I wish I could give negative stars. I called DISH to set up service and without warning, was transferred to DIRECTV. That's fine, I just needed service. Well, DIRECTV came to install and was unable to because of a tree blocking the satellite. DIRECTV refunded my money, no issue. Then, upon reviewing my account, I see an unauthorized charge from Infinity Sales Group (DISH). I called the number and was hung up on repeatedly every time I selected the option to cancel service.
When I finally got someone on the line, they were "unable to find my account information". But you sure were able to find my bank account. They have been unresponsive since and so I've filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Never will I attempt to use DISH again.
Lastly, this relationship between DISH, DIRECTV and Frontier (who is the only company that provides Internet is this area) is a monopoly. Why this is being allowed is beyond me.
