My experience with that group was very similar to Mr. Green's. AFter being put on hold for 45min...they routed me to DISH who already refunded me the $50 fee they charge but the $49.99 had to go through Infinity but every time I talked to someone, they AUTOMATICALLY routed me BACK TO DISH who COULD NOT HELP ME FURTHER! I spent over 2HRS of my life trying to get refunded a fee that INFINITY charges and STILL wasn't able to get my money back! Even though the prompt says "refunds or promo..." it's pointless. You would actually have to contact your banking institution to make a formal dispute and they will TRY and investigate it. I called Infinity, and called and called only to keep getting back and rerouted to DISH because I was already an existing customer (whose account was disconnected due to line of sight), but they have caller ID so every time called in, like I said previously...I was automatically rerouted. SUPER PISSED!!! BBB was my next option, after that will be a class action lawsuit.
