakfast, at the pool, everywhere. One particular person called Pradip from housekeeping, took great care of us. Never looked like he was just doing his job for a salary. Very nice & helpful. We will be visiting again, soon. Such nice people.

Really enjoyed it. Upgraded to a lovely suite by the pool, staff needs a bit more attention though, no one knew one of the restaurants isn't open. And when I mentioned it to a staff member they blamed other staff.

There is no water in the baths for ablution when the need is spent

One of the best resorts in Abu Dhabi. I was there for a team building with my colleagues. We had major fun, food was great and we capped the day with paint balling. I had a blast.

Excellent hotel with excellent customer service they are calling to check if anything we need which is first time for me to get such kind of treatment like this all staff is good and there is very nice huge garden along with very big swimming pool also more than 2 restaurants and i have to mention that all rooms have a nice balcony with 2 chairs which is amazing to get a fresh breath while you are resting i stayed one night but i hope to come back again very soon so thanks alot.

Photos look much better than actual experience. Old resort, not too kids friendly, better suited for adults. Gym mostly locked, have to get that opened on requests.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly... It was a serene and beautiful ambience.... The place looked neat and clean.... Best option for a cost effective stay... Good food served for lunch and dinner... Breakfast and desserts could be improved... Overall it was a good experience....

When we first visited this beautiful resort it was awesome starting from the check in moment as you are welcomed with a fresh orange juice , the service , room, view and all facilities were a 5 star quality. However , it completely changed in our last visit recently, the service was very poor ,we got a different room from that we reserved, waited for hours to get our room cleaned, check out with no one to carry our luggage.Not to mention that the big swimming pool was not warm enough to swim.

Got nice rooms with a view. Staff friendly and attentive.
Only the towel service at the pool was overstrained.
To the border in Oman only a few kilometers.
And yes, the border is open for Emirates car hire.

Excellent first class family hotel in terms of reception and services provided. The hotel facilities are very excellent as is the cleanliness of the hotel. I recommend all families to visit the hotel and special thanks to the receptionist Fatima and Mr. Mahmoud.
