Good food. Friendly staff. Chatted with owner and son. Overall a nice experience.

Great food at reasonable prices wether it be for take out, delivery or sitting down to eat in their newly remodeled restaurant style seating area. They have yet to get an order wrong and I believe it's one of the greatest casual places to eat in Pottstown and although I normally have it delivered, in all aspects It has never detracted from the quality of food they serve.

Consistently good food ,great tasting donuts. Would be greatly appreciated if they would make more donuts on the weekend. I have had many items on their menu. Breakfast done right , love the potatoes cake, homemade jams are awesome. Tuna and fries yum.

First time here and the service was exceptional. Waiter immediately noticed the drinks we ordered were watered down so immediately changed it. Food was great. I had a hoagie and my son had some Pizza and fries. My bread was not hard which is usually my issue with some places. It's clean and a good setting. Will be eating here again and wouldn't mind bringing clients here.

Well the Revere said from one year ago so the way my brain works it automatically rewind it's six months I know a year isn't 6 months but you don't have to live with my mind okay so yeah totally five star place with the quality of the food however however the prices have gotten so egregious that I would give it overall four stars now

It was an alright time. Food was good. Service was alright. Did not feel as inviting as I thought it would. Some poor girl dropped clean silver ware. The lady who sat us had to tell us she dropped it and had to be washed again. Everyone heard it. I simply replied at least the place isn't on fire. She then said oh don't say that. Point blank, everything was fine from the time the silverware dropped to when we left. I'm going to assume it was just not a good day.

We decided to stop in and grab sandwiches for dinner. We waited over 40 minutes for a cheese steak hoagie, cheese burger, and chicken parm sandwich. 2 of the 3 sandwiches came out cold. The cheese steak hoagie was not how it was ordered. When some thing was dropped in the back and everyone in the restaurant heard it the staff clapped. Very inappropriate especially since we were waiting for our food. When the manager came over she listened to our issues and offered to make new food but we didn't want to wait longer for our food. We will not be going back.

A couple of friends have been recommending me to this place for a while now, and I finally decided to order there for my family yesterday. I ordered the Ice hose pizza, a cheese steak, wings, and mozzarella sticks . Overall the food was great, but the only thing that really turned me off was the skimming of my pizza toppings. I really can't stand establishments that does that ,especially where their food is worth paying for. They are places where their pizza is not so great but you can actually see the toppings.

Food needs to improve. I get sick each time I come.

They heated up old pizza and tried to pass it off as fresh when they delivered it to us.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I just moved here and the entire community ranted and raved about the quality of food and service. We sat down and went unacknowlegded for 20 minutes. We finally ordered our food and drinks. The drinks came back incorrect and after an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES we were told our orders were never even entered into their system. Like I said we just moved here and I will never, ever return to this establishment.

Dinner is great, cheesesteaks are good. Breakfast needs work. Diner food is great to have and a little grease is good. But the amount of grease from their potatoes and meats is enough to make your stomach upset after a few bites

Seriously bad food. Pizza is terrible and expensive. Pizza Hut has better pizza. Breakfast is better at a dinner. Coffee is bad. Beer selection is okay but with Franks being down the street they could do better. Take out is bad too. The driver is very nice. Your food will be cold though. And very expensive.

The food was great and our server, Ebony, was fabulous. This place is a keeper.

Get a pizza cheese steak and ask for pepperonis added. The best!

Awesome staple in the pottstown community. You can't beat their cheesesteaks and salads! Oh, and their breakfast is worth waking up for...delicious!

Friendly staff, amazing food, and good location. I order the Cheesesteak Skillet in the morning and the Buffalo Chicken Cheesteak for lunch and dinner. Both items are extra tasty! Their donuts are to die for. The manager is friendly and will approach you to say hello and ask if everything is going well. I highly recommend going here any time of the day.

I would punch a baby in face for a ham stromboli here.

Great pizza, great subs, great everything. 6 packs to go. Plus in the hot summer they keep it really cold inside.

I have been ordering from here for years, over the past 6-8 months the food has gone down hill. this is the 3rd time I've ordered and the food is cold, the order is wrong and I waited over an hour and a half for delivery. not even worth calling and complaining anymore, nothing changes. Only thing changing is me no longer ordering from them.

My husband and I love this place. We've been going for years and have never had a bad meal or service. I'm disabled, had a heart spell one time and one of the young men helped me to our car. We highly recommend them.

Just ordered here for delivery, took two hours to get and everything was ice cold. Never again

Amazing (and huge!) cheesesteaks - I like the different size options. You definitely get value for the money here. Nice servers, kept me in refills and suggested places to visit in the area. I would go out of my way to come back here again.

Ordered on their mobile app for pick up. First time eating their food and didn't stay inside for long. One thing I noticed was that their app told me the estimated time in when it would be ready but never gave me confirmation when it was. When I got it, it was already sitting there waiting to be picked up. Girl at the counter was friendly. I ordered pierogis and quesadillas. The food was acceptional. The pierogis were more filling than I thought they would be, and they give amazing supply of sour cream/condiments! Do be careful though, as I took a bite out of my quesadilla, it felt like my front tooth wouth snap. There was a large, flat blone in my chicken that looked identical to the chicken in my food. So chew carefully and keep an eye on your kids.

I only come to the Ice House for breakfast and the food there is really great. The wait staff is awesome too, very welcoming ppl. I do however wish they would serve grits on that menu !! But oh well....

Kind of expensive but food is good. Sweet and hot wings are my fav.

1st time ordering and likely the last... placed order online at 8pm was given a 846pm delivery time. At 910pm I called asking where our order is and told how backed up they were on a Monday night and that it is on it's way out the door at that moment. 35min later the delivery boy arrives with 2 soggy cold steak sandwiches and ice cold onion rings.

Awesome family restaurant. Great breakfast. Awesome fresh donuts. 5 of us and a baby and they didn't rush us but let us relax and enjoy our meal. Waitress was the best. Will be back!!

I understand the Ice House is very busy on the weekends but that is no excuse for the horrible service given to me and my guest this morning. Thank you for the free breakfast; however, I would have gladly paid and given my server a tip had I received good service. It will be a long time before I try you again. Very, very disappointed!!

Dining in is fine, but don't ever get delivery from here. It takes forvever! After an hour of waiting, I called them to check on my order and they said it was on it's way. After a total of two hours of waiting, my food arrived cold and they forgot parts of my order.

Favorite breakfast place in Pottstown! Delicious homemade jams, biscuits, french toast and skillet breakfasts. Fresh doughnuts every morning.

Best cheese steaks in Pottstown. My wife gets a classic, I get a mushroom with onions and swiss, kids get the pizza or chicken tenders. We love it. The whole family finds something. It's always clean and very timely. We also enjoy ordering out. Pickup is easy and there's a beer cooler with a good selection at the pickup desk

We placed a take out order for 6. I got a salad which came with no dressing or silverware.... since we were not eating at home, that was craptacular. We ordered 2 kinds of pie and they were out of both, too. Food was good tho.

Great food! The onion rings were the best I've ever had: they were crunchy, tasty, but melt-in-my-mouth good. The cheese steak was one of the best that we've had--the sweet peppers were amazing. Even my father-in-law was eating them and he doesn't like peppers. The pizza was also very good.

I can't figure out why it wasn't busier.
