The range of goods is actually good. However, Ikea has a bad marketing concept. You can't buy more expensive!
I needed an under-cabinet light. Through all these aisles with goods that I don't need today and I'm in a hurry. I find a lamp, hurry to the checkout in an endless march, arrive at home and notice that you need a ballast for the lamp. Again to Ikea nowhere a hint that you need a ballast. I think it goes back to the endless checkout. The knees hurt, the hips hurt. At home I notice that there is no power cord in the ballast packaging. Back to Ikea, looking for the cable, to the cash register and home. In the meantime, 4 1/2 hours have passed.
Dear Ikea people, the goods alone do not matter that people buy from you. Rather, it would be a coherent, customer-friendly marketing and sales concept. In the hope that they will all enjoy a long life, I hope that with all the aches and pains that one gets in old age, they will be just as annoyed with so much indifference, young naivety and a dillitant marketing concept with particularly long ways and missing information on Product. It doesn't get any more expensive if I calculate the time I need and it doesn't get any less customer-friendly. That's why in the future you'd better spend a little more money on the product and get everything at once with short shopping routes. This is how you lose and upset customers.

Dishwasher broken - hang now for 45 minutes in the service hotline. Conclusion: IKEA CAN NOT SERVICE EASY !!!!!

What started as a promising experience turned out to be a 7-hour nightmare in the store which coninued after we got home! After my wife and I spent hours exchanging items which were in the store, but, however, were not to be delivered (ref. PAX dpmt.) we went home happy (as happy as one can be having spent 3'400 eur!) thinking that everything was sorted out, only to receive an email several hours later that our bed will be delivered without a mattress! So now my 8-months pregnant wife and ended up with no bed to sleep on for several days! We spoke to the Reklamationsabteilung and things were sorted out, everything turned out ok, but it cost us so many worries, it took the pleasure out of it.
Furthermore, IKEA had announced a lower family price on an item and we paid a higher price. Then when I came back with a copy ot the receipt to challenge this, they said they could do nothing without the original receipt so again we ended up payinh 30 eur more

Even when you are going to buy something little, you have to visit the whole ikea. Other than that, the products are of good quality.

The furniture store of my choice. Unfortunately, something like glasses or cereal bowls are getting worse and worse in quality. For some things, cheap is really cheap here.

I am always happy to be here and very satisfied. The staff are friendly and take time for questions even when they are at home.

Saturdays, of course, incredibly full. But pretty child-proof and special offers for children in the restaurant. E.g. Pasta with sauce + small crayons and coloring book for 1 euro.

Super in every way! Prices, selection, quality, service - everything unbeatable! Thanks to Corona, there is currently some waiting time to get in, but everything is relaxed inside and not overcrowded.

Best choice if you want to ikea in Munich. Large. Covered parking. Good and fast to reach by highway.

Ikea itself is great, but each branch has its own charm. This is good, but has a totally expensive treasure trove. I prefer to go to Eching. There are real bargains. Brunnthal is much more modern for that.

This Ikea store is okay. It is big and has lots of products. Prices are fair. But its always a bit messy and workers seem a little stressed. Its good that it changes a lot and the variation is big. Restaurant got really worse in the past months and years. More expensive, less quality, but I think its because there is always such a huge crowd. But its still okay to eat here sometimes.

During the week it is really fun to shop here. On the weekend and on Fridays is just too much going on. You can barely walk through the furniture. Accordingly, you will rarely find employees who help. despite all, everyone was always nice and polite.
my recommendation is if you prefer can ride during the week. This is less stressful and helps you find help.

impossible to leave here only with the things that were on your list. A stop for a hot dog or ice cream on the way out is a must

I love Ikea but I hate it when I have to walk through all the compartments to arrive in the middle. Cash registers are always full and waiting often takes longer than browsing ...

In IKEA we have various items with lots of varieties and options for household needs. One of the biggest branches in Munich.

Like any IKEA, with good location and good service in the restaurant. Always go back after swimming in the Phoenix bath.

Typical giant Ikea with everything that requires the screwdriver and Deko heart, the snack in the cashier area should think about Ikea but slowly from an environmental point of view (paper cup ....), the time is right!

Awful! The staff are really cheeky. I bought a shelf here as high gloss, inside was a dull one. Ald I brought back the naughty staff said that I had bought a dull before and tried the trick to get the glossy. Incredible!!!!!

Classic IKEA. The market hall can also be reached from behind through the cash registers. So you don't have to torture yourself through the exhibition. Good number of self-service checkouts, so it goes quite quickly.

Poor customer service (delivery)

I had ordered a large delivery with lots of furniture for the 14th of March, including some parts that I had selected in the market myself and then carted and delivered to the delivery center on site.

A lamp got lost somehow, that is, although I drove the lamp to the switch and it was correctly registered and listed, it was on March 14th. (the delivery service only arrived 2 hours after the end of the specified time window ...) not delivered.

Called and promised they will be delivered the next few days. Of course she wasn't. Called again next week, "will definitely be delivered this week". Of course she wasn't. 11 days after the actual performance or delivery date for a paid service and I still don't have the lamp. Waited 3 times 30-45min on the hotline and kept being promised, it is coming and it was not coming.

This is really bottom drawer service. If you get it bogged down once - it can happen. But then NOT to ensure a quick delivery to correct your own faux-pas and to maintain customer friendliness and reliability, to promise me 2 or 3 times that the delivery will come and not keep ... that's really not okay. I am extremely disappointed.

And I'm still waiting for my delivery ...

Dirty toilet in men and women. Gears too narrow for customer traffic. Location comes in comparison to Salzburg dirty and "spent" over.

Simply IKEA! You don't have to say anything about it!

Awful experience, called on the phone to know if are trailer available, no phone call available, only email. Response" no problem, they are always available". Ok, then I order and pay my stuff online. Go to the store to get a trailer and pick things up. No trailer!!!! Ok what your solution then IKEA? I HAD TO PAY FOR DELIVERY!!!!! WHAT A SERVICE!!!! 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH ANYWAY

Ike i like i.S. Facility. The food in the IKEA restaurants is generally nothing special. Emergency solution, if you are hungry there!

Heavy rush at the coffers; friendly info at the entrance

Nice very large and well-stocked store, good ikea quality, sometimes even better than emblazoned and expensive Brands, huge parking, also connected by public transport such as buses. I don't put five stars just because I find the prices a bit high on services, such as assembly and transport (for example the kitchen) and on certain furniture which in my opinion could be better. But despite this, it still remains a good place to shop.

Delivered girlfriend, I'm not going in there anymore. Waited almost three hours, so there must be something about this Ikea. The men's couches at the entrance are fine but it pulls in too much from the garage. Fresh air does not do any harm, after all, it saves you from the polyester odor clouds and other chemicals. A lot is made in China or Vietnam. Waiting too long forced me to go to the snack bar to eat a hot dog. Unique taste and matched to the furniture.

Always happy when I needed one or two things for the kitchen and apartment.
And I can always eat cheaply here.

Get there early on a Saturday otherwise it's packed.

Ikea doesn't care about the customers. With 2 kids (3 years old and 3 months old) I had to wait from 12.30 till 15.45 before having the possibility to sit with someone and plan my kitchen. If you work during lunchtime you cannot say to the customers that your colleagues are on lunch / break and let them wait for 3 hours!!

Many cheap furniture that still looks good. Decorations and other things like dishes, cleaning supplies and toys. In addition, delicious food in the in-house Kantiene and in the shop is available.
For those arriving by car ... there is a parking lot in the yard.

I love Ikea. :) Well, seriously, it's a great shop. At the top, you can get inspired and look at each area you see and then buy the stuff out there. The restaurant is also delicious and the prices are ok. In this Ikea is often an employee to find, sometimes you have to search a bit but I have met only nice. The range is constantly changing and they are constantly changing. This is a bit of confusion, but it also brings new inspiration, which is great. I like to go there

Good furniture, tok & stok style from Brazil, but with a superior quality.

Really outrageous! I ordered some products online. Unfortunately, the delivery was incomplete. My first complaint: receipt received but after more than 10 days no opinion. No money back and no delivered goods. My attempt to call the hotline failed as well, I spent two times over 10 minutes on hold without speaking to anyone. When investigating, there is only an automated answer, that an answer can take up to 5 days, which are clearly exceeded. Now I have again filed a complaint.

I hope to receive an answer in a timely manner ... that borders on fraud!

Getting through in a lottery is easier than with Ikea in customer service.

Very large furniture store to run. The signage is sometimes not very good in the store, but the organization of the goods already

Today even before shop opening time had a fine breakfast with coffee and started with colleagues in the day.

"You can always find something nice ..." restaurant has a good deal, reasonably priced! The cleaning staff is nimble and keeps the premises clean and tidy.
Since the sanitary facilities are currently being partially renovated, the open toilets are heavily frequented and therefore unfortunately not in a good (clean) condition ...

Kitchen advice was not really helpful and in my opinion with little craftsmanship. But in the end everything worked fine and the replacement of a damaged drawer was possible without problems.

An Ikea just, but well run. Clean friendly staff. Nice to have something near you.

Kitchen department: I was here again today to adapt the previous kitchen planning and to incorporate several changes. Ms. Christine E. supported me with many very good own ideas and suggestions. Great! Nice, if someone really knows about the matter, thinks along, is absolutely professional and pleasant in dealing with it. Thank you very much!

We often go to Ikea here, just eat something, because the food is already delicious in Swedish. Unfortunately, it is getting earlier and earlier in the restaurant that cleaning is very annoying, there is nothing to eat comfortably. It is loud due to the chairs being raised and from 7.15 p.m. we were already surrounded by high chairs. At least it was finally calmer again. My photo is from 7.15pm.
