Nice hotel... Given stars only for this Hotel.

But Service is VERY BAD / SLOW expect a minimum delay of 45 to 1 hour... Guess they have short staff/poor service...
For a Dental kit they took almost a hour had to call twice by thwn...
No coffee sachets had to asked them to get again 45 mins delay..
They don't provide fresh milk so we had to rush near by supermarket at 10.00pm because my daughter dont drink pasteurized milk..
And i had shock of my life a 500 ml of "Al Ain water" might cost you 5 dollars...( AED 19) Belive it or not...thats the pertol cost from dubai to al ain...
