You get what you are looking for ... sometimes not anymore, because you have changed the assortment and now what is even much better and better comes (which makes a lot of joy when it comes to dishes and you just want to buy a part because something broken ) otherwise the usual .. blubbering children, eternal rumlaufen to take then still nippes you do not need.

Here you can buy well and inexpensively. Men hold on to your women, they get lost in the small parts department. Good things also cost, but quality has its price. Overall, always a great shopping experience

Fly like a sneaker, the hot dogs are recommended, the signs from the hot dog stations are absolutely stupid, so that you can only read them when you look at them from the side (therefore not recognizable from the cash register)

If you like Ikea - beautiful Great Ikea. Many covered parking spaces. Only when it comes to customer service, there are often long waiting times.

Attention! After purchasing and paying with an EC card, then exchanging and accepting a credit card, it is not possible to return the exchange item once the amount has been paid out. Customer service not accommodating and not customer-friendly.

Due to the nice weather there was not much going on. No matter if in the restaurant or at the cash desk ..... there were no long waiting times. :)

Massive. A little bit challenging to get to without a car but the selection is great. Delivery service is prompt and efficient. Could use more folks manning the vending/hot dog queues on a Saturday though.

Click & Collect used: Recommendation during and after the Corona period

Well an Ikea we all have been there before and it's always fun

Ordered for the second time with Click & Collect furniture. Arrived, order number delivered, packed cars accepted, invited and ready. Within less than 30 minutes, I was gone again. Efficient and very good service on Friday, just before the end of the day!

Typical Ikea! Somewhat chaotic, but classic offer, nothing is missing. Staff at the box office very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast: The food is delicious. The scrambled eggs unfortunately not so warm. Get cold quickly.

An Ikea like any other. Biggest defect: dogs are not allowed inside. They can also build dog parking lots as they wish. They are already occupied. But are "Ikea's" revenue going there because the dog owners do not go shopping there ... Should they make money from people who are afraid of dogs?

I love to shop here: the Sweden Shop, the furniture store and the restaurant! Great. Our tiny kitchen was planned here and has become super beautiful. Thanks to the Ikea team!

Absolute disaster.

Place quite crowded, always large queues to the cash register. Very good food in the restaurant and in the bistro as well. Large selection of home items. Despite the queues I recommend

Never again! Kitchen ordered online not all parts delivered are still waiting for it. The worst kitchen I've ever had !!! Never again ikea kitchen with all other kitchens, I never had any problems setting up.

Exchange of a broken children's stool is not possible

Are currently renovating the living room department. Otherwise as always. The worst thing I found was the goods lift. I waited forever.

Today I received my ordered furniture, but unfortunately the following happened:
1. During the delivery (3.9.18 ca.11: 45) two men put all the articles on a furniture scooter, pushed it into the yard entrance and thereby the car overturned; almost all the articles fell to the ground. Packaging is currently damaged, a PAX complement has a scratch and any further damage to the contents will be apparent when opening the packaging in the next few days.
2. All furniture (also SKORVA center beams) were leaned against the wall of my room. Beam fell right to the ground. Emergence of the following damages: Hole and scratch in the floor of the room and damage to the wall. The communication with both men was difficult because only one could speak a little German. For info: no delivery note; only signature on electronic device.
Telephone contact to the Ikea customer service was the entire afternoon not possible, no waiting, only the information that all lines are occupied and you should call later. I ask for a corresponding quick response regarding the settlement of claims.

Unfortunately, as usual, some of Ikea's products do not always fit. Nevertheless, I have to award 5 stars for the efforts of the recruiting staff. That was really a big help. Although the suitable part was no longer available, it was taken care that the product is reserved in Eching and I can pick it up there in the evening.

Waited 3 1/2 hours in the kitchen section on January 21. When I asked for the fifth time, I was told that there is only one employee in the house for assembly / sales and that he is not there at the moment. The total fool. This information (4 questions) did not come from the girls. Only a man gave me this info. Such employees should be fired immediately. Absolutely wrong in place. !!! That's how you scare customers away !!!

Yes, everything is very simple and practical, we love this store.
