I was promised a $100 Visa card last July when I signed up with Dish. Infinity Sales Group was responsible for sending it to me. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! 12/29/2017 EDIT: 1/30/18 6 months after signing up for this promotion I finally got the $100"Mastercard gift card" two days ago.
