Service,very good. Food,very good. Not a long wait. Pleasant people.

I order from here all the time. I gave 2 stars because my food took over and hour and all our hot food was cold.

Our waitress was very pregnant, but she was delightful,attentive and professional. Good job.

We ordered a large Stromboli which is there special for $15.11. We ordered it for 5 people. We pick it up and first off, the box starts to become sopping wet with grease and stains the car seat on the way home. Then upon opening it at home (seemed like a small box to begin with), we receive the smallest large Stromboli we ve ever seen. For 5 people, there was no way we were going to feed everyone. I called to ask if this really was the large and they weren t helpful whatsoever. We were told they can just make another and we can come pick it up. Not something we want to do after we already went to pick up the first one and sat down to eat. We ll take our business to Parma in Pottstown in the future and tell others to do so as well.

Excellent cheese steaks and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Tonight was our first time to the Icehouse and it will not be our last.

Great food. Absolute worse service EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not that the ppl are not nice but my order is wrong or missing several things EVERY SINGLE TIME! Do not order delivery or it will be wrong...

If you eat here- dine in. Delivery service is slow and food comes slightly warm.
Food in house is good for lunch and dinner.
They do have nice big coffee mugs and large counter to sit at if you stop in alone, as I have on lunch.
Some food can be quite greasy. A little higher priced for some items then in comparable eating spots.

The best breakfast money can buy! when u order breakfast here, u dont jave to eat lunch! Theyre huge and have a great home cooked taste. most meals are around 7-9$ ordering take out here is always a simple process as well

Was in to have a meal with my husband. His food came out first about 10 minutes later my meal came out and it was wrong. They took it back and I was told that the manager was making it for me. I waited 20 minutes and still no food. My husband asked how much long and the waiter said hold on. He then came over and told me it wasn't ready I then said I don't want it. He said sorry about that the whole meal was on them. Point is I still have no dinner. The dinning room can be filled and the meals are great coming out. They only had 5 tables and they screwed it all up. Won't be going back. The worst.

If I could give negative stars I would...if it wasn't bad enough it took 2 hours to get our food it was ice cold and not even good also found a hair in the sauce..very disappointed!

I was there for my very first time the food was extremely good the service was excellent the food was nice and hot and fresh the amount of meat that I got for the purchase of a large cheese steak was incredible the amount of service in detail to the food was also incredible my wife's food was very good are steak fries were also very good the raspberry iced tea actually taste it like raspberry iced tea. We will be visiting again can't wait to try more menu items and breakfast

The staff is very helpful and they really take the time to get to know the people who come in repeatedly.

If I could order food from here everyday and not go broke I would. Best breakfast omelettes, wings, burgers, and cheesesteaks.

Food was very good as usual but I have to say that our service was horrible! Our server was nice enough but lacked training as well as common sense. During our 45 minute stay I was told I wasn't allowed to sub a small amount of coleslaw for the steak fries, coffee was not refilled (the table next to us had to shout for him to refill theirs, again he walked right by us with a full coffee pot? He didn't check back to ask how things were after starting our meal. He walked by several times not paying attention to our table or the one next to us. We sat for quite a while before he finally realized that we might be done, asked me if I wanted a box, came back with the box and our check.....never asked us if we wanted any thing else and never said Thank you for coming - not a word! Just placed the check on the table and walked away. We watched him doing absolutely nothing but chatting with the other employees the entire time we were there.
When paying our bill, the girl asked how everything was so we told her that the food was good but the service was horrible. She said that they were in shift transition so that's probably why the service was bad.......it was 1:45 pm! Does that mean the staff can only be friendly and professional during certain times? That was a bad answer.
We aren't usually the type to complain, but when the service is that bad, I feel you should know so you can properly train your staff. I've done a lot of serving in the past and most of what happened today only takes common sense.

First off, you call yourself the home of a stromza? Where was the Stromboli? My cats tail is longer and thicker then the Stromboli part was. Second, wings? The wings were the size of my ex boyfriends wiener. Extra. Small. Excuse my language, just very disappointed

Best burger I ever had in my life!!! And the ranch.... I'm drooling just thinking about it... That alone is worth moving back up north...

The food for the most part is reasonably priced and the in house service is good, HOWEVER the pizza is outrageously priced.
Almost 5 dollars more for a plain pie compared to other locals, and NO DEALS. I just need to be reminded why ordering from ice house is worth it when it cost roughly 15-20 more for a group order than at other places, and dont forget you need to tip(at least i do)
Bring back the cheese cake. Drop the pie prices and maybe ill be back.

Used to be my favorite place. They really do have the best burgers. However, I recently got a new cell phone number and had to update my information in their system. This is where things went completely off the deep end for no reason. When I told the female that answered the phone I needed to update my phone number she let out an overly dramatic and loud sigh and yelled "Fine what's the number!" Before I could even finish saying my number she hung up on me. I called back and the same female answered. I tried to diffuse the situation a bit and said "I think we got disconnected I need to update my number with you guys so I can order" and got immediately hung up on again. Called back again the same female amswered and I immediately asked for a manager. The manager eventually got on the phone and I told him what was going on. That I'm just trying to update my phone number so I can place an order and she keeps hanging up on me. The manager angrily replied "Sir! Excuse me sir! No, Sir! Sir, no!. She wouldn't do that for no reason! If you call back again tonight sir I will permanently ban your name and address!" Seriously?! This lazy lady didn't want to have to go into the computer and change my number in the system and instead of the manager just saying "I'm sorry let me fix your number in the system" he backs up the woman with an attitude that told him god only knows what as an excuse, he makes a blind accusation at me, and backs it up with threats?! Saying "Awful customer service and horrendous management" don't even begin to define this kind of insanity! Honestly, what is wrong with those people?! As your prices went up and portions went down I stayed a loyal customer for the past 20 years. You cannot treat people with such disdain, disrespect and dishonesty just because you're in a bad mood or whatever the heck was going on with her and that manager I will never ever order from Ice House again!

I only buy beer BUT, it's always packed. Ever since I was a kid so, they are doing something right. Always friendly service.

My wife and I came for lunch; service was fast, food was good, price was reasonable. Hard to find a downside.

I think they should stick the breakfast chicken cheese steak was mushy and just a mess wings are hard as a brick Waters weren't even cold terrible experience I will never spend another dime in this place

Ordered for pickup on way home from work. Was very busy, but is usual for a Friday night at 1800. Wings were great as usual. Always recommend their wings or cheesesteaks!

Tried to go there for lunch between games at a baseball tournament. Walked in at 1145, too late for breakfast, no problem. No one even talked to us for 10 minutes. I asked if someone was coming to help, nothing. Finally, 15 minutes after sitting, a waitress came to help. Then she tells us it will be 20 minutes to convert the kitchen from breakfast to lunch. Sheesh, thanks for nothing. We left.

My wife and I were having dinner on May 4. There was a waiter that was cleaning tables. What I did not like to see was his boxer shorts. Please make sure that your employees are dressed for gour customers. The food was great as always, just did not need to see his boxers.

If I could give 1/2 star I would. My family and I have been ordering from here for the last 25+ yrs. I don't know what happened to this place over the last 2 year's but the service has drastically gone down hill. Every time I place am order for delivery I end up calling back because they either forgot something or messed up something. I quit ordering from her for a little while and was orderung from Santina's because the food is equal to each other. I decided yo place an order and yup you guessed it they forgot something. I called back and was told 45 minutes to have it redelivered. Honestly I think this was my last order from them. Just an FYI for the owner and manager from my experience of working in the food industry maybe you should hire an expiditor to make sure the orders are 100% correct before delivering.

Got my food delivered tonight. Completely wrong order. Correct ticket just wrong order. I called no answer. I went down there I beat the delivery driver back. Now I get mistakes happen. However the manager lead off with excuses rather than I am sorry. Now I have been managing restaurants for 19 years. When you make a mistake you don t make excuses the first words are I am sorry. Then if the guest askes what Happened you can tell them. However no apology until I told him I been doing the same thing for years however you haven t even said your sorry once. Nor offered compensation for me coming down here and beating your driver here. We have had good experiences here up until the last two times we have ordered that why I give them a three. But one more mistake and we won t be going back I am fairly sure the driver knew too. He said here s your order and ran back to his car. Manager not rude but definitely not good with conflict resolution. Own your mistakes and never make the guest feel it.

Great California burger with an abundance of steak fries cooked to perfection, I ordered as take out but the woman at the register was quite friendly and down to earth. I would eat here again.

Went for breakfast the other day. It was decent but it's beginning to slip. Potato cakes used to be too die for, not anymore. Last 2 times I was there I cut into them and they were all discolored.

Ordered online delivery 3pm on a weekday over an hour goes by nothing I call of course I'm told the driver jus left with my order 30 mins past I call again I'm told the driver was there nobody answered the door and they called lmao Ive been sitting by my door with it wide open since I ordered and no phone calls. I explained it to the girl on the phone and she was very rude told me I can come pick it up and hung up on me. Not ordering from this place again.

Best cheese steaks ever.
I go for a pizza steak. The meat is great and those rolls are off the hook.
The large is giant sized. The corn beef hoagie is fantastic. You will pay for quality but ya get what u pay for.
Only thing I haven't done is breakfast.
Packed on Sunday mornings. But I will soon.
