I live this place and I planned to return back there

Great hotel with activities for children or family ... nice restaurants and a warm atmosphere ..

A nice place to chill out with your family and kids. Kids would really enjoy the facilities, pools, sliders, swings, playing area. All pools are temperature controlled and clean. You would love enjoy beverages on pool bars. We stayed in standard hafeeth rooms, rooms are quite enough for 2 kids family but property is quite old but managed well. The front desk people surely give you a warm welcome and quite supportive and had granted late check out.
The breakfast was quiet good and was open till 11am. Surely you will enjoy the varieties and options in the morning. Be any cuisine you will like it. Definitely the stay was worth for the money. Will surely return to enjoy it.

The place is the best in alain.. as there are no many options around. Its calm away from the city green and clean.

"Very pathetic experience. We took two rooms on a public holiday.
We reached at 2.15pm, but rooms werent ready yet eventhough 2pm is checkin time.
Finally we gotin to the room at 3pm. The room ac was not working. We called reception for half an hour and finally technician came. He worked for 15 minutes and told ac is not working. Now we lost another hour and we are trying to get another room.

In short.. our vacation got spoiled." This was my first comment when i landed at the resort. Now i am going to give a differnt feedback below.

I am giving a 5 star review since our pain was recognised by the hotel management and they gave us a complementary lunch and late check out for the disturbance caused.

The resort has got..
Wide and spacious rooms with balcony.
Nice pools ..especially kids loves it.
Nice gym.
Nice place to walk around..
And the most importantly ..great breakfast dinner and lunch buffet..

We left happily at the resort.

Great great hotel with best people working there. Must stay there when in Al ain.

lovely trip with my family, kids like the pools, me and my wife like the service and request. environment was great. only the hassle was with few staff not entertaining properly, everyone is an human being no matter where the person belong to. In future will surely visit again.

A clean hotel with everything you need from a restaurant to a barber shop and they have great service in addition to strong management that handles complaints in the fastest time. Actually a great hotel plus reasonable booking rates.
