IF I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!. I THOUGHT I WAS CALLING DISH AND WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL MY INSTALLATION AND REQUEST MY ACTIVATION FEE OF $49.99. I FOUND OUT I WAS DEALING WITH A 3RD PARTY VENDOR. I WAS GIVEN APPROXIMATELY (5) DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS FROM THE DISH REPRESENTATIVE WHICH WERE NOT GOOD NUMBERS OR IT WAS ANOTHER DISH LOCATION. I WAS GIVEN THE ROUND AROUND WITHOUT ANY SORT OF RESOLUTION. I READING THE REVIEWS AND IT APPEARS THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE AFFECTED BY INFINITY SALES GROUP. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.! IT ALSO APPEARS THEY HAVE TWO SEPARATE WEBSITES THE ONE I COMPLETED AN REVIEW HAD A 1.9 AND DIFFERENT LOGO AND IS KNOW DISAPPEAR. SHADY, SHADY COMPANY. I was promised a $100 Visa card last July when I signed up with Dish. Infinity Sales Group was responsible for sending it to me. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! 12/29/2017 EDIT: 1/30/18 6 months after signing up for this promotion I finally got the $100"Mastercard gift card" two days ago.

1) Everything their salesperson said was a lie. 2) I have not received my Google Home Mini or my $100 gift card. 3) A supervisor refused to speak to me. I was told today that they are investigating and will get back to me in 7 business days. Since I don't expect them to call me back, I have filed a complaint with Dish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Angel- Great environment, great training, takes about 1-3 months to start seeing your real big boy checks that amount to 2k+ every 2 weeks but all in all it s good. There s bonuses as well. Just work hard and pay attention. Highly recommend. Also if you re looking for a job say Angel Perez sent you :)

I switched from Direct tv to Dish...love my Dish but I was promised $150.00 in gift cards. It took 6 months and 9 phone calls to get them from Elite Fulfillment. I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten them if I hadn't kept track of dates and repeatedly called.

Recruiter from this company tried to contact me about this job and I have NO interest working for this company. Their ad stays on indeed. Major red flag. Employees and former employees have nothing good to say about this company. Why don't you people make adjustments to the company's policies and procedures and maybe you can start retaining employees.

I wish I could give negative stars. I called DISH to set up service and without warning, was transferred to DIRECTV. That's fine, I just needed service. Well, DIRECTV came to install and was unable to because of a tree blocking the satellite. DIRECTV refunded my money, no issue. Then, upon reviewing my account, I see an unauthorized charge from Infinity Sales Group (DISH). I called the number and was hung up on repeatedly every time I selected the option to cancel service.

When I finally got someone on the line, they were "unable to find my account information". But you sure were able to find my bank account. They have been unresponsive since and so I've filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Never will I attempt to use DISH again.

Lastly, this relationship between DISH, DIRECTV and Frontier (who is the only company that provides Internet is this area) is a monopoly. Why this is being allowed is beyond me.

I tried to order Dish Network and paid up front $114.00. Due to a poor line of site I was unable to get the dish installed, and I called Dish to get refunded, only to find out that they split the service and installation between two companies. Dish Network refunded my money within a few days but, after waiting a week and much run around on the phone(almost 1 1/2 hrs) found that the company charging for the install has only 2 options on its menu and since I was not an existing customer my account was not valid, and their customer service reps.(English is not their first language either) set me to the main menu 4 times. WTH!! Finally on the last call this gentleman told me to stay on the line and ignore the main menu. After waiting 5 minutes I was transferred BACK TO DISH(WHO ALREADY REFUNDED ME MY MONEY!!!) WTH!!!! The rep I spoke with was able to put me on hold and talk with Infinity and get them to agree to a refund, but I have to wait 8-10 business days. A conversation I did not hear by the way. So I asked Dish's rep to have them send me an email or SOMETHING confirming they agreed to send me the money back and when they plan on doing so.

I called dish and was put with whom I thought was direct TV, he never mentioned infinity sales, I called for hours before speaking to someone who said they were refunding the money, yet over a week later still no money back on my account. I feel scammed, truly worse experience ever!!! But the direct TV people were so nice.

Offered a $100 gift card when switching to Dish, Did not receive and upon contacting the company they refused to honor their offer. They first said I needed to keep waiting to receive the card in the mail..so I waited several weeks and called back to be told the promotion had expired because of me not filling out an email for the promotion. For one I was never told about an email. If I could rate less than 1 star I certainly would. There customer service is a joke and so is there gift card promotion.

Came to office for a job interview. When I walked in they had me do an assessment. Basically, to know the knowledge of computer spreadsheets. Than they advice me they could not continue with the interview because I did not pass the assessment. So they made me drive from pembroke pines area to boca Raton to advice I did not pass. Instead of sending me the assessment via email. That is so pathetic. She told me to reapply in a few months. You got to be kidding me. I don't think so..

Don't trust Infinity or Dish TV. You call Infinity and they say they are Dish. They lied to me and gave me a price for TV and wifi. When the installer came he said I needed to make a separate appointment for wifi hookup. When I did that I was told the cheapest wifi was double the quoted price. When I called Dish to inquire I was given the run around by 3 different people. Infinity/Dish also charged my credit card a fee when I was told I would get free installation .

Recieved Nothing!! Called dish they said contact infinity- well after 7 calls being placed on hold for 8-20 they hang up. Call again then they send me a form to fill out and mail in snail mail. 2 months later no responce called 6 times placed on hold listen to the stupid music then finally i hang up called and asked for service this seems the only way to get a live person on the phone- placed on hold again lady comes back on oh yea we did rcv your mail give us 2 month and one 100 gift card will be sent to you. Iam now going to Cancel service from dish because of this. Complete Morons work or show up at infinity- COMPLETE MORONS!!!

I was promised to receive a $50 gift card, and of course I never received .After calling back couple months they tell me: you are too late to call back the promotion is expired and there was a voucher for you to fill out; which they never told me about when I first called. They do like any other companies do, do not trust them or take any services from them

Affinity Sales Group does not care about Dish customer satisfaction. The sales guy who sold Dish service to me advised I would receive $100 gift card. I was expecting a gift card in the mail. He did not explain that I had to fill out and submit a rebate form via email. I called today to see why I never received my gift card and was informed that the offer was now expired and there was nothing they could do. Talk about a bait and switch! What deceptive process. They probably instruct their sales team to not mention the rebate form so they don't have to pay out on gift cards.

I ordered through this company a few weeks ago, the rep I spoke to on the phone was the most patient, polite, professional agent I've ever spoken to. I had a bad experience with another provider previously with hidden fees and misleading me about the pricing. He guided me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. I got installed the same day I ordered, the Hopper is the best box I've ever used, I'm not proficient with technology but its so easy to use and the installer was great showed us everything. Best experience I've ever had ordering any type of service, would recommend 100%.

Very poor experience. When I called to establish service with Dish Network, I did not expect to be routed to a third-party sales company. The agent attempted to oversell despite clear relay that I did not need television, nor did I want to pay more than I was currently paying with cable. When called out on his sales tactics, he rescinded and worked a new tactic until a more agreeable package was presented. Prior to install, I discovered that satellite would not be feasible given my HOA requirements, and I therefore canceled. I was told by Dish that there was no record of my $49.99 refundable payment and was provided a series of numbers to "collect" this from the third-party (Infinity Sales Group) that collected it. I gave up after several calls and disputed the charge with my card company. Infinity Sales Group also failed to send setup information to Frontier for internet service. When I phoned Frontier, they had never heard of this party that was selling services on their behalf. The operation appears to be quite shady. My recommendation would be to refrain from engaging in business.

Infinity has a great work environment for employees both old and new. This is a great place for someone who lives on their own renting or owns a home and wants to make a decent salary. There s endless opportunities when it comes to making money and growing, with little experience. Management works well with molding entry level candidates to seek higher job classes within the company. Everyone is welcome!

P.S. Its a much better culture than other call centers - coming from someone who s been to all in Broward and plam beach area. I ve worked here for 5 years as a single parent with 3 kids!

Been getting the run around about$49.99 charge, said it was a processing fee for internet, frontier! But was not frontier internet, it is this company. They said cost for dish would be $50.00 but card was charged $49.99 and $50 and $1. Told I'd loss the $100 gift card if I refused frontier. Never hear from them about card, did get billed for one full month service less than 48 hours after dish hook up. No internet yet. So I'm paying for items on dish that I cannot use because I have no internet. And I am going to contact lawyer for class action lawsuit because I'm not the only one going through this " Gotcha moment"

My experience with that group was very similar to Mr. Green's. AFter being put on hold for 45min...they routed me to DISH who already refunded me the $50 fee they charge but the $49.99 had to go through Infinity but every time I talked to someone, they AUTOMATICALLY routed me BACK TO DISH who COULD NOT HELP ME FURTHER! I spent over 2HRS of my life trying to get refunded a fee that INFINITY charges and STILL wasn't able to get my money back! Even though the prompt says "refunds or promo..." it's pointless. You would actually have to contact your banking institution to make a formal dispute and they will TRY and investigate it. I called Infinity, and called and called only to keep getting back and rerouted to DISH because I was already an existing customer (whose account was disconnected due to line of sight), but they have caller ID so every time called in, like I said previously...I was automatically rerouted. SUPER PISSED!!! BBB was my next option, after that will be a class action lawsuit.

It does not deserve a star, they promise everything in the interview to work there, when you are supposedly hired they tell you that they will charge a marketing sales certificate of $ 140.00 from your check, halfway through the training they told me to retire as they had exceeded the number of people for the project but nevertheless discounted me the same $ 140.00, I told them it was unfair but they do not care, they told me that I had to respect their rules, and who respects our rights as workers being scammed?
