I was told that under my membership kid's club was...
I was told that under my membership kid's club was included. I made it clear how important having care for my kids was. When my husband enrolled he was told exactly the same but he needed to pay for my 3 yr old. These two membership were purchased with two different people. No, one had said anything to us but after 2 weeks of coming on the daily basis to the gym that we needed to pay. I told the lady aren't we paying as is included, she said no. She made a big deal and wasted about 20 minutes of my precious time. When I finally brought this to the General Manager: he was argumentative, he was defending his workers, and offered my to give the full refund and he threatened us with checking camaras. To that I said go for it, we're not lying. No one knows what's going on, no information is ever accurate coming from them. Plus, the lady from the kid's club chased my daughter after my husband had picked her up, all the way to the showers. We asked about products in the shop nor manager or the cashier knew anything about it. Yes, manager was socializing! They think socializing is good customer service. They need to focus, be friendly, courteous, polite, and responsible with members. But after, my experience with the general manager, I understand why employees are the way they are.
