Moved here to Pottstown one year ago from West Chester, PA, and was very excited to find a place with good food, good prices, that's close to my house-- this is not the case now. Every time I go to eat in-house our service is totally lacking and it takes about 20 minutes just to flag down the staff for a drink refill. It once took the whole 45 minute meal to get a milkshake that was ordered immediately. So I figured delivery might be the option to avoid the hassle. The prices have gone up on everything also (which I wouldn't mind, but...)-- you won't even get a lousy .25 cent bag of chips with a burger on delivery, but you'll pay the same price as if you ordered it in the restaurant. So disappointing-- glad to be moving back to a place where I can get a burger AND fries and not have to spend close to $13 for what's essentially diner food at restaurant prices.
