I've never visited Ice House Pizza/Steaks, Pottstown, Penna. I'll have to try that out someday. It's been advertised on local Cable TV over yrs.

With all the stress these restaurants are going through trying to keep their employees working, their doors open and their customers fed....this place is doing a COMMENDABLE job. Absolutely customer oriented, friendly and hustling to make us the perfect meal. I applaud the effort! The food is delicious and the staff is outstanding. Love you guys!!

My family found this restaurant in 2013. We love the food and our morning waitresses. They treat us like family. We are moving out of state ,at the end of this month. We will miss everything. Thank you for your service.

Reuban sandwich ok. Crumbs of chips served with sandwich unacceptable. Not a whole chip on my plate.

Wonderful Breakfast at a very Good Price! Wholesome delicious and very Fast Service

Moved here to Pottstown one year ago from West Chester, PA, and was very excited to find a place with good food, good prices, that's close to my house-- this is not the case now. Every time I go to eat in-house our service is totally lacking and it takes about 20 minutes just to flag down the staff for a drink refill. It once took the whole 45 minute meal to get a milkshake that was ordered immediately. So I figured delivery might be the option to avoid the hassle. The prices have gone up on everything also (which I wouldn't mind, but...)-- you won't even get a lousy .25 cent bag of chips with a burger on delivery, but you'll pay the same price as if you ordered it in the restaurant. So disappointing-- glad to be moving back to a place where I can get a burger AND fries and not have to spend close to $13 for what's essentially diner food at restaurant prices.

Food was good, price was good. A bit noisy. Service was good. I would go back to this place

Great food, but the breakfast menu is the real MVP. Fresh squeezed oj, homemade donuts and jam, great portion sizes, and an excellent variety and quality all make this place a family favorite. Servers are attentive always. Only had one bad experience here and that was online to-go ordering. Things got messed up and somewhat resolved no thanks to the at the time manager.

Food was good. Over all good place but prices are alil high but for the only place in ptown that has food like this they got you lol i will go again.

Got food from here about 3 yrs ago and it wasn't that good so we never went back. This week we gave them another try, that was a mistake. We all got hot sandwiches, which were mostly bread, not much meat at all. Steak meat was burnt. They're very overpriced for what you get. We'll be sticking with Santina's.

Hands down, best burger I've ever had. The pizza is cheesy and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly.

Not the fastest, but easily make that up ten fold by being the BEST place I have ordered from In a long time. Definitely just got another loyal customer when traveling through this area. Food is always hot and fresh, no issues ever with the order, and very filling with what you get.

The food is excellent and the portions huge. The server's are pleasant and efficient. Dean Lewis provided especially good service and menu recommendations.

Family of 6 for child birthday party, absolutely perfect. Great service, tolerated our birthday singing, in fact joined in with us to share cake too. Been back since and plan again today as the varied menu suits everyone. And then super food to go with it. 5 star for sure. Go there

Food was very good and the atmosphere was fun. I had never been before and our waitress was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Dessert looked amazing but I was too full for it.

Worst service ever. Lady was super rude. Never ever going back. Food was way overpriced also. If it was possible to put 0 stars I would!

They have the BEST hoagies, wings, cheesesteaks and pizza. I love getting take out or eating in. And cold beer to go! What more can you ask for :)

I take Philadelphians here when they ask me to lead them to a great cheesesteak place. Ice House wins them over every time. I have yet to have breakfast there, but I have been told that it is a good experience as well. The service is served with genuine smiles, and as any place gets busy on the weekend...be patient or call ahead. This place is definitely worth the wait.

Very neat and convenient spot. They offer large meals and for economical prices. We enjoyed the menu very much and the waiters were super amiable and chatty. I recommend this place.

So I called earlier at 11:33 to place a order for lunch on a Saturday. And they won't take it. Stating to me that they are still doing breakfast For another 15 minutes and they might get more breakfast orders so I should just call back. As I was ordering for my office I asked if they could just take the order down and start it in fifteenth minutes then and they wouldn't.

The food was alight. Not that good but not really bad either. The chicken parmesan sub was dry.

So maybe if you are looking lunch on a Saturday look elsewhere.

Breakfast. Really quick service and kept my coffee cup full. Breakfast menu was all there but nothing really out of the ordinary. Food was good but if I'm back in Pottstown again I'll take a chance on another place for breakfast.

Our family often get our wings and fries from this wonderful place. The wings are excellent! Never tried take out because we enjoy the experience. The place is clean and the service is always perfect.

If you like your pizza thick and chewy, this is your spot! Delivery is quick and easy, and their sandwiches are the best. (My favorite is the grilled Rueben) and if you're early enough, grab a few homemade doughnuts. You won't find any better. In house breakfast can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and drop by the Ice House, and pick up a menu on your way out. If you can't go to the THE ICE HOUSE, THE ICE HOUSE will come to you.

I wasn t happy with my cheesesteak the past 2 times I just didn t just start patronizing Ice house. First time no sauce second time made sure I told who took my order sauce and onions said cause last time there wasn t any on. Open my steak sandwich very little sauce , not too tasty just like the first time!! Look like a spoonful on the top ran down in a line, Sorry to complain but not gonna say it was good!! I will still come back cause I know they weren t like that before and guess have to say x-tra sauce and onions

This use to just be a Pizza joint. Now it's such a nice family restaurant. The food is good, staff are very home town. Breakfast in any restaurant can be great or bad. This is one of the great ones.

Was one of my favorite places to eat. Had a problem with my order fries came out cold.

I love everything at this place. I had a small Italian hoagie and it was awesome. The breakfasts are to die for.

Went in for breakfast after working all night. Sat down at a booth, viewed the menu and made call. This took me roughly about 15 mins. Within that time frame no one acknowledged me or so much as offered me a drink. I realize that it's a very busy time of day but someone could have at least made eye contact and said that they'll be right with me. So I left and went to Denny's where my food was half off.

Had the meatball sandwich. It was delicious. My son had a stromboli. He said it was great.

I ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery. The automated email message told me my food would be delivered at 8:14pm. After speaking with a manager at the Ice House at 8:50pm my food was delivered at 9:17pm free of charge. Not only was the food comped, but it was also extremely hot, fresh and delicious. We order from Ice House often and this is the first time I have experienced an issue, but thanks to a great manager, I will continue to be a loyal patron of the Ice House.

I haven't had anything bad at the Ice House and I always enjoy myself there. It is a very casual place with great wait persons. You will enjoy your meal.

Food is good, in-house service is average. Ordered delivery last week and they lost my order, but when I called to check on it said it was on its way. In a later phone call they admitted it was there, not on its way, and that "the app was slow" then they hung up on me. Good thing there are lots of other good options in town!

I called early today .to order a pizza .a guy pick the phone I ask for a large .they said they. Don't sell large I cancel.. then before that. they hung up on me .waited one hour called again .they. Hung up on me .. called again lady got very rude with me.what kind of ppl are working there if you don't have manners .pls don't work in a busy restaurant.

Good simple food. Cheese steak was incredible. Only got 4 onion rings so that wasn't the best deal, but they were very tasty. A little pricy overall, but nice experience

I am very pleased with this amazing place!! They forgot our dressing for our salad which everyone knows you need your dressing haha. Not only did they bring EXTRA dressing they brought another salad as well!!! Will definitely be ordering again but please don t forget the dressing again.

I have been a loyal customer to Ice house Deli since forever. Prices got a little higher than they used to but still fair. I would recommend everything on the menu but the pizza... It definitely got a little better, but still probably worst in town
