The range of goods is actually good. However, Ikea has a bad marketing concept. You can't buy more expensive!
I needed an under-cabinet light. Through all these aisles with goods that I don't need today and I'm in a hurry. I find a lamp, hurry to the checkout in an endless march, arrive at home and notice that you need a ballast for the lamp. Again to Ikea nowhere a hint that you need a ballast. I think it goes back to the endless checkout. The knees hurt, the hips hurt. At home I notice that there is no power cord in the ballast packaging. Back to Ikea, looking for the cable, to the cash register and home. In the meantime, 4 1/2 hours have passed.
Dear Ikea people, the goods alone do not matter that people buy from you. Rather, it would be a coherent, customer-friendly marketing and sales concept. In the hope that they will all enjoy a long life, I hope that with all the aches and pains that one gets in old age, they will be just as annoyed with so much indifference, young naivety and a dillitant marketing concept with particularly long ways and missing information on Product. It doesn't get any more expensive if I calculate the time I need and it doesn't get any less customer-friendly. That's why in the future you'd better spend a little more money on the product and get everything at once with short shopping routes. This is how you lose and upset customers.
