Suuuuper customer-oriented behavior! :-)
Can only say positive about the friendliness (from Mrs. Anita. F, Croatian) on the return of our used furniture (bought Sept. 2014). In a quiet and matter of course, a larger return, with reverse booking on our debit card processed.
We, the Fischer family from Pforzheim, will have a fond memory of IKEA-Brunnthal. :-) Some other IKEA location can cut off a slice of this. Brunnthal sets the benchmark for us in the right of return (NEW: after 25.08.2014) !!

I went to buy and when I want to send my things home they charge me 29. The day they had to come they only bring half of the things, they tell me that they will solve it and nothing, two weeks after the conversation and almost daily mails in addition to a few calls they bring me a part of the missing items, such as the plants, of course, the pot nothing, so I have the plants put in dishes for now. Since then I send them emails and have called them several times and they don't answer. I honestly did not expect a company like Ikea to treat its clients with such contempt

The selection of things to buy there complies with the normal IKEA standard. Good help with questions about furniture etc. I can't say anything about the canteen / canteen, therefore only 4 stars.

Unfortunately, Ikea has weakened a lot at this location. Repeated times it is noticeable that the new things are not available here. In addition, there are a lot of negative clutter, especially in departments like "Last Chance" or "Treasure Trove".
Again and again, the toilets are broken, all in all, we'll probably go to the Ikea Eching from now on ... even if there are just a few shortcomings there.

The largest Ikea in Bavaria. There are four charging stations for electric cars. An Ikea restaurant. A creperie. Lots of furniture of all kinds, as well as a plant department. Also a treasure trove for bargain hunters, right side at the till. A public bus goes there. There are parking spaces both outside and in the underground car park. If necessary, you can rent a rental car directly from Ikea. With some pieces of furniture, it sometimes happens that you have to wait while the goods are being handed out, which is associated with a waiting time depending on the rush. Unfortunately, further outside of Munich and often quite crowded, but still worth a visit. Unfortunately, the quality at Ikea is poor, so that you are forced to break certain components (plastic parts). Ikea furniture is not exactly durable, but I don't think most people are really aware of it.

30 years ago I cursed at Ikea like a pipe sparrow, because every now and then the drill holes did not fit or some accessories were missing.
Thank goodness that has changed in the meantime and the quality of the goods is really great!
We have just equipped a complete holiday apartment with only IKEA furniture and even installed the IKEA kitchen ourselves - no problem at all, the assembly of all the furniture works wonderfully thanks to the description. The salespeople there are really well trained, always nice and help you with planning or advice at any time. You can easily set up a complete house here.
Bad purchases can also be exchanged without any problems. And the great thing is, you can always buy nice new things.
I also really like the plants department, the quality of the plants is really good.
And all for a really, really good price. We will keep coming back

So I advise everyone to buy kitchen appliances from IKEA! The know-how concerning the connection of a stove or oven is equal to zero. As a customer, I expect that but ...
The schematics are very questionable ... Incorrect amperes are also suspected by my electrician. In addition, the European standards can not be met. This means for many again additional costs (80 euros additional splitter cable) at installation. That would be half of my purchase price. These costs are completely suppressed in the customer conversation, which happens to be deliberate in my opinion. Of course, IKEA protects the customer, and deliberately gives no information on the installation of electrical appliances, they cover up but also additional costs. A high on Swedish standards !!!!

Can not be that you can not go to the restaurant if you have paid for your things. I do not know it in other IKEAs that a receptionist is standing there and denied access? You spend a lot of money there and even want to spend more money after a hard day and then something like that.

The organization of the customer service is suboptimal. You have to expect (even during the week - in the morning) with a very long wait. My exchange could only be processed after more than half an hour.

It's a Swedish-style furniture store, what else?
Actually, I always like to go there to buy furniture, because it is relatively cheap in price, of course, with "free" Ikea Family Card! Can I highly recommend a card to make (in the canteen there is a free cup of coffee on presentation of the card)
The Swedenshop is a nice idea to buy the food offered in the canteen for immediate meals!
Generally, the whole house is clean and the sample rooms nicely decorated! Kudos to the staff, who were very friendly and polite!

Click & collect would be really badly implemented. I had to wait a very long time (more than 30 minutes) in the meantime I can also look for it myself in the shop.

It is outrageous to ask for the extra costs.

Really bad service. I was waiting around all morning for a delivery and had to go to work in the afternoon. Till then they didn't deliver the furniture to my house. Neither did they answer my phone call. I tried to call them to reschedule the delivery but on the public number I was constantly put on hold as no operator was available. Was calling during working hours. Then tried to call again today at least 6 times. Same thing happened again. If this is the way they treat their customers then I was there for the first and last time.

Negative:
- Lately coffee machines are often broken in restaurants.
- Wherever customers can take their own food (e.g. ketchup, drinks, fried onions, etc.), it has become more and more unkempt / dirty in recent years. Certainly the customers cause the chaos, but there the cleaning interval should be increased.

Of course there is a lot going on on Saturdays. Especially a lot of families with children. This resulted in a corresponding crowd and noise level. IKEA stop :)

And the waiting time in front of the elevator is sometimes nerve-wracking. If you only have the opportunity to go there on Friday or Saturday, then unfortunately it's just not fun: - /

Despite extremely busy, since Saturday afternoon, every employee was absolutely polite and endeavored to please us !! Generally it is always a great shopping experience for me and my children. There is furniture for every budget and taste !!

Ikea itself is fine. The delivery company from Ikea, Rhenus, is a disaster. I was told they'll be in touch! Tried to call the delivery company but the number is not available. It is even stored in the Ikea system - it was delivered! I'm pissed off, but of course nothing was delivered. Today is the end of the first week of June! Will be canceled immediately tomorrow and money will be asked back! I will never again have anything delivered from Ikea.
