I had ordered a large delivery with lots of furniture for the 14th of March, including some parts that I had selected in the market myself and then carted and delivered to the delivery center on site.
A lamp got lost somehow, that is, although I drove the lamp to the switch and it was correctly registered and listed, it was on March 14th. (the delivery service only arrived 2 hours after the end of the specified time window ...) not delivered.
Called and promised they will be delivered the next few days. Of course she wasn't. Called again next week, "will definitely be delivered this week". Of course she wasn't. 11 days after the actual performance or delivery date for a paid service and I still don't have the lamp. Waited 3 times 30-45min on the hotline and kept being promised, it is coming and it was not coming.
This is really bottom drawer service. If you get it bogged down once - it can happen. But then NOT to ensure a quick delivery to correct your own faux-pas and to maintain customer friendliness and reliability, to promise me 2 or 3 times that the delivery will come and not keep ... that's really not okay. I am extremely disappointed.
And I'm still waiting for my delivery ...
