I live a block away from this place, so I eat here often. The service can be mediocre, but the food is really decent. The cheesesteaks and burgers are GREAT

Alway love the food here. And the staff is amazing also.

Very disappointed with the very small portion of onion rings for the price. It was not their typical serving and all of them were small and oil filled.

The bacon cheese burgers are to die for along with brown gravy and fries simply amazing I would most definitely drive 5hrs for this again

best wings. really. still my fav. and at some point they started doing breakfast and it's amazing. they even have a machine that squeezes oranges fresh for you. their plain doughnuts made there are so stinkin good.

Every time we order we have to call 10 times before they finally answer. Sometimes they even hang up on us. The workers are always ignorant and have an attitude on the phone. They also forget some items from our order every time and when we call back, they argue and don t even apologize. This just happened now and we have to wait another hour for sauces that we specifically asked for when our food is already cold.

The food is OK. They're so sweet and polite especially Katie. I keep asking her for stuff and she doesn't mind going back and forth to get it, I'm probably annoying but whatevs. I'm going to tip her when I stop stuffing my face.

Love this neighborhood place. Food is always great. Manager is the friendliest, social media page is great. Wait staff is touch and go, but everyone has bad days. I go every week.

Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery. Wings had good flavor but were dinky and soggy. My friend's Reuben was BLACK.

I have loved Ice House for all 30 years they have been in business. I have to admit, for a pizza place, I don't love their pizza, but everything else on their menu is FANTASTIC! My favorite would probably be the burgers, just soooooooooo good. Probably my favorite burger anywhere, including any of the gourmet burger places that are everywhere now.

I've also recently started getting into their breakfasts. Very reasonably priced, good portions and everything tastes so fresh! The orange juice is even squeezed to order! My kids love their old fashioned donuts--they're so soft!

The atmosphere is fun and comfortable and the service, including delivery, is always very pompt. Hope they keep it up for another 30 years!

I mistakenly went here after hearing good things about it in the area and seeing good online reviews. I was very disappointed and I am not even picky at all. The food was really bad. The pizza was burnt and tasteless, the fries were inedible, overly hard and greasy, my tuna wrap consisted of unseasoned tuna salad in a tortilla wrap and nothing else with a side of stale potato chips. In addition to the food being made poorly, they got our order wrong. The waitress was distracted and inattentive. The reviews must be paid for and false because there's no way they are talking about the same place I went to. Also it says alot about the quality of a business when you see the very strange, immature, and unprofessional comments it has left under my review and many others. Reviews are for a reason.

Im from Philly. It was hard finding a place in pottstown that sold good hot wings. The ice house wings are the best!

I really like the wings here but the service is really lacking.

The last time I dined in, people that sat after us were finished and walking out and we were still sitting and waiting for a drink refill and the check. We weren't even checked on while eating out meal.

Just came in tonight for a pick-up order and the counter service isn't that friendly.

I always come in with a smile and treat people respectfully, a little friendly service goes a long way.

Delivery was an hour and half late. Called several times to check on the order and they kept saying the order was on the way. The last time I called they said the order had been sitting on the pickup rack. The manager I spoke to was rude and didn't care. Won't order again

The breakfast is average at best. Each time I order from here my order has come up wrong. I always order two platters and the order is completely mixed up. This last time I order, there was small specks of meat in my home fries. Which will make it my last purchase from them. I never order meat.. and I don t want meat crumbs from lord knows where in my food.
I will say though, the customers service has always been fast and pleasant. Once I waited almost an half hour for take out breakfast. I was awarded a 10.00 gift card. I guess that s a bonus.

Everytime I go here I am always impressed. The food is good, portions generous, fast and courteous staff. I even bumped into the owner on my last visit, he was kind, thoughtful, and laid-back.

The ambiance of the place is homey with an old-timey rustic feel - yet modern.

When we order from here we are also always impressed. It's easy to do online, same quality food, and quick delivery.

My fiance describes their delivery method as, "fast and courteous". This is because after their quick arrival they get straight to the point, "Is this so-and-so?" "Here's your food, thank you for choosing icehouse" and then off they go. Perfect for antisocial and awkward individuals such as myself. I enjoy the lack of awkward silence and waiting that other delivery services can create by not having the food prepared for hand off ect.

This place is great food is reasonable price if go there to eat but for delivery its alittle bit pricy but the food is good they only accept credit and money no debit cards thougg thats the only bummer

The Ice House is always a good meal. It never disappoints.

So I used to order from you guys religiously every Wednesday. About 3 months I ordered twice in 2 weeks had horrible issues. The owner encourages me to try again so tonight I ordered my ham stromboli which literally used to be the only stromboli I ate because it was delicious well now I have tried again and am throughly displeased I didn't know I had to order cheese in the stromboli as it states it's made with it......again no cheese.... so unfortunately until this is corrected you have lost a reliable customer.

The food is decent, but the parking is bad and there's a lot of rough looking people always trying to buy beer here. Nearly got into two fights while visiting.

Food was great. Something different for picky eaters. Tea taste fresh and amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Food came out after about 5/10 mins. Everything hot and fresh. Even their delivery is fast and delicious, just wish the fries weren t always soggy. Looking forward to going back again and again.

It has been a long time since ordering Ice House, like 10 years? Anyway we are looking for a new goto place that delivers since Nick's in Stowe has closed. We will keep looking, and honestly either people that review this place dont ever get out of deplorable Pottstown to eat or they are regulars falsely giving high ratings on this place. We ordered a "boardwalk pizza" a meat lovers pizza and some wings. First off the wings are the smallest wings i have ever had, like slaughtering chickens this small has to be animal cruelty. The pizza tasted like a tombstone or some frozen pizza you make at home with less quality ingredients on it...i dont think it was white and orange cheese on the "boardwalk" pizza just that much grease from the cheap cheese. The meat lovers, first time i ever had grease flavored pepperoni. All for an over inflated almost $50 bill! Will not be ordering from here again

I think when you pay $15.00 for a large salami hoagie they could add more meat then a few slices. It is hot or miss depending who makes it.. Got one with more meat at WAWA.

Good place for food the owner is cool the stuff changes a lot that s the only problem. With new people new attitudes and sometimes it s not the best attitude to share in a service job.

I was in recently and had an awesome waiter!! Codey was awesome, so personable, friendly, and had all the answers to my questions!! He was so well kept, neat, clean.... AMAZING!! It was, also, nice to see that there actually are places that accept people for who they are as individuals. The diversity of the staff shows that Ice House values their staff for being themselves and not the definition of what some people think that one should be, whether or not they happen to be male or female. If you want good service and a great atmosphere....check this place out!!!!
