Affinity Sales Group does not care about Dish cust...

Affinity Sales Group does not care about Dish customer satisfaction. The sales guy who sold Dish service to me advised I would receive $100 gift card. I was expecting a gift card in the mail. He did not explain that I had to fill out and submit a rebate form via email. I called today to see why I never received my gift card and was informed that the offer was now expired and there was nothing they could do. Talk about a bait and switch! What deceptive process. They probably instruct their sales team to not mention the rebate form so they don't have to pay out on gift cards.
