Goods control at Regal Hemnes apparently deficient. A board was drilled incorrectly. Service telephone not available. For the simple question of whether parts can be replaced individually. I'm not a big Ikea fan, but every now and then I have to go there. But almost always totally crowded. Shopping there becomes stressful.

This was a great IKEA, as good as the best IKEA I've seen in the South of England and Midlands.

The nice thing about IKEA, if you know one, you know everyone. Reasonable quality at a reasonable price. And now much more than just Billy shelves.

The store is great, in my opinion you really can't complain at IKEA, but the staff really leaves something to be desired ... During my move, I visited IKEA 3 times and was in contact with various employees from very different departments. From the kitchen department to customer service. Some were at least too friendly but absolutely no one was competent or accommodating. Rather lazy and absolutely not solution-oriented. When asked about a spare part for the wardrobe, the lady from customer service said I should just come over with my 3-meter Pax wardrobe, then you can see why the rails are not running properly. And mind you, that wasn't a joke.

We got a good kitchen design service in Ikea. U can make a kitchen design in here with their staffs.

The "restaurant" here is under all sow. Dirty and really rude staff. A salmon-potato-broccoli dish without broccoli (because it is cooked to the point of ignorance) is served as 4 small spoons of salmon fillet and lots of sauce. The pasta was softer than vermicelli.

Ikea has some furniture that is ingenious in price and function, e.g. the multifunctional bed "HEMNES", for 219 euros you get sofa, single bed and double bed in one. ,
Right BAD against the setup service.
The mechanics came, but the goods were not there. Nobody could tell where my beds were.
In the end, I had to transport everything myself and build it myself. I just wanted to spare myself this stress.

The old one in Eching on the other hand is really a mess.

Worst IKEA I have ever been! The woman stood in the front door wearing IKEA uniform supposed to help customers. But when I came up to ask her questions, she just said no English ( in German) then pretend I was not exist.

Large selection of furniture and other things you need at home. The canteen in Essen is becoming increasingly expensive.

As always Ikea is an excellent place to visit.
(The only bad thing is that you do not have an exit but you visit all the facilities)
