Where to beginning first I was told calls are being monitored and recorded and also was told they don t keep any social security number it could be gone in 20 seconds but the agent read be back my social number to me 5 mins later how s that possible if he did not write it down or something I don t feel like my information is safe and this company is a third party company not the actual company
