The food used to be great here now it's just ok. If you get anything other than a cheese steak it's a gamble.

Very reasonable and very good food! We plan on making this our "go-to" place!! Great waitress, fast service!

This is my spot for lunch dates with the wife. Service can be slow, people can be a bit moody, but the food is worth it. Prices vary, but, it's worth it

Good food and a really nice retro diner design however the pricing is ridiculous, so only go if you plan on spending 15 dollars for a meal, which may come with some chips. Fries and onion rings are 2$ extra for a half order instead of chips. Really tasty dessert and appetizers however. Just a little steep.

Went there for breakfast. There was a wait of about 10 minutes or so but in that time that we waited 4 of Pottstown find detectives came in right around the same time as us but we were few minutes in front of them they got seated before us got their breakfast before us. I don't care who they are don't care if they were FBI agents we all put our pants on the same way we all get treated the same way I talked to a janitor like I talk to a mayor. Maybe my next experience might be better who knows the food was good

Went there for breakfast with the family and was quite impressed.

They do have good food. But dont get the pizza. It's really thin and does not taste good. There other food is good but dont go here for pizza. Big daddy's or Italian delight

Great cheese steaks for my hubs and step son. Unfortunately really really light on lettuce, both my hoagie and my hubby's. also Italian hoagie only had spicy ham and salami on it, no boiled ham so couldnt eat the rest of the hoagie.

Always Loved Ice House Since I Moved To Pottstown, Recently Went Back & Got The Cali Cheesesteak & Sweet N Hot Wings - My Favorite From Them. Tho I Live In Vegas Now, The Food Was Worth The Trip!

I just left there and got a tuna hoagie. There is barley any tuna on the hoagies filled up with lettuce. Not worth 7.41. These used to be the best but not anymore... Smh also got there tune salad was the worst i could of made it at home. This is bad i wish i could post picture on google will post on yelp. thanks but no thanks ice house

Ordered at 834pm. Delivered at 1026pm. Almost 2 hours to get food. Food arrives borderline cold. No apology. For how expensive the food is, its not very good. Lots of other places to order from that are faster and better. I understand places get busy but 2 hours is totally unacceptable.

Had the turkey wrap and it was very dry and had no flavor. Portions were very large but the consencious at our table was the food looked great, but severely lacked in flavor. It was just OK.

My wife and I placed an order for a stromboli and a Reuben for pickup. The food was done and ready for pickup in record time, and probably one of the best strombolis I've ever eaten. The wife raved over her Reuben aswell.

Not a 5 star rating because the cashier was rude and obnoxious, seemingly to talk down to my wife as she politely asked where the restroom located.

I would highly recommend the food. I will definitely eat there again.

Ice house is my go to place but today I had put in an order and when I have received it. My burger was cold along with my wings. Also the buffalo bytes sauce leaked all over the food.

Duuuuuuude, outside of philly, best chicken cheese steak I've ever had. Great customer service. Might seem expensive but the quality and quantity of what you pay for is worth it.

Food is ALWAYS GREAT I give food 5 starts. BUT their website never works the app always crashes when I place an order and they have no phone manners. They are always very short and just hang up on me repeatedly. But food is always good. Order ahead of when you want to eat delivery is slow but worth the wait.

Just ordered a pepperoni strombolli it smelled rancid it was awful my husband called back to let them know they said they would credit my order for next time thats my hard earned money that i work for i think if a coustomer is calling saying its unedible you should be refunded your full amount very hit or miss on the food my kids said pizzia was awful as well wont be ordering again waste of my money

I can't say it was the worst mushroom cheese steak I've ever had, but probably within the top 5. For almost $9 for a small there should have been more meat than mushrooms. And the fries were cold by the time they got to the table. I guess that's why the service was so fast. Everything probably already made and just waiting for someone to order it.

Love the food from breakfast to late night. Never had anything I didn't enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. I live just down the street and I order and pick up all the time. The staff is so very friendly and I love that you can grab a 6 pack with your pizza. ALL the food is amazing. The sandwiches, salads, WINGS (sweet & hot are to die for), wraps, PIZZAs, appetizer, EVERYTHING. Ive tried it all and its all good. You can hop in and sit in the diner, take out, or have it delivered. The Peguin bucks are super too. Who doesn't love a free pizza now and then. LOVE IT!

Ordered wings and 2 slices today and overall was very disappointed and probably won't be returning. The wings for what I got were really overpriced, super tiny wings barely any meat on half of them. The sauces were okay. The pizza was really thin and salty as heck.

Every time I come back to pottstown I have to stop at ice house. THE best strom you will find.

Keeping it real! Keeping it tasty. A go to for our family in Pottstown. Food is always fresh, fast service and they know us by name. Fussy 5 year old loves this place also.

I used to get cheese steaks here all the time as a teenager. 20 years later they're not what I remember. Not necessarily bad, but not great either. It was an acceptable meal. The mushroom cheese steak had more mushroom than steak. For almost $9 there should be more meat.

The cheesesteak had way to many onions. I ordered light onion. There was hardly any meat. It was like eating a grilled onion sandwich. They should be ashamed to serve something like that. I will say breakfast is great.

The wings are small but the sweet chili flavorings are awesome! I love the burgers as well.

Easily the best meal I've had in Pottstown. Service was fast and friendly, and the cheese steak omelette was just what I needed on a cold November morning.

Ordered wings, we were only 10 minutes away (not even). We picked them up once we got there, they were already done and went home (5 minutes away) and they were cold all the way through. First time ordering and it sucked.

Tried to make a delivery order and the worker on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I had to call back to finish placing my order and I was hung up on again. Would not recommend. Their food is not worth it.

Flat out great service and good food. The sandwiches and fish and chips are the best!

I've had my fair share of burger's in my life and I gotta say that the burger I had from here was definitely in my top 5 favorites. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
